Not helpful or have knowledge. I asked 3 associates for assistance 2 of them had no knowledge and the 1 other had no interest he thought other things were more important than Customer service. I picked products on my own not knowing what they would be about $485.00 worth processed to a register start putting my products down and then they tell me to go to another register so I comply and we start scanning 2 products in the registers and the register froze so now they have to go get something out of the back to scan my products. So what do you think well to me 3 strikes your out. Go somewhere where knowledge and Customer service is their priority

I was a tent contractor for Richard this past summer. The job was pretty much exactly what I expected, no problem with that. The issue came when it came time to be paid. The add said a guaranteed amount of $1250 plus 10% of sales above an agreed upon sales goal.While interviewing Richard said the tent I chose was a lower volume tent so are agreed upon goal was zero. He went on to ask that I keep this to myself because he never does this for anyone else especially just starting out.He did not get a contract to me until almost a week into the job and it was completely blank so I completed based on our conversation. Nothing was said when he picked up the contract or anytime following that. When I received compensation the check was $1250 short. When questioned he denied our conversation. When asked for a copy of the contract he refused to give me a copy. He did send me a picture of the compensation section which had clearly been changed without my knowledge.It is a lot of hours and you can make a little extra money for a month of 24/7 coverage but be aware of Richard and get everything in writing.

I have been going to the Hillsborough Ave & Racetrack Rd tent for the last two years and had endless excellent customer service. Mike always knows the best fireworks to put on for an awesome show. We’ll always return because he knows his product and ensures a great time.

Awesome products, Huge team of hard dedicated workers on deck to be sure all your pyrotechnics needs are satisfied... Alot of great items to be used with and by children with adult supervision many satellite/roadside locations to save your trip in season...

My local galaxy fireworks tent in highlands county Florida has one of best and loudest fireworks that Ive purchased so far, compare to tnt fireworks or any local tent that Ive been too. There was great staff and friendly. The gentleman who run the tent 4 years ago seems proud of his work and help me out which is the best fireworks to buy and was kind enough to tell me. I wish that guy run the tent 4 years ago would be able to come back to my local tent. With new staffing, its seems to be friendly well. Its a good tent but needs to work on pricing a little bit more because it was still a bit expensive. I highly recommend going there for this upcoming 4th of July.

Kinda expensive but pretty good

Nice staff, a ton of fireworks. They can educate you on whats allowed in your county. They also have sparklers/fountains for wedding and gender reveals. Pretty cool place.

Pleanty of staff to assist however needed. Many aisles fully stocked with assorted items. Quick check out even though many people were there for the 4th.

We chose this tent at Hillsborough and Racetrack after noticing the big banner saying it was staffed by a Purple Heart recipient. Mike and his crew were great! Great selection and quality.

Ok selection. Best to wait on sales for a good deal. Before the fire work hoildays. Its worth it.

Racists. We came to buy fireworks and they made us move our car because they said they were starting the firework show for the new years so we decided to wait after buying to enjoy the show and they made us leave so that they could begin the show. It was really awkward because everybody else popped their firework @ 12 but they waited till 12:45 to tell us to leave.

This place was amazing on New Years eve, they had really good deals and the staff was nice and it was funny for people watching

Went to the one on hillsborough and racetrack. Marina and her husband Mike who is a combat vet were extremely knowledgable and put together a great package for us. Cleanest and most organized fireworks tent ever! Great selection! Tks guys!

Staff was very helpful and show you what the fireworks look like using a video. The large fireworks we purchased were awesome.I give 3 stars as the smaller stuff we purchased: bottle rockets and mammoth smoke bombs were all duds. This is the 2nd year in a row this has happened.

Gypsies with a central location. I get the stories I read about tent workers not being paid. The Scarecrow who/runs the place likes to bully people; threaten everyone with a law suit...like she has power. LMFAO! Her kids are not well liked by most of the workers; none have any education. The oldest one likes to threaten people with saying: Ill get my mom! Imagine that. Translation: Broom Hilda is on the way, and shes going to sue you. As far as the BOGO...its like Vegas: try and find the product(s) that actually are BOGO, once you get there. I have met a lot of people in the industry, since my association with this pack, and they are nothing like this crew. Note to tent workers: you better hope their inventory system is right, or else she will use it against you and threaten to sue you, after you spend many weeks in a tent. Thats why she likes to hire losers who need the money, so she can threaten them with legal recourse she knows they cannot afford. WOW! What a business strategy...ho hum. And she does not pay her workers for holidays, even though- by IRS regulations -they rate for them. But nobody knows this or stands up to her. Shes just a bully- thats all.

Great place for firework a current buy 1 get one free in the whole store (with expection)

Staff is friendly and willing to help. But the prices havent one up although mostly everything is on BOGO for New years. I went in to spend my normal $60 and walked out spending $110. I didnt like that all the adult poppers and things you like you cant get ala cart, your forced to buy packs to get all the items you have grown to love. I mean who needs a 6 box pack of morning glories for 11.99 BOGO??? Its extremely pricing that way.

I shop here for both 4th of July and for New Years and the selection and prices are both amazing. The customer service and the giveaways are on point . I recommend everyone to shop here.

I have worked for Galaxy 3 yrs now at a tent on Christmas and New years; and we absolutely love it. Our representative is very a thorough, say what you mean and mean what you say kind of guy. That goes out of his way to make sure everything runs smoothly. Him, his wife and the owner are very kind hearted ppl and are very respectful. Its been a pleasure working with/for ppl that appreciate you. We have a large clientele that are repeat customers and they too are wonderful ppl. So very grateful to have a job that we love and ppl as well. Our customers are very important to us and being able to meet their needs is our main concern. Most of them are celebrating holidays, or events; and our focus is to make it as memorable as possible. I want to take this opportunity to thank you all very much for visiting our tent on Sunshine. Everything by one get one free, and I had no flaws with the fireworks, the wicks give enough time to get to safety on all major fireworks. And excellent customer service, everyone and i mean everyone were very helpful. My church familt loved it.

Prices were reasonable, there was a very good selection, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable & helpful.

Spent $200 and had to figure everything else out myself. The staff will not move a finger for you. They only will point to areas and than run away. I was only able to get her attention after I picked up a $119 firework kit.

Hey EVERYONE goto Hillsborough and racetrack in Tampa, Fl. Mike and his team were very professional. I bought this huge huge box of mortars it was very fresh good pruduct. Mike has a purple heart and would be blessed with all the customers he can get. Remember the corner of Hillsborough and Racetrack in Tampa. Best deals, Best staff, Best product. More bang for the bucks at Galaxy.

The manager Mike was extremely knowledgable and friendly. Knew everything about fireworks and took the time to explain everything to us. I will recommend this guy to all my family and friends. Did not enjoy my experience at this place. Poor selection and poor quality not to mention some very rude staff. Some manager by the name of Marie told me if I didnt like it then do business else where. 1/5 would not recommend.
