We used to go here all the time before the pandemic. Went recently with our own wipes and hand sanitizer to be extra careful, but I still expected some cleaning from the staff. However, besides the signs saying they clean we were there for a couple hours and did not see one staff member wipe anything down. Thank god we took our own wipes. Did see most people wearing masks so that was good

Awesome atmosphere and diverse crowd. Lots of thing to do from dancing, to darts, to pool. The bartenders are nice and quick. Drinks are good and reasonably priced. Also have great bar food! The pizzas surpassed our expectations (we didnt expect much). Definitely will be back.

Despite the many setbacks with the current pandemic, i was fortunate enough to still have a birthday party for my twins turning 10 years old. Avery (the assistant manager) was a spectacular host. He not only oversaw the activities but he engaged in various one-on-one conversations with the kids and adults who attended the celebration, making it a welcoming environment. When some of the kids were experiencing difficulties with the games, he personally walked them to the game to assist. The kids had such a good time that they requested to have their next birthday party there.

Great place to bring your kids.

Lots of fun for my kids, good toy prizes, if you dont mind the junk food. Otherwise very friendly staff. The whole family had a great time, will definitely be back soon!

My first visit to here. But I will definitely return again. The facility is clean and well maintained. In this time of COVID-19 they are keeping games wiped down. The employees have been really nice and helpfulThanks to Avery for being so nice and caring.

There is a gentleman named Avery Williams that works there. He is awesome. Very courteous and professional. My kids love that place. We will be back again soon.

1st visit here amid the pandemic I have to say the place is very cool, I took a big L none of the arcade machines where giving tickets my kids where mad, so we decided to play the prize machines no wins wasted like $50 I realise machines are rigged will never go back there I felt robbed.

Update..when back yesterday while I was happy to see new games its now been better than before like always good customer service experience and friendy service are small part of a package excellent job manger teams... But one thing missing fior me a Saturdays now its just 3 or 4 kids running around with parents and my son playing with school friends or my coworker after work.. like I say its not the same.

In The Game was a great experience We had my son birthday party and at 1st I was nervous because of covid but the party host Denise was amazing and very helpful and made our experience a great and memorable one Thanks for everything will return again for my daughter birthday later this year

I would never spend my money here again. It seems like with an unlimited card you’d be able to play multiple games.We realized about halfway through that there were a total of only 4 games we could play and the rest were broken.Even the card swipes that were multi-colored we couldn’t play. Such a waste of time and money.We wish we would’ve known that before buying 2 cards and thank god we didn’t buy 2 hours worth.EDIT: We actually did go to the front desk for the one and only employee working at the time we were there and even showed her the games that were/ weren’t working and all she said was sorry and that the games weren’t working.We said we wished we would’ve known that sooner because we literally could only play a total of about 4 games. The rest were broken and not working.

I have been going there for a while with my kids.. they have a lot of fun including us adults to haha.. The food is also good, I just love going there and my kids are happy..

Was good for the night. Granted wish there was more to do with the package we got, but did enjoy my time. Johnny rockets was for sure the best since we dont get to go all the time with this being the closest location to us at a half hour drive away, but would enjoy going again. Was bummed out there were a lot of games not working properly or out of order. But really enjoyed the bowling!

This is a pretty good, family oriented arcade. The games were pretty good and you can win points for playing certain games...cashing those points in for prizes. Not a cheap day out, though and if a machine happens to eat your credits, you will be challenged to find help to fix... Also, as always, keep your kids close. Security seemed somewhat limited.Update:. Management responded that all exits are monitored and local police constantly patrol there and the Sawgrass Mills Mall. Further, they apologized for the inconvenience for the limited floor help on the credit issue. Management, thank you for caring enough to respond and for me, that goes a long way I will take your word on security being adequate but Im sure we agree that parents should always keep their guard up, especially where kids can roam. I wasnt worried about a few lost credits; just surprised there was nobody on the floor to fix such issues. I didnt want to wait on line at the counter for a possible fix, though Im sure they would correct the issue. Thanks, again.

This place is really enjoyable, and unlike some other arcades, this one actually adds new games to the mix. Heck, you can even play a new VR game! Even when the place is busy, theres never really a wait time for any of the games as theres usually a second right next to it, or nearby. This one is definitely a favorite of mine.

The machines tend to be very confusing and the cost of the coins is pretty high.Like the mini bowling option though, great for kids.

My boys and I had a great time here and went two days in a row... a couple of hours each day with a lunch break at the adjoining Johnny Rockets in between. The staff at both Johnny Rockets and In The Game were so nice. I would especially like to mention that the gentleman in the game room named Bonenfant was wonderful and always a big help to us... On our first trip here, he explained how the cards worked and also fixed a virtual reality game for us when we realized it wasn’t operating right. He was very cheery and always smiled... just so nice all around and made us feel welcome to ask for his help any time. We were happy to see him again the next day when we came back for another round of some fun. He remembered us and welcomed us back with his big smile and warm disposition. You don’t come across people like him often so I hope the management at this place reads this review and will praise him for the wonderful job he’s doing. :-)

Kids, had fun!

