Within the first 30 minutes of meeting one of the hosts Jason for the first time, we booked our second trip. You can tell these guys have a passion for what they do. I’ve never stayed somewhere so inviting. If you need somewhere to stay for a week or weekend and there is open availability, do yourself a favor and book.

We were a group of 4 staying just a night for a show in the area. Jason and Todd have thought of everything for this gem of a home. The decor was like out of a magazine, the beds are so comfy, breakfast, and overall genuine kindness from them. It was a wonderful yet too short of a stay. We’ll have to come back and try the hot tub. Did I mention the beds are comfy?

I recently spent 2 nights at The Pickétt Fence and am already planning when I can go back! Everything about this bed & breakfast is exemplary. My room was beyond clean and super comfortable, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the hosts Jason & Todd are genuinely wonderful persons. From the moment I was greeted at the door, its obvious they both are in the exact profession they are meant to be. My last three days were different than most, meant for recharging, refocusing, and getting back to work on a project Ive been putting off for way too long. I spent the days in the kitchen and sunbathing while working from my laptop in the beautiful spa area.I got everything and more out of my week, thanks to Jason & Todd and this wonderful bed & breakfast. I honestly cannot wait to go back. If youre thinking about booking a stay, stop thinking and just do it. I promise, you wont be disappointed & you won’t want to leave!

Jason and Todd are the most gracious hosts and are just two amazing people! The house is immaculate and tastefully decorated, looks right out of HGTV! Jason and Todd go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and offer all the amenities you could think of. WiFi, toiletries, Bluetooth music in every room and outside, a big breakfast spread the next morning..the list goes on and on. The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! It’s only about 5 miles to downtown Tampa and the location is perfect, everything you need is nearby and convenient. Brew houses, stores, nightlife, stadiums, you name it. Jason and Todd make you feel so comfortable and at home you forget you’re staying at a BnB and more like you’re staying with friends. I will not stay anywhere else but at the Pickett Fence when I travel to Tampa!

This breathtaking property offers a true break from the reality and hustle and bustle of every day life. If you are looking to stay where you are in the heart of everything yet feel removed from it all this is the place to stay. We were so delighted to find this place and will definitely be staying here again. The property is immaculately kept, has amazing attention to detail, the home looks like it was designed by a top designer, and is simply stunning inside and out. If you are considering the Pickett fence, I highly suggest you do not hesitate as all our expectations were met and exceeded. Jason and Todd are outstanding hosts who are eager to help with any concerns/questions and are available practically 24/7. The outdoor patio is a peaceful oasis where we spent a majority of our time relaxing. At one point my friend even said how at home she felt because of the accommodations. Before we left in the morning Jason and Todd were kind enough to pack us all a breakfast-to-go for our long drive home, this is just one of the many ways they go above and beyond to make you feel like family. This trip was beyond our wildest dreams all thanks to this beautiful property and the hosts, we hope to be back soon!

I cant imagine a better place to stay. Jason and Todd are phenomenal hosts and amazing people. This home is not only beautiful, but comfortable and full of amazing energy. Theyve thought of everything. Its beyond clean and you wont find more comfortable beds. The location is convenient and everything you could want or need is near by; stores, nightlife, great food, breweries, etc. Very conveniently placed if you want to go to the beach or to any of the beautiful parks in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay here!! It made our trip and Im sure it will make yours. I cant wait to find an excuse to come back!!

We had a wonderful stay during our extended 4 day long weekend. We appreciated Jason contacting us prior to arriving to see if we needed assistance with additional reservation accommodations. His recommendations helped us finalize other sites we wanted to make sure we checked out. Our room was large and impeccably clean. The location is perfectly located . A short walk to a few restaurants in Seminole Heights. Todd gave us a tour of the property. Both Jason and Todd are very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Happy Hour was a nice start to our evening, plenty of time to drive five minutes to Ybor City where the clubs and bars are. Breakfast had a nice variety and they made sure that my husband and I had a beautiful dinner on our last evening at the bed and breakfast. We plan to stay here again when we return in December. Thank you Jason and Todd for making it a beautifully memorable stay.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and this one tops them all! Jason and Todd went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. Breakfast was ready for us when we woke up and we were welcome to food prepared in he fridge! Any questions I had they were quick to answer and accommodated us nicely. Thank you for everything I will definitely be booking here on future trips to Tampa!

If Airbnb was to write a book on the perfect Airbnb, The Pickett Fence would be the best example you can give. It wasnt a place to just stay, it was an experience that exceeded every expectation. Jason and Todds place is absolutely the best Airbnb I have ever had. I have booked multiple Airbnbs from Miami to Los Angeles, and nothing will leave an lasting impression as Jason and Todds did. The Pickett Fence was really a get-away experience, Jason was an outstanding host offering nearly every amenity you can think of. Jason was also very useful in offering recommendations and everything he recommended was amazing. The location of the house is very nice too as it in a prime location to local night life and fun spots in Tampa. The house itself is decorated in such a beautiful way, that it felt like the house was staged for a HGTV show. It really was amazing, the house was very quaint and cute and was just perfect for my weekend trip with friends to Tampa. This is the first time I have left an Airbnb looking forward to rebooking it in the future. I will without a doubt comeback to The Pickett Fence.
