This location is perfect for having not only great drinks but REALLY good food. The bar tender is spot on. I’m really picky with my Moscow mules and this bartender was on point. The food is really high quality, way better than normal bar food. It’s super clean, and the owners came around to talk to us. They are really cool guys. The Karaoke is a great bonus and there are other games like pool, ski ball, and darts. Just an all around really cool hang out location. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Tucked in a strip mall on Waters, Charley’s is clean, has a huge bar, and TV’s everywhere! You won’t miss a game here and may be able to hustle a pool table too! Great food served quickly and CORRECTLY... but the service was the BEST part! Dominica took great care of us and flashed her beautiful smile every chance she got! Dynamite service and great food—we will be back!!

Charleys is newly renovated with the best owners, they truly care about their customers and staff as people and are so polite! The atmosphere is lively and a great place to sing karaoke. Also, great inexpensive food. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Since the reopening they have stepped their game up a ton!Quick, friendly, and good-looking bartenders!Also plenty of pool tables, darts, and karaoke four days a week with a real Pro setting it up on a real stage....Food is good too. And it looks so much nicer inside. Check it out. Its not your Good Time Charlies of the past

Overall pretty good. We went early on a friday about 9pm.It about a 1/4 crowd and only one waitress. Took some aggressiveness to get our order taken, but once she came over, she was polite and attentive. As the nigh passed, several more waitresses arrived to help as the crowd grew. A young man( owner or manager) came over several times to check if we needed anything ( very impressive!).The food was good, but not great, but considering that only 1 item on the menu was over $10...not bad for the price. I recommend the churros( delicious!).The sound stage for karaoke was very nice, and the KJ was nice and friendly.Only thing there was really not much sound facing the crowd and most of the karaoke tracts were kara fun versions, which is at the bottom of the list for decent karaoke.Would I come back? Yes! Definitely!Would I recommend this bar? Yes! For sure!

Last night we decided to give Charlies another chance. I will say that Shawn and Mike really care about this place and the people that come here. Karaoke has house rules now to make it fair for everyone, this was awesome. The DJ did a great job with trying to keep the pace. Even with 3 pages of people singing everyone got a chance to go at least 4 times (for those that showed up at 9pm)if Im not mistaking before I left but whos counting. The most fun I have had in a long time. Mike and Shawn have made us feel as part of their family thank you.

Good drinks bartender is friendly only thing is if you are on a lunch break the food takes a while. the food is great though so just order ahead. the mahi mahi bowl is my favorite or the bang bang shrimp. The philly is pretty good as well.They have 3 pool tables and darts and lots of seating

They just redid their menu and drink specials and are ready to serve you!If you’re familiar with the drink concepts at The Hall on Franklin and Ciro’s Speakeasy to name a few then you won’t be disappointed. The people behind those concepts have redone Charley’s drink menu and you will thoroughly enjoy it.Let’s talk about the food! I ordered the blackened fish sandwich and it came with fries. I thought it was seasoned well and the fries were tasty. I also ordered the boom boom shrimp which reminded me of the shrimp at Bonefish. Very tasty! Finally I ordered the pork nachos, they came on chips instead of your traditional corn chips. I liked those the best. It came with plenty of cheese melted on top, jalapeños and the pork was plump and juicy. Give them a try and don’t be scared to get on stage and yell out a few of your favorite hits!

I just placed an order through DoorDash after waiting almost 45 minutes for it and watching it switch Dashers/delivery persons My order was canceled!!! I called the restaurant and the phone is saying it’s busy! This is my first time ordering from this restaurant and my last time I do not appreciate my order being canceled with no notice

Been there a bunch of times when it was Good Time Charleys but it was anything but a good time there last night. From the service being extremely slow to the karaoke dj not having the volume anywhere close to what the room size that we couldn’t hear anything being said without yelling. Server Tara last night was behind of every aspect of our table from refills to getting anything else the table needed and took her 3 times to split the check correctly. I ordered pretzels, which comes along with ranch, not cheese or mustard and ranch with pretzels is not a good combination at all. And the only thing that she could say, right at tip time was sorry we are short handed. Hopefully the next time we go there the dj will have the sound system corrected to the room and there will be more people on staff to be more prompt and attentive to their sections.

Im going to leave the 4 stars but only because the managers are cool people that been said.Here is the problem i have i sang 1 song 2 hours later still nothing people keep coming in and we keep getting pushed back not fair for customers already there to have to wait that long.I told my bro Abraham that i didnt want to go there for that reason, i found another place to go too which i went friday night and had a blast sang many songs and she had a long list and you donnot get pushed back if you are 3rd on the list is your slot all night long.So i am done not going there anytime soon because i will not go there drink and not participate i can drink in the comfort of my livingroom and spend less. Goodbye Charleys but your place is not for me

I have never felt so welcomed.They know me by name when I walk in. Such an awesome feeling! I come here at least 3 nights a week to hangout and listen to people sing Karoake and chat with friends. Tish is an amazing server and always on point! The Karoake ran by Augie,Harold and john is awesome! Everyone gets there shot at singing there favorite song! The food is outstanding as well! He is not like most host djs that are boring he is entertaining and fun. He helps make the worst singers sound good. This place has lots of hidden talent for those who are looking potential singer. Their signature drink is off the hook!! Drunken Churro its the perfect frozen sweet drink. Best part its like drinking dessert and wham it creeps on you. Love to dance and sing you gotta hit this place up! The food is delicious too.The bathrooms are always well kept stalked and clean. I always have a blast the regulars are like extended family. Better than cheers.

It was the first and the last time at Charleys for me. Food and service was great. We were a party of 4 and spent over $100. We were waiting for over 3 hours to sing a second song, while the DJ was singing and jumping over our names. How is the DJ going to handle over hundred ppl when he cant handle 20, they were there to sing on Saturday ? That was Charleys for me. Next time well go to Petes place or the Corner Bar in Largo were I know Im not going to waste my time and money. AUF WIEDERSEHEN !!!!

I had seen the menu and was curious about the mahi quinoa Bowl so I went in. I was pleasantly surprised it was delicious. Its a very nice place to go to eat and to have fun. If you go before 8 can have good food with your family. My daughter has tried to Philly cheesesteak and says its the bomb. My granddaughters enjoyed an Angus beef burger and boneless chicken wings. There were no leftovers.

Worst Karaoke DJ Ive ever seen. He started half an hour late, played the same two people very other song, despite having a full house, and had constant feedback because his (non songing) microphone was blasted with full reverb. He obviously didnt have any idea of what he was doing.
