Great park with a nice walkway that isnt too big or too small. It has a pond that people were fishing at and has a few nice covered spots with tables. Highly recommend this place for a picnic, pictures, and for a nice walk.

I love this park. Its beautifully maintained, has a large duck pond, and plenty of bridges. There is seating and bathrooms available. Overall it doesnt get too busy, although I see people doing large family photo shoots a couple of times a month. I ride my bike through here multiple times a week and its a great connector to local trails in the area as well. The mosquitos can get pretty bad, but thats true of all of Syracuse.

Beautiful little park! Perfect for sunset photos. Mosquitos are a little crazy, especially in the evening. So pack all of the bug spray you can. Other than that what a fun place to feed ducks oats and corn.

I have only been here a few times. I went once a few years ago for a kayak and paddle board demo. I bought my daughter a kayak and I thought it was a good place to take her on her first time out. We were there a week ago and I remember it being nicer last time. I would probably appreciate it more from the shore.

Beautiful.Lots of DucksStarted fishing at 8am on the shore by the wooden bench, where the water is coming in. No fish for 2 hrs, using yellow power bait and live worms. No luck and sat in the shade. So enjoy and help keep it clean because I got a plastic pudding cup on my fish hook.Enjoy. Great walking trail.

Speaking as someone who temporarily lived in Syracuse, this is a nice respite from bland Suburbia. The birds are adorable. Since this is supposed to be a nature park, though, I recommend replacing water-hogging grass with drought-tolerant native ground covers.

Decent place to fished I’d give it 5 stars but when people are being disrespectful (letting their dogs splash around and swim right next to you other anglers setting up shop 5 feet away from you and fish the whole shore line) it just kills theMood. other then that it’s a nice spot just gotta have patience with some people lol

I love seeing what different birds might be there and walking my dogs. Its so pretty and enjoy the paths.I Do worry about the junk I see around the water mostly, that people carelessly leave behind after fishing that may harm kids or dogs and other animals! They should be Required to leave it Cleaner than they find it Before leaving, for everyones enjoyment!

I love going to this park to feed the ducks with my son (7 yo), but the ducks can be pushy! So dont leave your young kids unattended with bread in their hands. Its also a great place to teach your kids how to fish, since they can fish for free up to a certain age. Weve caught baby trout and others. Its a good place to take portrait photography for scenes with ponds, fields, trees, wide-open space. Ive taken several peoples pictures here with great results.

This place is stunning and is a wonderful place to go and enjoy. The bridges and trails make an average park into an amazing one. The wild life look happy and healthy and the nature is preserved beautifully. I come here all the time to relax, hang out, picnic, explore, and have fun. I would highly recommend this park to anyone and everyone!

We had my brothers wedding here and it turned out so well! The little community center they have is perfect for an intimate ceremony like we had. It comes with a little kitchen and bathroom, as well as its own chairs and is nicely air conditioned. The lake made a lovely backdrop to all of my brothers wedding photos as well. Jensen park is well maintained and there are lots of cute little ducks and other foul to feed bread to. A great place for any official pictures or just a nice walk with family.

This is a beautiful nature park. The large pond in the middle is great and it has a cool iron-style bridge across the pond. The park has a natural feel to it, but the edges of the pond are beginning to erode, leaving the black barrier beneath visible. The birds tend to make it a bit dirty, too, but there isnt much that can be done about that.

This is a great little party with some of the most amazing sunsets you can find. We love just down the road and come here quite a bit for walks any bike rides. Theres an extensive amount of nice trails and bridges, lots of picnic areas, and even a spot you can reserve indoors. Watch out for the ducks; most people dont know it, but weve been asked not to feed them as they cant actually suggest the bread. Theres also lots of fishing, but Id suggest just a catch and release on these ones. Its a great place to take family pictures in the fall and winter.

Has a pond for fishing, and onsite place to clean fish. Has many covered tables, a few boweries for group activities. ALSO has reservable building with open area, and kitchen. With bay windows that face the pond. There is a walking path that goes around the pond and connects to the local trail system. Im sure there is more that I have neglected to mention. Definitely worth checking out!!!

This is a great place to go on a walk with the kids and kill an hour or two. But there just isnt really much to do. You can come and feed the Ducks and look at the birds and fish, although I have never personally caught one or seen anybody catch one since going there. Restrooms were clean, not really up to date though.