Very good, the food was delicious and simple you be surprise how many places get grilled cheese wrong. If I was the owner I would never get rid of the cook and the games are much new and better than Daves and busters where Im my opinion the food suck and the games are old, good place highly recommended beter than chuckie cheese as well

Came here for the first time since being renamed and I have to say that my kids love this place. Not only is it worth the price but the prizes are actually very reasonable. The staff is extremely friendly as well. Especially Robert over at the prize area. Robert went above and beyond to make sure that my kids and I left with a smile. Thank you Robert for your superior service.

Nice little place for arcades and vr games

Who does like video games. My wife & visited GameRoom last night & I was pleasantly pleased with the game selections & the overall experience. We signed up for their email & we got 1 hr free with a $10 purchase so that was really cool. There are a ton of ticket games & the arcade games are somewhat limited but still enough to choose from. The space is not as big as youd expect but you can tell theyre in the process of expanding. I gave it 4 stars because of the amount of kids just hanging out on the machines. I did see the staff trying to move them out but its a lot like herding cats. Other then that I think youll have a great time.

In The Game is a great place for family fun. We had a blast & enjoyed our time there and will definitely be returning. The staff maneuver well, were very vigilant, helpful and kind. Thank you for making an awesome place like this, we loved the new games and prices a very reasonable.

Nice place, took my childrens classmates here for a field trip and the 60 students enjoyed themselves.

My kids really enjoyed the games and activities here. They also liked the selection of prizes at the end. It was even enjoyable for my husband and I as we found games that were entertaining for adults too.

This place is a RIP OFF! The games literally last just a few seconds. My kids werent even here for an hour they burned a $100.00 game card and got a ring pop and two plastic ninjas to show for it. Unless you have money to blow, take your kids anywhere else but here.

Right next to Johnny Rockets at the Sawgrass Mills Mall, my friend and I went into the Gameroom to have some fun. We both received a 1 hour game card and was instructed by the employee behind the counter that we could only use the cards on games with a blue light. One bowling game was also included. There was various games to play, but with a one hour game card; our choices were slim among playing basketball, air hockey, and some arcade games. You can add more money to the card, which varies in price, to get more credits. The Gameroom is a fun-filled place for friends, parents with kids, or a date...if the person likes to play games. Would definitely like to come back.

This place is awesome for both kids and adults alike.They have a Johnny Rockets attached with a bar (beer/alcohol/wine). The food at Johnny Rockets is actually very good.They also have an escape room (which is basically a walk in cube). If youve been drinking, it might be too difficult to actually complete any puzzles so maybe do it before youve had too much to drink!

Saw the premiere for Secret Life of Pets 2. So much fun. Enjoyed games and food as well.

Not what I remembered although its under construction and still looked cared for. Looking forward to see what it turns out, years ago what made it good for my family was it had several, sometimes six connected units of same game (example: six motorcycle, six car, six guns etc)so everyone could compete at once together!

This is a great little arcade for kids. You can tell that its peak entertainment level is like maybe 7-12. My son(3) loves the mini-bowling and collecting tickets from games.

This place used to be such much fun but not anymore. What a bust. The unlimited play for $12. Its a trap. Better if buying a $20 card wich will last maybe 1/2 hour. To have fun here you need to spend at least $100 bucks. Stay away.

The staff was really nice. One in particular, Malik he was a very nice gentleman and he helped me fix an issue with a game. 10/10Would come back again.

The staff talk to you like you dont know what youre saying all it is its a its a catch-22 catch a do not dispense tickets everything is credit and that is it actually there is no fun in these games there more cater to Children better all going to Dave & Buster where the action is lesson learned. I spent about $60 and it wasnt even worth my time but the only person thats Happy was my daughter cuz it was her birthday so God bless her and her friends

Cant beat this local favorite. It has everything you need for a family night out. Great games, easy winning and decent prizes. Clean, friendly and inviting. Johnny Rockets has a perfect menu catered to American cuisine favorites, not to mention a bar. Gotta love this place, nothing is missed. Once the construction is finished it will definitely be a 5 star establishment again.

Management is very friendly. (Avery Williams) is So Sweet and the employees are very Attentive. In the Game is truly the place for family fun and Clean during this crazy (Pandemic). Thank you for being so kind the moment I walk in.

I cant say enough about the service here. And I must say, Sean is an awesome manager. He deserves a promotion 100%. His service is truly outstanding. He makes sure to go out his way to be of help, no matter the situation. Each time I come here, I have a priceless experience. They dont make managers like that anymore. Great experience here!

