The park was ok. The Congo River Rapids was not too exciting. There are other things to do at the park. Because of Covid-19, there are some attractions closed though. Overall, it was a good time.

Of all the River Rapids rides in Florida, this one is the least remarkable. It doesnt get you insanely wet like Popeyes, its not intricately themed and landscaped like Kali River Rapids, and it doesnt have the soundtrack and high tech Rapids of Infinity Falls. And unlike all of those rides, it doesnt have a large drop. But Congo River Rapids is still worth your time. You will get wet, the theming is nice, and its fun just like any other Rapids.

It was nice my daughter loved it we got a bit wet not too much... They seat you two seats away from other parties... The weight was about 70 minutes

One employee acted like she hated her job but the ride was just what the doctor ordered on a hot day. On another note the ride infinity falls at SeaWorld Orlando is like Congo River rapids on steroids.

This ride is a lot of fun. Its almost like Russian roulette. You may get SOAKED or you may stay dry. Be sure to put your feet up on the bar to keep your feet dry. Theres also an area where people can pay money to spray water at you through giant water guns. Make sure that you use the lockers provided to keep your phone and valuables safe and DRY!

The queue is entirely outdoors, but it is covered from the sun and there are fans above you. However, you will get no real relief from the heat until you get onto the ride and get wet. Each round boat can hold 12 people. And there are two sides for loading and unloading. IF both sides are open, the line moves a little bit faster as 24 people can be getting on and off at the same time. As the name of the ride may suggest, this is a ride of rapids. There are warnings posted throughout the line that you may get wet and possibly soaked from this ride. Ive ridden this many times and have been anywhere between getting just a few drops of water to being completely drenched. DO NOT get on this ride unless you are ok with the chance of getting soaked!! Overall, a good ride, especially if you want to briefly escape the summer heat.

I love this ride. Its fun and a great way to cool down. But, as soon as we got to the ride today it was having technical difficulties. We wait for about 10 min then decided to go ride the Kumba which is really close to the Congo River Rapids ride. We waited in line there for about 10 min, when we got off the ride we went right back over to the Congo River Rapids ride and it was still down with no ETA. So we were disappointed we didnt get to ride it today.

Coulddnt tell you why but its always been my favorite ride at the park. I dont know if its the seating facing one another getting to meet total strangers for a short while. The unknown aspect because its different every time you ride. Or just how refreshing it can be on a hot day.

You will get wet. They insure that will happen. That being said, really fun easy rapids ride. We also tried the jumbo dryer outside of the ride.

Its a fun ride. Just when you think your getting away dry you get soaked. I will say again the fast pass stuff needs addressed. 30 straight minutes they let nobody from the standard line go. I understand they paid for shorter lines but you have paid pass holders that wont be renewing if this keeps up.

Had lots of fun on this water ride. You have to watch out for people paying a quarter to soak the riders though. It gives others a chance to participate in your experience by getting you extra wet.

Loved it but it was too short compared to the one hour long wait time. Thats the only down thing. If you dont know how to swim dont worry me neither and I believe the deepest part was below my waist line and I am 5.3.

You pay for a ticket, maybe food include, half the restaurants ARE NOT OPEN, HALF the PARK is in not functional, and the park closes at 6 or 7...DONT WASTER YOUR MONEY...your money and entertainment value SKYROCKETS in Orlando. WHOMEVER is leading BUSH GARDENS needs to WTF up and start fixing the dam park!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are BROKEN!

One of the few rides for someone who is afraid of heights. Great for a day with 105 heat index. Wished it was longer.

My sons first time on this ride. He is 3 years old and it is his ultimate favorite! He cant wait until he goes again.

So, I waited at least and hour and a half to ride this ride. Once we got in of course I was sitting in the seat that doesnt even hardly get wet! On a hot summer day waiting an hour and a half I didnt even get wet! Also I was waiting on the ride for a fall or slide, I got a circle of little waves! Only one seat on my raft got sort of wet! This was a waste of time definitely!

Be ready to get drenched. I will say you will not always get wet but dont risk it if you dont want to get wet

I used to adore this ride so much as a kid but now going back as an adult its really underwhelming. Its very short and really boring. Sure you get soaked but nothing excuting happens through the duration of it. Really outdated if you ask me. Over its fine, probably not worth waiting a long time for. I was lucky and went on a super slow day and got on instantly.

Congo River Rapids has always been a favorite ride of mine! Such a blast. But they need to keep up with the times as far as the atmosphere when youre in line. No animals to be seen in the glass that hasnt been replaced just showed that theres still a lot more work to do. Fun ride of course, as always!

We all waited for the ride to open at 11am. The ride finally opened up at 1120am and then we had a technical issue and we sat in the hot sun for another 10 minutes. No thank you! The ride was OK. 1/2 the riders got soaked. Wife got a big bruse on her upper thigh from the violent banging into walls!

Really fun! Almost exactly like the Kali River Rapids on Disneys Animal Kingdom. Also where breathable clothing or bring a poncho, you WILL get wet!

If your visiting during the summer this will definitely be on your ride to-do list. Great water ride helping you to cool off and have fun on those hot days! Good for families.

Wheel of Busch Gardens and this is one of our favorite rides I love it when we going to the waterfall and only half of the get wet its good to bring a poncho with you to keep your personal belongings dry and I have to pay for a locker

Love this ride, its been my absolute favorite since I was a kid! Now I get to take my kids!!! The line was super short this past weekend so we rode multiple times, which never happens!!!

On a good day this is a great ride in a great park. Weather ruined everything, we were there all day and everything we wanted to do was closed down. We didnt get to do anything. The closest we came to a ride was the trolley back to the parking lot.
