I dont even live here but when I went to the main office asking for trailers for sale and after finishing with thatI had a flat tire in their parking lot then some dude comes out to tell me he doesnt want me to mechanical stuff at his parking to which I explained that I just needed to change a flat tire that was all, then he Keept repeating the same thing over and over again and also said he would call the tow truckI told why cant I change my tire and he said that I could but he didnt want me to do mechanical stuffAnd to be aware that he was calling the towtruck just in caseI just said ok thanks really loud to make him go away, then he left to the inside main officeId rather not live here if management are plain rude to prospects, let alone Residents.

I lived here for 18 months.. pathetic.. cats were breeding everywhere and crapping all over my yard.. they take well over $500 a month and you get nothing for it.. they dont shovel your walks.. they dont landscape your property.. so why so much money each month? I was out of town and got back one day after rent was due and there was an eviction warning taped to my door.. one day i was cleaning my driveway with a hose and one of the managers had a fit that the water was flowing into the street.. word of warning, dont live here.. its miserable and management is putrid.. if you still decide to live here you should get some psychological help.

I reside here, and 90% of the residents DO NOT take care of their yards. The management sends out notes, but basically turns a blinds eye to it. Our lot increases every year between $30 to $35.. for park improvements.. there have been no improvements that I can see, our amenities are a swimming pool, pool table, excercises equipment, and a hot tub that hasnt worked in 3 maybe 4 years...humm Id better stop here..

Great place to live and i see they got the streat parking under control or it just seams to be less but then again if u cant find it infront of house on street check other streets cause it could have been put in the way of someone else

Clean & quiet, most people seem to be respectful of their neighbors.

Worst place ever, the service desk is honestly a racist and a bad person. They hate minorities a lot more than other people but trust me they are evil to everyone. Don’t even get me started on the Man that “takes care “ of the park and neighborhood. If you have nice stuff hide it from him because he will snitch you out and tell everyone your business.

This place is not a place to live if you have young kids.the park is a place for drug dealers, the teenagers offer young kids drugs smoke it out in the open and they also give the ok for sex offenders to live there. management is rude and disrespectful.

Worst place to live. Front desk was so rude to my family there isnt a parking space for visitor . The kept my deposit those people just want your money dont go there. Lived here for 2 yearsHorrible place, I would rather be homeless than live here again. The management is very rude and dont care about anything but money.They used to be on drugs and probably still are. Dont even think about this place as a option.

Worst place to live the manager and her daughter very rude, manuel the Mexican guy it’s checking in your belongings all of the time, many times I found him in my back yard inside the shed, now I’m having problems to get my deposit back

I was visiting a friend here and didnt notice the un noticable no parking signs, it looked like a parking stall to me? Arent they made to park on? Thanks alot management for the extra struggle you gave me! No warning that i would be towed if i park there anymore! That costed me 320.00 bucks that i DID NOT HAVE! You suck!

Get towed for parking in guest parking, and be ruled by a dictatorship, I cant wait to leave this hell hole. Do not move in here.
