A must see in Tarpon Springs. So much history about tarpon springs. So many historical pictures and antiques in the old train station. We were very surprised to find this hidden gem in downtown Tarpon Springs. Make sure you find all the stars in the museum. I will certainly visit again and spend more time on my next visit.

A museum with displays, books and photographs telling the history of Tarpon Springs. Volunteers who will answer any questions and give tours. Admission is free with donations appreciated. There is also information on things to do in and around the area. My only disappointment was there wasnt very much information about the Train history.

Ive lived in a town north of here almost my whole life and I had never been here before. It was such a nice look into the history of Tarpon Springs and how essential the railroad was to the area at the time. I would recommend a visit if youre ever in the area. Its free and a wonderful learning experience.
