Didnt like the fact that, when my pkg was to be returned to the manufacturer, goin postal charged me $2 when it was to be no charge. UPS, in the east end,told me that there would be no charge for the return to manufacturer. Next time I needed to return something, with UPS, there was No Charge.

Was charged close to $9 to drop off a prepaid UPS package & a small box that shouldn’t of been more than a couple bucks. I was going to just make a separate trip to the post office for the small box... Until I saw the “Lowest Shipping Rates” sign. I was mistaken BIG time.

My dog Sadie and I had a very pleasant experience. This store is dog friendly, they even had treats behind the counter for Sadie - she was very excited about that. Im sure when we walk by again, Sadie will want to pop in for a visit, she likes to make friends wherever she goes. I used the print and fax services here. I was very happy with this service. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was friendly banter, laughs, and staff member put my papers in an envelope so my dog wouldnt get them dirty.

Great Place, I did not know about the $2.00 service fee for dropping packages off. I did not have cash so she told me to just bring it when I am in town next. Great people, I am glad i decided to stop, I will be dropping my Fedex and UPS packages off here more often.

I dont mail much, but when I do? Going back. Greeted professionally, and after explaining what I wanted to do, told me what I needed to fill out and a quick five minutes later? I left happy my package was on its way. Fast and efficient.

Id give it no stars if I could. The first time my dad went in to drop a package off for ups, the person working was courteous and didnt charge. Go in today, by myself as a young woman and met a man working there that did not want to be helpful and then said its a $2.00 fee. Where did that come from? Then he was rude to me like I was wrong. Youre in customer service. I wont be coming back.

Came in to drop off a package that was going back as a damaged product. Doesnt bother to look at it. Stood there for 5 minutes waiting... Hell one lady walked in and out while I waited... Ya wont be back. Being someone that used to ship things daily. I know how difficult it can be but I also dont trust this place because of the lack of caring... Im shipping a package that has value to me... Even though you may not care...

Very rude clerk snabbed the paperwork out of my hand. Would have said something but he now had my package (a laptop) and who knows what he might of done to it. And reminds of the same thing happening a couple of years ago, same place, same type of rudeness and same clerk?? Probably!! Will try to use other options in the future.

Worst customer service. When I have an issue with a very fragile package they wont acknowledge it, and they never pick up their phone during regular business hours.
