Our first cruise experience on the Dora Queen exceeded our expectations!The Queen has been designed with well appointed furnishings and great attention to detail and comfort. Staff was plentiful, welcoming and professional. Music was fun but not over overwhelming. A beautiful way to enjoy our scenic lakes and spend time with friends and family. Our group had a ton of fun and look forward to sailing with this crew again!!

Absolutely beautiful boat. Crew was great. Bathrooms clean, mimosas delicious and extra large. The deck upstairs was perfect. Downstairs had a/c and very comfortable.

This was a super fun time! I would highly recommend it. It was drizzly and a bit windy on the day of our cruise, but it was still a blast. The upper deck has pull downs, so no need to get wet. The music was great. Sam and Jackson, the bartenders, were fabulous. The drinks are fairly priced. Well worth it. We will definitely be booking again!

I represent the Mary Jane the Medic Foundation and we booked the Dora Queen for a charitable event. The boat was beautiful and clean!! Very clean!!! The owner was on board and treated us with the utmost respect. We spoke with the Engineer who also made quite the impression on us. At first we were nervous about meeting the crew. Then we realized they were down to earth and ready to serve our every need. I believe there were 6 crew members on board! What a great time we had. These folks treated us the way we all wish people could treat us. Dignity and integrity come to mind when I think of this team. There is no doubt in my heart, we will be booking another event the moment we figure out the perfect date. Thank you guys!!! You rock!!!!

My husband and I were happy to be invited to one of the maiden voyages of the Dora Queen. It was a fun, relaxing trip where we enjoyed great wine, top shelf beverages, friendly service and a refreshingly clean outdoor environment! I would highly recommend the Dora Queen for your next party or special occasion!Plus the sunset view that night was breathtaking!!

Took the sunset cruise on a hot Friday night. The breeze on the lake was enough to keep us cool on the upper deck without having to retreat below to the air conditioning. High top and lounge seating available on the upper deck as well. It didnt matter which side you sat on because there was a clear view all the way around. A nice mix of beachy music including older rock, todays pop and country to set the mood. Full bar, beer and wine on the upper deck. Pricing on the alcohol was reasonable as well, which was nice. Wait staff was attentive and accomodating. Was surprised that we got all the way across the lake to Mt Dora on the trip and while the return trip was along the same side of the shore, it was spectacularly lit by the sunset, giving us a whole new view.

This was so much fun! We did the Sunday Funday cruise. The boat is extremely clean and beautiful. Even the bathroom was very nice. The staff couldnt have been nicer or more efficient. I highly recommend this for everyone. Great time!

We rented Dora Queen for couple of hours for private party last night 11/6 and I was impressed about how clean and presentable the boat looks. Then the crews were so nice, polite and informative. My boyfriend and I were so happy and all our guest as well. If you are looking to have a relaxing and unique experience I recommend Dora Queen, you wont be disappointed.

Sunday funday cruise was amazing! Live muscian was really talented! Seating is comfortable, views amazing, servers are friendly and very professional.Definitely will plan to go on this cruise again!Price is reasonable for an afternoon filled with music delicious drinks

My wife and I went on the Saturday evening cruise after seeing the segment about the boat on Fox 35. The Dora is a beautiful and spacious boat. The boat was restored meticulously and is extremely comfortable. The crew was friendly and helpful. We had a super time and plan to come back with friends and family. Even the music guy did a great job.

After seeing David Martins segment Friday on Fox35 we went right away to the website to investigate. Found they have a wonderful Sunday Funday cruise that leaves about 11:30am where they offer 2 for 1 Mimosas or Bloody Marys. This paired with the 3- Cheese/3-meat Charcuterie board pre-ordered from their vendor partner, The Deli Llama, made for a perfect Brunch Cruise! We invited friends to join us and all had a terrific time. The top deck was wonderful and we enjoyed the live music and gorgeous view in the open air. The brief bout of rain was handled quickly by the Crew lowering the plastic rain guards, and they had them back up as soon as it was over. Thank you for bring this much needed experience to Lake county, cant wait to come back for a Sunset Cruise, and then again with the Grandkids when they come to visit.

The cruise was most enjoyable! We elected to sit in the lower level which is air conditioned and we could enjoy talking with our friends and staying cool. The Dora Queen was spotless, and all of the conveniences were perfect!

Great time cruising around lake on beautifully restored boat with a very friendly staff. They are doing a stellar job making sure their guests feel welcome. Highly recommend.

This was such a cute date idea, it made us feel super comfortable with Covid and the open air. They took all the necessary precautions to make sure you were distant. The environment was dope, the live music really set the mood on the water. Drinks were great! Highly recommend for something new

What an extraordinary experience!A girlfriend and I went on the Sunday Funday Cruise. We enjoyed a relaxing and fun two hours cruising beautiful Lake Dora, listening to live music and sipping champagne.The day before the cruise we pre-ordered a hummus plate and cheese snack box from The Deli Lama which was delivered to the boat prior to departure.The crew and staff were very attentive, friendly and professional.My new visualization to relieve stress is cruising Lake Dora on the Dora Queen.Now Im planning another cruise with a group of six ladies.Also thinking of purchasing gift cards as Christmas presents.

An absolutely amazing experience that is a must do if you are in the Central Florida area. The crew members are friendly, helpful, and kind all around. Great drinks with great views and even better service.

We had a great time, even on a cloudy day. Boat had see-thru screens to pull down and secure nicely. Nice breeze and scenery. Crew was wonderful. Well go again.

Girlfriend and I are both in our 70s and found the afternoon cruise to be extremely relaxing and peaceful. The crew is very polite and efficient. Future cruises are in our plans. Loved it!!

We loved this..had a beautiful evening cruise, a family-friends biryhday! Good to see that staff wears masks & there are plenty of sanitation stations. It is 2-tiered & clean with lots of space to social distance (depending on event host & number guests aboard) and still enjoy others, plus sights on Lake Dora! Will do again!

This was such a relaxing trip on Lake Dora. A perfect day with a group of friends. Highly recommend for small parties, receptions or just an evening with special loved ones.

Having the Dora Queen in Tavares is truly special. From a nice date night experience to hosting special events, this is a memorable venue that is sure to make a lasting impression on visitors. I love how well it blends into the Tavares waterfront, adjacent to the special events pavilion, the railroad and the seaplane base. This compliments the ambiance of Tavares.

Had a great time on the Christmas parade boat ride. The live entertainment was good. We started out on the upper deck with a few drinks. When it was a bit cold we went down to the lower deck to warm up. The only downfall is that they don’t serve food on board. However, you can order delivery to the dock before the cruise starts. Great time! Will absolutely do this again.

Wonderful evening. Relaxing and safe environment to enjoy friends. great music and the staff was fun. They are so attentive, even prior to the evening. Made sure parking issues were addressed and adjusting time so that we got the best experience. We cant wait to go again.
