They were taken over by new management and I came by this week with my girls, AMAZED. They have fun music, an amazing staff, the new man who runs the place is so friendly! It was busy and they still had the food quick and it was clean too! We’ll be coming back for sure!

Took my 3 1/2 year old here on a Saturday. Paid $5 for her + $2 for socks and I was free. Upon entry staff person was not very personable, not nasty but not very happy or friendly. They have a good selection of large inflatables plus an area for adults to sit in massage recliners, I just sat on the many benches and picnic tables since I had to keep following my child. Theres plenty of space for kids to run, inflatable choices for smaller kids too. Food window was pricey but had a decent selection. Restroom was pretty clean as was the facility. We enjoyed our visit and will return. UPDATE: We went back again a few months later and staff members were very friendly. Now with Covid concerns, I just read their website and it appears theyve been busy updating sanitation procedures and are open, so we will definitely be going back soon. Glad to hear theyre open! Owner contacted me regarding earlier staff comment, which I appreciate. Prices up slightly but great place to take kids, rain or shine.

We tried this place for the first time today. Theyve been temp closed. It was so nice ! Prices are decent. Place is clean. Nice A/c. Staff very friendly and helpful. Recommend

Lots of fun for 12 and under. One price lets you play all day.

I thought it was the best place in lake county my grandkids loved it the people were friendly it was clean the food was excellent the employees very very polite Im very pleased I recommend you guys everywhere keep up the good work

Great place for the price. My boys (4 & 2) had a great time playing mostly unassisted (there was one bounce house the 2 yr old needed help climbing up on). There are comfy chairs where parents can sit and see majority of the play area without having to get up. I felt the place was pretty clean (as clean as a kids play area can be anyway) and it was a comfortable temperature inside.Overall: 2 thumbs up*Make sure to bring socks

I Have been at jungle zone 2 Saturday’s in a row great place for the kids to burn off some energy but to many young teenagers that works there and they don’t watch the kids the time that I have been there I have been impressed with one worker who takes her job seriously she really watch the kids and she really make the kids follow the rules and that’s what I like about her the other teenagers there needs to take notes from her. Word of advice please tell your workers kids safety is important when they come to your facility and they need to do there job and not play around in concession and watch the kids a little better.

Unfortunately this business is strictly Only focused on just Revenues. Aside from lacking an interior structure which would cater to both little ones and older kids, this place wants to charge you for everything and anything outside of using their bathroom. If you buy a party package, they will provide 1 single soft drink to your kids guest, if you want a refill, be prepared to pay an added .50 per. Further, only the cake is allowed in. Forget having your grandma bake those favorite cookies, because they are Not allowed in either. I cannot possibly recommend this place to anyone to have their kids birthday party. This place bascially just has 4 bounce houses which is included. 1 arcade room with 4 machines (be prepared to pay money for every game) massage chairs for parents, for added money as well

This place is terrible. No sign of adult life running the place. Went for a birthday party (January 2020) and the mom purchased a party package and the location did not provide any hosting. The parents of the invited had step in the serve the pizza and cut the cake. One of the associates had terrible customer service skills. The list goes on! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, as a guest we were uncomfortable for the mom who has no support from the establishment!

Children love it, I couldnt get my son to leave. Its great indoor exercise when Floridas weather is unpredictable and you want to throw a birthday this is a great choice.

My daughter loves this place! But just remember they only take cash for food and things, so keep that in mind when going. Its a great place to go on a rainy day when the kids are stuck inside and driving u nuts....just saying, lol!

This is the perfect place to take the kids when the weather makes you want to stay indoors! There are numerous inflatables, since that are designated for younger kids as well, and an arcade area, and my kids personal favorite - air hockey. The prices are fair, but be mindful of days that are high volume if you have smaller little ones, its hard to keep that many kids from literally running into each other! Also, the parking lot isnt the best. Overall, a great place to have available to families in the community!

We love coming here, I have three children ranging from 2-5 and I bring them here often. Its nice to be able to sit and watch the kids play and its even better when its not busy.MY BIGGEST COMPLAIN is the staff is unfriendly, theyre clearly high school students and they have no customer service skills. They all look miserable and have attitudes. They should really hire new people or start seriously training the employees to do better

Fun place for the kids to run around.

This place is great for your young ones. Several inflatables to play on. Be careful because I noticed some kids were not supervised. One parent fell asleep in the recliners while their kid played. Would be an excellent place for a birthday party. They have several party rooms and party packages that are reasonably priced. Concession stand had some yummy choices. Fried pickles are delish

Been here 3 times back to back when I brought my cousins from Tampa to spend the week of Halloween with me. They had a blast...besides the youngest who only ate french fries each time lol. The two girls there are very nice!The only problem is dealing with upset kids who dont want to leaveNow everytime i call the kids, they keep saying they want me to come get them so they can go back to the bouncy houses!!For anyone considering going, bring cash(try to have some singles if you want to use the massage chairs) & make sure everyone is wearing socks or you will have to purchase some in order to enter!!

The best part about this place is they do most of the heavy lifting...the worst part is there is absolutely zero customer service. They said no outside food so I asked if the kids could get cups for the water fountain, they said no (actually they were willing to sell me an empty cup for 50 cents each...times 17 kids). Then I had two children that had severe food allergies (epi pen all the time type allergies) that they would not allow food to be brought in for....they told me and I quote sorry they will just have to watch the other kids eat. Seriously? The kids that work there did the best they could but they were kids. No adult on the premise. I wont go back....and unless you are ok with a party of water fountain water and hungry howie pizzas (which cost you $13 each), I dont recommend having a party there.

