I wish I could give this 4.5 stars, but I had to give this 4 stars because I think the prices could have been cheaper. I went to a tent & paid less than what I did at the store. Maybe the prices at the store were higher because there were no local firework displays this year due to the pandemic. Overall they had a variety of selection and the staff was very helpful. They even showed videos of what the fireworks would look like which helped out a whole lot.

Its in a slightly sketchy area, but the store is awesome, just lock your car while you are there. Excellent selection and excellent service.Went there for a gender reveal fireworks they were very helpful and had just what I wanted.

This is the best place for fireworks and make sure you go to their website for coupons and deals sign up for their newsletter. I do NOT work for them but I have been buying here since 1993. See Tim the manager he is great. Buy early to get deals. Make sure you pick up #1 Astral Galaxy firework 200 gram. Best bang for your buck with strobe its beautiful. My ultimate favorite. 2. Parrots prattle multi colored with the sound of parrots its fantastic 3. Firedance fountain absolutely the best fountain ever made for the price. 4. Walloping warheads this one takes off everywhere and you have to follow it...it is hilarious. Happy Fourth of July!

My wife went in and picked out what she wanted, I didnt go in because it was packed. Most things are usually buy one get one free and are advertised that way. When she came out with her items the receipt was double what it should have been. We went back in, stood in the huge line again and were informed that we had to ask for the buy one one get one deal. We got a refund but I wonder how many people they ripped off this way? Such a blatant scam. Horrible. Phantom fireworks will never get my business again. Shame on them.

Wow! I felt like a giant kid in a candy store. I love their selection and love the variety.What made this place stand out during my visit was the exceptional customer service. Everyone was so friendly and so eager to help make the right decision. They had all the lanes open and had their process down pat to get you in and out and security guards made you feel safe during the busy crowds.

If you like price gouging you’ve come to the right place! Buy one get one free GONE! I was told something about a 50% off everything in the store, when I asked for it I was told I needed a coupon. You got me this year but it will be the last year!!!! Oh did I mention the manager is arrogant and militant. Basically told me to pound sand, well I’m pounding it!

Very nice people but one person who sounded like a rude robot. Prices are outrageous but of course it went up over time. Also they cleaned constantly and kept the store clean.

We went in because of a coupon we got in the mail and was told because of cdc rules we couldn’t bring our 6 month old into the store, we had just gone to Pyro junkies right before and had no issues. They must not want to sell to families because it’s not like you can just leave a baby in the car while your shopping.

Great place for fire crackers. They have wide variety of collection in all kinds of crackers.They do offer festivals offers like buy 1 get 1 free during Diwali and July 4th. Fire crackers are sold only for 18+ adults. They do check ID.

Always friendly, have been a customer for years and i look forward to buying fireworks from these folks every year. The coupons / promotions are great but kind of a pain to use at times. They have silly restrictions... if you have a coupon out, just honor it. There’s always a mix up when I try to make separate purchases. You’re getting your money either way, just don’t make it difficult for the customer. Otherwise, it’s a great spot and the fireworks are always great.

The best way to shop is weeks Prior to a big event (News Years, 4th of July) The Store Manager is Fantastic and Extremely Knowledgeable. He knows the best bang for the buck for all situations. The best idea is to tell them what your budget is..and what your looking for.. they will cater to your needs and make you feel like a VIP. Also VERY SAFETY Conscious. If you dont mind a crowded shopping experience, the prices are the best. Always two for one deal on everything. Being in Florida a warehouse is also better bet to not have a bum firework from humidity.

Management is a joke they date within the job and give away more than they sell to their perferred or you better said their favorite customers.. I didnt know a manager can date an employee and work the same schedule. And I didnt know they can take hour and hour naps in their office. When they wanna see firework show they break and write it out on claims, aint that fraud

Good products at a cheaper prices and their coupons from mail can be used stacked. As in can use every cupon sent saving quite a bit. Just wish the stores was open more often. I can see why not the tents but would be nice to buy fireworks alittle. Or alot at a time thru out the year.

Employees were helpful and knowledgeable but the prices are ridiculously, unaffordable for the average family. I brought 3 of my friends with me to buy Fireworks for Independence Day and after walking around the store for 30 minutes we found Phantom Fireworks to be outrageously high in prices and just a total rip off. We wont ever be returning.

The selection was great but the store was chaotic. I literally had three items to check out as I was buying noiseless fireworks for toddlers. They should have a express check out for folks who have less than 5 items as everyone in the store had carts with thousands of dollars of fireworks in their basket.

Staff cery friendly, I just did not like that they advertised their Groupon special as 50% off, when in fact it was regular priced. The fireworks are all buy one get one free so when you pay $70 for two, one for $35 does not count as half off it is just a gimmick to trick people I to buying from them. I would not have drove 36 miles for that!

I went in for a job application. Hiring manager (woman) was very very rude and addressed me in a way that made me uncomfortable and when I spoke with the owner (man) he didnt see anything wrong with the way she addressed me. I would highly NOT recommend anyone unless u can deal with disrespectful managers to work here and even buy fireworks go to another location.

The staff was helpful and they let you use multiple coupons.

Financially, this is the best place to go because they are about $10-$15 cheaper per firework than the tents near you. The down side is the employees dont know what they are doing. They can barely operate a register and if one mishap occurs while ringing up your order your screwed. I spent two hours in the store, 20 mins picking out fireworks, and a hour and a half dealing with the cashiers at the register because they couldnt understand how coupons work. The only competent employee is the manager and it still took 90 mins to complete my order. Only recommend based on their prices, dont go at a peak hour because if they mess up your order, could be spending lots of time just trying to pay for the damn fireworks.
