Never book events with these folks. The price was very high and the staff was very rude. No professionalism from the woman managing them. I believe her name was Pam? Most disrespectful person to be around. There were drunken patrons at their bar heckling and catcalling the women at our event and threatening violence in random fits of rage. They were her friends it seemed so she let it go on. She was very condescending and honestly it was pretty disgusting how she treated people and refused to wear a face mask for safety. Keep looking if you want a nice establishment because this is not it.

Wow, what a lovely place for a family! The staff here are so helpful and kind. Anthony was particularly helpful to us — many thanks to him. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the shower was fantastic! Love the screened-in balcony., too. Our kids had a great time enjoying the splash pad and the playground, and us parents loved the comfy pool loungers. We will definitely come back!

Beware of a $20 fee per night for amenities besides the rate of the night.Nice and spacious luxury condos. All rooms come with full kitchen and king size bed. the room Im at is very clean, including the bathroom. TVs are small and outdated to be a luxury condos. I received a $15 credit after I posted my visit in social media.

Check-in wasnt great because they couldnt figure out how to get my key to work, but after that, absolutely no complaints. The place is nice and quiet. Lots of options for food and things to do in the area. Golf course on the premises. They need to lower the greens fees for condo guests. I paid top notch prices for a course that was in -C shape. The hotel rates fluctuate quite a bit, too. Ive stayed for less than $200. It was over $300 for this stay. I dont know if the condition of the property warrants such a price tag, but generally I give it a thumbs up.

The rooms were large, clean and modern - bedding was great, kitchen was stocked with useful things. but the front desk checkin girl was the best. so very helpful and kind and made staying there that much more enjoyable. Even though the pool was closed we were there to go to Bush gardens so that didnt bother us at all. It was quiet and easy for my dad who has disabilities to get around. Centrally located to just about anything you could need.

Luxury accommodations with comforts of home like full kitchen and screened porch. Golf course has 27 holes, all immaculately maintained. Our concierge, Vossi went above and beyond making certain we had everything we needed. Dinner in the Clubhouse Grille was delicious and very reasonable. Went for Prime Rib night, yum! Condos are pet friendly, which helped out when our plans were disrupted and had to bring our dog. Wedding event we went to was beautifully staged on 18 green.

My stay was amazing. During a time my family and I were going thru a transition regarding our home renovations the staff was amazing. JR, the sales manager assisted us with our long term stay while also going above and beyond by providing additional contacts to assist with our home improvements. We felt like it was our home away from home, the security there was safe, and the amenities are immaculate. This place has stolen our heart.

This place definitely exceeded my expectations for the money! The condo was clean and comfortable. I was here for work so it was super close to everything. The front desk was very helpful as well. I’ll stay here again for sure!

I stayed for business and on a Thursday night they had a major party with a DJ on the back patio behind the hotel condos. The music was so loud it was like the party was in my room. All the front desk had to say was sorry it will be going on until 1030 pm maybe if I ask they will turn down the music. Music wasn’t turned down perhaps turned up? It was completely in appropriate when multiple guests were complaining.

We had to seal everything up in plastic or the fridge, because a cup of candies left unsealed attracted some ants... The kitchen could use a few implements, like a spatula and kitchen towels and hot pads. The beds were comfy (well, the fold out couch was not so hot, but its a fold out couch). I wish there was in-unit laundry!

Stayed their with a large family. Nice rooms with full kitchen. Good location; close to Busch Gardens. My only issue is the VIp benefit was withdrawn without warning. We were told that we could check out 2 hours late (1pm instrad of 11am). At 10:45 am we were told that they needed the room. We rushed as fast as we could and were able to vacate by 11:20. I do not believe it’s professional to Withdraw this benefit with only 15 min notice. Otherwise everyone was very pleasant and we really enjoyed our stay.

Emerald Greens Hotel Condo exceeded our expectations. It is located in Carrolwood. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Front desk staffed by friendly efficient associates. Our 2 BR, 2BA unit was beautifully decorated. We would stay there again if the winds of travel delivered us to Tampa, FL.

Very nice accommodations, comfortable, clean and very friendly staff. No restaurant in the hotel, but there is one at the golf course across the parking lot - though there are many within a few minutes. I would return and recommend.

I liked the property being on the golf course with access to tennis courts and pool. Also liked the access to the fitness center .I didn’t like that maid service only came once in the 8 days we were there .

We recently rented a two bedroom condo at Emerald Greens Resort for two weeks and could not be happier. The apartment was spacious, clean and fully furnished. There was room service on a daily basis and all the service staff was wonderful. They always helped with whatever we needed and kept the place very clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay somewhere spacious, clean and comfortable.

Definitely a quote stay felt like home and was a cozy spot. Loved the front desk girls they were helpful and attentive.

It was good, housekeeping doesnt touch the kitchen. Could use more pots and baking or broiling pans

BUGS!!!!! Due to the glowing reviews we booked our stay months in advance only to check in and find the counters crawling with bugs. The front desk gentleman, Anthony, was kind enough to move us to another unit only to find more bugs and a different variety crawling all over the floorboards. Promptly checked out with a refund. My skin is still crawling after what we saw. Stay elsewhere.

The condo is very nice...upscale! Cleaning service provided and you have a washer&dryer. The resort is huge so please remember your way around. It has a nice balcony with an ash tray ready for the cigar smokers. Staff super friendly. It would be a 5 star if it was on the beach or in walking distance of one. Other than that it is a beautiful place.

