Small, ok playground for kids, 2 pokemon go gyms and a few poke stops. Pretty clean, and a skate park. No complaints but not blown away
The parking entrance on Redwood Road is not the easiest or safest. I recommend if you can taking the entrance from 4800 South on the East side of the park. The playground is not to difficult for kids and has benches for parents to rest and watch their children.
This is a park for little children more than tweens. There is a small playground and a few swings. There is a lot of grass. There is also a bathroom. There are food places and grocery store really close
Fun park with a lot of stuff to play with. I used to come here as a kid and it hasn’t changed much. It’s good and bad. I like seeing all my ole toys I used to play with but that was long ago so it could use some up keep. Dogs are allowed which is a plus. No hills for sledding though. This is more of a summer time park.
Nice park, but could use doggy bags somewhere.
Nice place to take a break. Not too crowd on week days.
Nice park for having an afternoon errand
Great park also a skatepark me an my kids love it and the vibe!!!
Its a nice park, with a really nice trail.
Great resting place.
This is a fun park, however the slides are positioned incorrectly and get really really hot in the summer. You definitely do not want to go when the sun is out as the slides will burn your children. Other than this the park is fun and quiet with a nice place to eat.
Not much to do there. Does have skateboarding park. Few swings and a small play area for kids. No bike/running trails.
Its a nice place to relax by itself not easy to get to unless you have been here before the bathrooms are pay to use they do have power and a patio to throw parties slightly private next to the river if your into that stuff
Nice place.
Usually pavilions are available when we need them. Fun place for family and great location
My special needs son who is rather small for his age, still fits in those baby swings here. He cant run and play like other kids, but He LOVES to swing, more than anything else here!
Always Bring My Dog To This Park, Its Her Favorite And Its Always Clean And Maintenance Right. Ill Always Be Coming Back Here, plus their trail and amazing walk as well.
Always fun, lots of people and kids! Really big to play and run plus lots of grass for any other activity. Dogs are welcome on their leash
Has a skate park playground for kids and near by stores for food
I used to bring my granddaughters here, until they and there mom moved away. Kids love it! I enjoyed taking them too! Be ready to be worn out if you bring your little ones, theres a lot for them to do!
Great family park for all your family get togethers
My children really enjoyed it, loved it very open area where you can keep an eye on your kids.
The park boasts great shade, a well maintained playground, bathrooms, and large pavilions. It is also rarely crowded, with easy access to trails and fast food just across the street.
Its got a basketball court and its got a playground for the young ones and its got picnic tables and built in grills in some areas. Nice place for everyone of all ages.
Its big n beautiful
This has to be one of the largest parks I have ever been to! This park connects to the public library, the pool and the rec center. They have disc golf, play equipment, and walking/biking/running trails. Oh yeah, and the basball fields are there too.
Good place to walk your dog, lots of open grass and a skate park right next to it for the kiddos
Simple park with some playgrounds, nice trees, and some dining pavilions. Good place to go for a nice walk.
Fun little park. I enjoy the little river that runs along side of it. There are grills and bathrooms. Overall a clean little park
The park is decent for my little kids, they could use a few more kiddie swings. The park is maintained well and looked after.
The Parks landscape is well kept. Where were families enjoying recreational time with their spouses and kids. Taylorsville Park has a peaceful vibe thats why I enjoy spending time working away from home.
This is a nice park with a place for the kids to play and theres a skate thats pretty rad too.
Homeless people pinching tents and sleeping on tables
Big to Ron as a kid now its good bing a kid again and Im 50years old
I have always known this particular park to be a nice family get together type of park. Its easily accessible from Redwood Road just south of the intersection at 4700 South. Parking in the main parking lot on the west side of the park is pretty limited at times when there are large gatherings. However there is an alternate parking lot on the east side which is accessible from 4800 South. But if I may add, all of the park including the parking lot, basketball court/hoops/ and play equipment is very oudated and hasnt been upgraded in at least 15 years that I know of. The closest alternative park is the much bigger and nicer park at 4800 South 2700 West. It is much nicer.
I love the parks in Taylorsville for my grand kids!
Disc golf always fun
Great place for the kids to play
It was fun, but I couldnt stay there too long. So many mosquitoes
Smallish. Decent. Well maintained grounds and playgrounds. 1 suggestion: a shade device over the swings. Perhaps a suggestion for Google maps, to show both entrances to the park. Lawn was recently mowed and biting chigger-like bugs abounded.
Nice old park, a little run down. Needs a lot of TLC. Parks Department?
My only complaint is the trash everywhere. There are 15 garbage cans throughout the park and people still throw their trash on the ground. The playground is nice and big also has a set of swings which include 2 for babies.
Great part very clean recommended highly especially for those that want to pay kickzsoccer something like that for the children good area safe
Dirty, my son touched a lamp and it was very unstable. same thing as always, wish it had more updates.Went to Murray park the next day with updated family friendly areas.
Cool kick it park.
Its a park
It has swings, pavilions and restrooms with lots of grass for picnics.
Fun little park
Fun park with lots of Pokemon stops near.
If you want to go to the skatepark its really good but if youre trying to get on the swings or for childrens playground I would give it about a 3 I give it a 5 if youre going there for skate park though
It could use a little tlc but my son loves it.
Decent for a walk, but the bathroom stunk of pot
Great park! Go all these time. Kids love it
Lots of shade and places to sit. Plenty of room to play. Down fall is it is SOOO close to traffic and there is a number of questionable people there. At least today. Playgrounds need updating but kids dont notice.
Cute place
Great place for kids to play
Good little picnic spot
It was ok. Cant really hang hammacks anywhere
Cute little park. Nice skate park. Small, but has everything a community park needs.
Its an okay place every summer there is food for 1-18 year olds but beyond that you need to pay
This is where I met my husband
Good party place
Nice place for the kids
Very nice park
Peaceful place to be
They have a glass recycling bin there.
I like letting my dog run there.
Location is horrible and play right off the parking lot.
Kinda ghetto but the skate park is cool
Favorite place once a year
Ive been here alot of times its my childhood park and I still love it
Nice park
Awesome! Its quiet and calm amazing considering youre right on redwood road
Lots of fun
Well a small park, still nice place to have a cup of coffee sit, and watch people, traffic and animals.
Its a small park that could use a new playground.
Fun playground, large pavillion, skate park, and big huge open field.
Park was clean, not too many people there but it was also hot and in the middle of the day.
Standing water and saw a condom wrapper on the ground. Most of the playground was too hot for kids to get on.
Small park to spend little time
Nice park
This place is trashy. There cigarette butts everywhere. There is an area where homeless and drug addict hangout and people has been warned there are needles. Cops are always showing up here. I would avoid if possible.
Dirty and gross park
Really alot of trash
Not good for bikes so much
Nice park
Well maintained for a walk
Was a Beautiful Day to be at Taylorsville Park!!
2 small playground and 2 pavilions. Some shade
Bbq

I havent been here, but Google keeps insisting that I have.
Terrible .

I like this pucking fark
Not taken care of
