I came here tonight to purchase a few small novelties. One of the items was $3 and the clerk forgot to ring it up, he took it off the shelf and left it on the counter. He told me the total was just over $30 and I didn’t think any items were missing because I trusted him to do his job and the dollar amount was so small it doesn’t make a noticeable difference. When I got in my car I noticed the item wasn’t in the bag. I went inside and he refused to sell it to me because there is a $10 minimum for credit cards. This was his mistake and the manager Quan, didn’t take any responsibility for it. He blamed it on me for not watching the clerk ring up the items and then lied by saying the machine can’t process payments under $10. I decided not to buy the item as this was not my mistake. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Terrible customer experience.

Wasnt aware of the new hours when we went. Got there and only had 15min til closing, which wasnt a big deal as we were just going to buy a toy. 10min left and the guy told us we needed to wrap it up, waited til we could find him to have us grab what we wanted to purchase, as hes grabbing it, hes asking if we were paying cash or card. Told him card and he said we couldnt pay with card as he had already shut the card reader down. That is something he should have started with when we first walked in, as we wouldnt have waisted our time. The guy who was working was very unfriendly and seemed like he hated his job. No interest in going back.

I went there in January by myself dressed feminine, I’m not very passable but it was my first time out. I was self conscious but was made to feel very welcome, the staff made me very comfortable and welcoming. I definitely will be going back.

The store is pretty clean. The merchandise is organized well and there is a great selection. What makes the place is the staff. If you have shopped at another sex store recently you may have noticed the lack of enthusiasm and customer service from the staff. Here, they at least acknowledge you with a smile. They seem genuinely interested if you have questions. Also, if its your thing, they have Arcade sections throughout that can prove to be a lot of fun. Its very hit-or-miss. But when its hit, its fun! Lastly, I think that their prices are very reasonable. They could charge a lot more for certain things but they would rather focus on the customer and loyalty.

Not too bad, never made to feel ashamed about any of my purchases, some ofthe movie rooms could use some new paint and or light remodeling.

I havent been there before the changes.The when i went it was after midnight.The night time staff was pleasent and knowledgable. Eager to help and explain the new products in.they have a huge selections of DvDs and a increasing size of higher end toys /vibrators / and s&m toys. Make sure you check the glass cases! There is a sale always going on.As far as the cleanliness of the place. I dont know but what i saw.the floors were swept and mopped air freshner was in the air. The arcade and theathers smelled of bleach and faboloso.. The products sold seem to be the newest on the market nicely organized and placed.

Whenever we go to Tampa we know we can find great deals on movies at Tres Equis. Jenn always makes sure we find what we are looking for. Thanks Jenn

Couples are free but I visited looking around with my girlfriend looking around told oh you cant in the peep shows oh you cant go In the theater so its free to buy things but dont dare look around and see if we like the place . Ya so we left made to feel we were not wanted dont worry we wont be back to intrude ever again.

They are doing a lot with the place, great deals going on til 2/13. 1.99 DVDs. Come see the great staff. Always welcome here. Ts girls free Monday thru Friday.

Stinky, dirty, filthy, smelly, run down. Did I leave anything out? Ridiculously unfriendly employees. You don’t need to roll your eyes when I ask a legitimate question. I even saw the clerk Dave call someone out in front of me for being a regular, and the guy noticing was very unhappy and uncomfortable when he did that. These places are private places to shop. I won’t come back here after this first time simply because of the filth and the clerks actions. Go somewhere else and buy a toy that hasn’t been sitting on the shelf collecting 20yrs of dirt and dust.

Staff was at full attention and knowledgeable about merchandise. Just watch out for the lil spitters

At one time this place was smelly & gross with rude, rude, RUDE employees but recent changes in management AND employees have really turned things around!!!! New management just announced a recurring COUPLES night will begin on Valentine’s Day!!!!

I picked up bed bugs in this place. It must have been while sitting on their sofas in the theater. I know that I got them here. I wont ever go back. Beware.

Dirty, dank, moldy and musty smelling. Stay away! Theres two nice workers the Lady Kaniesha and the older guy Gus. The rest of the staff are rude, nasty, and act like they hate their job. The guy with the blue mustang and Bea Arthur voice especially. Todd is cleaner on Nebraska or any stores in Tampa on Lois. Hell even Plant X by burger king is better. Why do they even stay open past 12am. Its dead.
