From start to finish this was an amazing process! The staff was professional and organized, handling everything so that my guests and I could just enjoy the day and celebrate in style. We felt like royalty! Everything was clean and very comfortable. This Company and it’s staff is knowledgeable, friendly and truly cares about the customer service they provide! We used Anchor for our family boat trip this past weekend. It was a great day without any complications! Chelsea took great care of us through the booking process and made sure our experience was seamless

Perfect day out playing in the sun. We took out a boat called Knight Life and took advantage of the onboard jet skis, fly board, sea scooters, and a tanning mat to lay out on the water. Safe to say, we made the most out of our day. Everyone had an amazing time. Will be booking again soon.

The only reason they get two stars instead of zero is because the captain and owner of the boat were absolutely fantastic. If we only had to deal with them, it would’ve have been a perfect experience.However, the people that work at Anchor were awful to deal with. No accountability for the mistakes they make. We were double charged for the deposit and triple charged for the boat rental. The lady in the accounts payable department said she voided it so it wouldn’t go through. That was a lie. We booked our boat on July 3rd and we just got our deposit back last week. It literally basically took a full month when we were advised it would be 3 business days. Rather unprofessional. When you’re dealing with people’s money, you need to stand on what you tell people. One of our friends works there and says it’s very unorganized right now since they are currently working on expanding. I hope they get it together. The company has potential.

With all the rental options out there, determining which is best isn’t always easy. But having chose Anchor for our company, we could not have been happier with our experience. I highly recommend Anchor if you’re struggling with choosing someone.

My family spent the most wonderful Mother’s Day weekend boat on a gorgeous 85’ Sunseeker. Spent the day off of Egmont Key swimming and floating in beautiful water while Captain Wendy and crew fulfilled our every need. From freshly prepared margaritas and sangria to full course dinner. They even blew up all our floaties! The boat was immaculate, fully prepared and spacious enough for our family of 10 to relax comfortably. Thanks to Zach, Captain Wendy, Lane and Christian for an amazing time. We’ll be back again soon for another luxurious boating excursion! Great Company, great people. They went that extra mile for sure.