Located in a country club with golf, tennis and swimming as sporting priorities. Very quiet setting away from the beach but only about 40 minutes from Clearwater. Plenty of good eating nearby and breakfast on Sunday at the club was very good.

Condo units are very nice!! Amenities pool is excellent and is home to a swim team. The Golf and Country are great. The golf course is very well maintained and challenging. Country Club is very nice with good food and full service bar. Certain night have live music on the patio of Country Club. Overall excellent!

Nice resort hidden away within a golf community. The clubhouse offers good food and drinks. The splash pad and pool are very large. The rooms are like apartments with a small dining area. Had a great time there with our family and friends and would recommend it.

Stayed at Emerald Green for the weekend and it was fantastic accommodations! The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The shower had incredible water pressure and the water is soft. We enjoyed the screened in patio and the kitchen. The only drawback was that their bed is rather firm. While I slept decently, my husband did not. I would definitely stay here again in the future though!

Third trip to Emerald Green, great facility and amenities. Service is top notch and JR the resort manager makes it all happen. Best customer service I have seen and each trip has gotten better and better. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone is happy and is always responsive with our needs and has given great recommendations for places to go, eat and play golf. JR and this place doesn’t disappoint. We be going back again in the winter. Can’t wait to return.

The staff are wonderful. They go out of their way to accommodate your stay. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom fully furnished condo is very spacious and clean. There is so many things to keep you active from their huge pool, kids water play area, inflatable water slide, pavilions, restaurants, gym and golf. Its located in a very nice area and walking distance to various shops and restaurants.

Room and golf course was great. JR the condo general manager was outstanding in providing detailed local information, guide to local restaurants and reservations, and tee times at the club. Rooms are equipped with everything you might need and are clean, modern and comfortable. Golf course was just steps away with our cart and clubs waiting everyday. Practice area was very nice, golf course was great as well. Fairways where a little sparse in a couple of places but generally the course was in very good shape. Very impressed with the roll on the greens! Really cant say enough good things about the whole experience at Emerald Greens. Go and make sure you talk to JR!

Excellent rooms. Condo is large and spacious. Pillows are soft and fluffy. Vending machine sells Coke for 75 cents. Pool is large and has many lanes, but most of them are reserved for club swimmers. Showers are nice.

Location is great. Privacy is a plus. Cleanliness needs work.

Beds need to be replaced. Two mattresses put together to make a king isnt what we should be getting for the amount of money it takes to stay here. Rooms are great for their size but again furniture could be updated so they could be a little more comfortable. Other than those small issues our stay was great. Front desk help was great and answered all our questions. Highly recommend staying here if you can deal with the issues I addressed.

Very comfortable for families with small children. The staff is also very nice and accommodating. We had an accident while staying at the resort and needed a first aid kit, the he was so kind and helpful. Definitely plan to always stay here whenever we visit Tampa

If you are looking for a luxurious hotel stay with top notch customer service this is one of the best options in the Tampa area. You truly feel like you are at an extremely expensive resort while the rates are that of some mediocre chain hotel.Update: After living here for for almost 3 months the service remains the same. There is a consistency to the service you are provided that makes you feel more than welcome. They also take such amazing care of the property that anyone that is considering staying here can be rest assured that their room is spotless.

Excellent service but carpet could be cleaner and overpriced . Pillows were uncomfortable.Front desk attendants were awesome though.

Internet never worked, circuit breaker kept shutting off, tv remotes didnt work, shower doora wouldnt close when i was taking a shower, dishwasher handle is busted. This place is nice but far from a 5 star resort. If your paying for 5 star prices then things should work.

If I ever stay in the Tampa area I will most likely stay here. It is close to most places and the facilities are very nice. The reason I did not give it 5 stars was that the beds are def an area of improvement. The price and quality of the place I would say is great.

My family stayed her for 4 nights. We were able to cook and feel just like home. The staff are very accommodating. They have a laundry room on each floor.20 minutes from Tampa airport. 30 minutes from Clearwater Beach!

Booked a girls golfing week, condo very nice, very clean, staff great, accommodations excellent, 2 bedroom 2 bath with 4 beds, just what we needed. Facilities and amenities top notch, just missing a hot tub. Loved the place and the area.

My moms family flew down from Alabama for her 80th birthday.The staff was very accommodating! Place super clean. Each room has a Full kitchen, a TV in every bedroom. A large living / dining room. Screened in balcony. Its Huge!Easy access to pool tennis golf!Awesome place!

Emerald Greens needs to be more up front about what is truly available when staying there. The pool is shared with a swim club, swim lessons and you can only use a quarter of the huge pool. No room service. Furniture needed cleaning, walls need touching up, lots of dirty fingerprints. It wasnt a bad stay with some clean up could be great! Staff was wonderful!

Competively priced for an amazing 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Free use of fitness center and Olympic sized pool. Access to golf and tennis.Units have a beautiful kitchenette and is ALWAYS spotlessly clean!! I live close by, but often stay there when we go to an evening event at the country club so we dont have to drive and often put our guests up there.Highly reccommend.

It was ok. There was an odd odor to the room. Also the robes were dirty, as in not washed. Other than that it was a decent room though the rate was a bit high for what it was.

Centrally located to many different attractions in Tampa. Close to shopping centers. Never heard occupants of other rooms.

Great resort for the family and all. Well maintained, well furnished and great staff. The two room set up makes for a great family venue allowing the kids a separate space to sleep and a full kitchen to provide meals for the family on a budget. Well be back next time we visit Tampa.