Love the games and upgrades to this space. Ive been coming to this mall over 20 years. One particular employee Shaquille made the experience for my ten year old daughters memorable by his kindness and going above and beyond customer service. My girls had a blast and my husband and I let loose as well. I will be making this our new spot!

This place is pretty cool the video games have changed since I was a kid but I think there is a lot here to keep even the most ADD type child very occupied for at least a few hours I never tried the virtual reality games but Im sure Im going to come back and try them and right next door is a restaurant so you get everything you need this would be sawgrass Mills version of Dave and busters so take a look

Great arcade for all ages! They have many different game choices and that provide for everyone. This place is always adding new, fun games, but keeping the best. A bit pricey. An alternate option would be hourly plays, however, you do not get tickets and I know that may change some minds. This place is also joining with a Johnny Rockets which is fantastic, but they are as well pricey. A tip I guess you would call it would be become a VIP member. I promise its not hard, nor do you have to pay other than for your credits, but it totally saves some money!

Unfortunately our experience was a disappointment. The manager who obviously has never taken any management classes nor has any customer service experience was extremely rude and obnoxious. She is the kind of employee who will take any business to bankruptcy, no wonder they were slow on a Sunday night. If your kids are young enough they are better off at Chuck E Cheese or if they are a little older go to Dave and Busters.

We had our 9 years birthday party. It was very good and everyone had a nice time. 2 for 1 drinks were a crowd pleaser with the adults too. However there was an issue where the employee miscounted our tickets at the counter and then started to throw them away when we asked for a recount. The manager did resolve it quickly and professionally which is the reason we would go back again.

Dirty floors average service,good for a quick snack with no rush.

Forget dave and busters this place has it all for the kids and 2 for 1 drinks for parents. Remodel is great and games are state of the art.

This place was AMAZING!!! We had two summer camp schools, the staff was very friendly... They took a great care of our students and our teachers as well! The students had a blast with all the diversity games they had... We recommend this place for anyone that would like to go book a camp, or go out with parents to play!!

I went here yesterday with my daughter with 30 bucks we had an awesome time. Much better than Chuck-E-Cheese and weve been going to Chuck-E-Cheese a lot lately. Im going to finish cashing in her tickets at Chuck E cheese and then no more Chuck-E-Cheese.This place is too much fun and you get to play the games longer. And the bowling and the games are just bigger.You win more tickets than Chuck-E-Cheese

This is one of our favorite family places to go to. Theres something for everyone (I have a 10 and 4 year old) and pricing is great for the value you get.

Food and arcade games! Fun! We had a couple of four year olds and a two year old with us. They rather enjoyed the carnival style games. Also, the games give out real tickets... I feel like I dont see that very often anymore.

I visit this establishment 4 - 6 times per month, and it rarely fails to entertain me! The arcade features a wide selection of machines, some more interactive than others. Classic machines such as DDR, Skee Ball, Spin-The-Wheel and Deal or No Deal can also be found here. A few years ago they had a Guitar Hero machine, which was unfortunately removed. Would recommend for any person who is swinging by Sawgrass Mills or looking for some simple, fun and affordable weekend plans!

The arcade was amazing but they gave me the wrong order and i cant get my money back. I paid for a milkshake and it cost 5.99, but when I ordered the same thing it cost 7.56

The family had a blast!!! Put Dave & Busters and Chucky Cheese to shame who needs food when you have such a selection of good quality games with good ticket payouts my kids were thrilled with the stuff they got with the tickets and that did me and my wife Justice. Wish there was one in PA

Went last weekend with the family. Kids had a great time. The place is not as big as Dave & Busters or Gametime but it has more than enough games. They have a bowling game that is worth visiting just for that, kids had a blast. Parents can grab a drink the the Johnny Rockets attached to it.

This was my first time coming into In the game ever. Not only was the staff friendly from Joseph at the card counter to the supervisor Shaquille who was extremely helpful, the customer service was beyond my expectations, and not only would I highly recommend this to friends and family, I plan on having my sons birthday party here in October!

Always a good place for the kids to burn some energy. The place is nice and clean. I only wish they had timed cards with credits. The credits run out fairly quickly which gets pretty costly for the parents.

Had fun with my son there today. The place does look better since it has been redone. I think the games are a little expensive. But I grew up in the era that all games are a quarter he collected a lot of tickets and enjoyed trying to win them on the skee ball game. I will definitely bring him back on those days to hot to be outside.

Is a good place, not so expensive and they have good games (And a BOWLING!) The only thing is that the gift store is not so good and there is no food in place.

Very cool place for the kids if they are into video games. Plenty to do in Sawgrass Mills mall for the parents including restaurants and shops. The mall is long so it is a good exercise as well.