Clean and safe place to host a birthday party. My 5 year old and 1 year old had a blast.

There definitely is not enough staff to watch the children in the play area. Kids were at the top of one gym blocking the slide and another kid was at the bottom throwing them the ball. No other kid was able to go up or down. I told the staff member they got him down and the kids went right back to doing it. Kids are not being supervised by their parents nor by the staff.

Cute indoor playground with an arcade. Has a lot of wear and tear. Not a lot to do but it keeps the kiddos entertained for a little bit. Make sure you bring cash though because they dont accept cards.

My child got his hand stuck in one of the fans used to inflate the bouncy house. Most of his fingers are broken and we had to rush him to the hospital where he went into shock.. Needs more safety measures in place .

Its one of a few places around for the kids. My biggest problem is they do not allow outside food or drink. Not even a water bottle. Both my daughter and myself are gluten free and there is virtually nothing we can eat that they sell. For this reason we only visit for parties.

You can’t really beat the price and size of this place. It’s no where near as crowded as many of the other indoor blow up places. The slides were easy enough for my 3 year old to get up, but sturdy enough that I could go up there with him. The big ones you come down FAST. My 5 year old was scared of one of them because he shot off the end of it. But they have floor mats there to protect them. It’s a great way to get kids energy out at a great price. One caution I will say it’s easy to get like floor burn type of burn on the slide so make sure they keep their arms up (one got an elbow burn) and don’t go down on the lie belly (one for a bad chin burn). But it didn’t stop them, they kept playing and we have been back since. Great fun.

We come here about once a month or so for my daughter and she has a blast every time, several different jumpers for her to play on and even an arcade with some games we can play together. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Highly recommend for birthday parties

Great place for a kids party. My nephew had a wonderful time with his family and friends.

Based on the website we thought this might be a fun place to grab dinner and let the kids run off some energy. We didnt realize it was cash only until we got there. There is a convient ATM in the corner however that is owned by the business where you can pull cash for an extra 2.25. In todays world cash only tells me you dont really want my business all that bad. The kids had fun but there really isnt a variety of things for them to do. Two bounce houses and a few variations of slides is really all there is to choose from.

A great place for kids to bounce around and go down huge slides. We usually have the kids wear long sleeves to avoid friction type scrapes that they can sometimes get. This place is a blast!

Its such a cool place to look back on child hood memories but the kids there are so obnoxious 24/7 and I know thats how they are supposed to be but come on people!

Took my 2 yr old niece & 3 yr old nephew there. They had a great time. The place is very clean. Its a great place for younger (preteen) children.

My kid loves the place. Enough bounce houses to keep an army of kids busy for a few hours. Competent staff and everything but the cake is taken care of.

Secure and clean. Great place for children to play, has separate area for children under 3. Good air conditioning. Not good for larger or older kids or those unsupervised.

We drive a little over an hour to get there. My son loves it. The inflatables are clean and in good condition. Lines are typically small. Staff is super helpful.

I just had my grandsons birthday party there it was very good. I am not sure what it would cost for just a visit but they did a good job setting up and servicing the party

I have been here several times, my children LOVE to go and actually prefer it over Chuck E. Cheese! The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed and they can burn all the energy they want without limits!!

The kids love this place and its a pretty good bargain for what you pay. Highly recommend.

First we got their 40 min to closing (we r aware of that) the lady takes 10 min to come and let us in knowing we are their waiting. The lady has an attitude and tells my18yr old niece to get rid of gum, like she is gonna spit it on the floor! Then 10 min left till closing she tells us my daughter cant jump because she has no socks. Seriously lady thats the last time we ever go their. You couldnt just let my 3yr old jump for 10 min. She should have done her job right and made sure everyone had socks.

I contacted this establishment about my childs special dietary needs. It said on the website that outside food was not allowed. I wanted to confirm that there were exceptions for medically necessary dietary needs. That is NOT the case. I was told to feed my child before or after visiting. While I can understand, my three year old can not understand why shes being discriminated against. I was asking to allow a small celiac friendly snack for one child to be allowed so she wasnt excluded while her friends had a snack. Im very disappointed in the direct discrimination of my child. I will not go here and advise others not to. This is not how you treat children!

The air conditioning inside was extremely hot. Sitting in there I was sweating. Not sure if it was broken or if its like that all the time. My son couldnt drink out of the drinking fountain (hes 1) and I asked them for a cup, they said theyd have to charge me $1.00 for a styrofoam cup, such a disappointment in customer service. Wouldnt return or recommend.

I had sons 6th birthday party this past Saturday at this facility, I was very disappointed. First as we walked in I noticed a flyer informing me you were closing at 6pm that evening which was the first I heard of that and wondered why I was not informed of that when the young lady called Thursday to confirm my party, she informed Saturday she was unaware of the earlier closing time until that afternoon. So my son was very disappointed when we had to leave early along with his friends. Also the pizza was over 45 mins late to the party so we had to rush the rest of the party due to the early closing time. Also non of your employees ever checked on us to see if we needed anything soda refills, plates, if everything was ok etc, usually someone checks to make sure everything is ok or if anything else is needed. When I needed soda refills I had to wait in line for 15 minutes, which is little ridiculous. This is my sons first birthday party with his friends from school and I was very disappointed with the whole party from the time we walked in until the time we were rushed out due to a last minute closure which caused my sons party to be cut short. We have been regular customers of this establishment the past 5 years and have recommended this place to several people and however after this bad experience and the company not answering my email I sent after this experience I will no longer be a customer along with several of my friends. I am very very disappointed!
