I visited this place a few weeks ago and had a great time. No one was there despite it being 12.30 pm. So, my sons had their pick of the games. The pizza was thin crust, dusted with oregano, and nice and hot. It was super. The drink machine was off and there was no ice. When the employee started the machine up the sodas were flat and tasted like the brown water. For the $85 price tag—it wasn’t worth it. The selection of games was scare, many machines weren’t operational, and there weren’t that many ticketed game options. However, the children had fun.

Everyone had on their mask. Children seemed to be having fun. It was not crowded it was just right. My son and I was very happy to be back since February

My 2 year old daughter liked it. She had a great time playing the games (we did the timed card). She thought Chuck e cheese on the stage was real and went up to him to say hi lol the downside.....not all the games work, the pizza tastes like stale cardboard, they dont do shows anymore nor do any of the characters come out.

Some of the games could use some maintenance but other than that it was great! Pizzas tasty and coronavirus has kept most of the crowd away.

Extremely unfriendly uncaring staff, no welcomecoming in... stood at the counter and stared at us for a few minutes before coming to let us in while being the only people in the store, half of the games were off which is understandable because of covid at the moment but the store is so small and the prices are still so high, compared to my local Chuck e Cheese. The prize counter prices were skyrocketed also... for the same items. The prices aren’t the problem though therefore it is not negotiable or the stores fault, my issue is only with the staff. At the counter they took my card and stared at me with no conversation no greeting, or even the bare minimum: say how many tickets were on my card.. I had to ask. I’m a Chuck E Cheese employee at a different location and if I ever acted that way there’d be a problem, but the manager here acted the same way as well. Only redeeming aspects here are the expansive toddler area and the animatronic stage, otherwise theres nothing.

Customer service was on point, the pizza and wings were really good, the kids had a blast....will definitely be back.

I love this location. The staff are always friendly the pizza and salad bar is really good. My children are happy to come here. They have something for all ages. MY two year old have just as much fun as my 7 year old. The bathrooms and games are kept clean.

The kids had a great time. My good friends invited us out to spent a night of fun with their twin boys. They all had a great time playing games and meeting Chucky! I tried the salad bar which was all you could eat. They provide you with a wrist ban for the salad bar. The salad bar was surprisingly fresh better than most fast food restaurants. I was also surprise they sold adult beverages. Two drinks per license (adult) which I agree with that policy. There were many birthday parties that night and I was VERY happy to see many dads with their children talking football and having a great time.

Bad smell, a lot of machines are down and no ones sanitizing or cleaning anything. Seriously though, the smell is horrid!!

Impressed by their new upgraded bday kids packages and this new young staff run things with a smile and very attentive and clean. Only downfall at this time is their salad bar it needs a uhaul. Overall very pleased with the experience.

I had a mini 2nd birthday celebration for my son. The atmosphere was good, compared to that of another location Ive been to. However, this location has more entertainment options. I had their pizza for the first time and I have no complaints.

Love it. Same place as when you were a little kid. However now they have play cards with time instead of tokens in most games. They still have the tickets.Staff was friendly and helpful. Well worth it. Very clean as well.

I had a wonderful experience. I decided to celebrate my babys first birthday here. The staff was nice, everything came on time and my son enjoyed his birthday party.

Fun place for kids under 6

Extremely disappointed. I ordered 2 pizzas, I received one after about 30 mins. I didn’t receive the second pizza until almost an hour and a half after I arrived. Their excuse was that their “oven had stopped working.” While that is understandable (if they were even telling the truth), there was no reason for it to have taken that long to make another pizza. Furthermore, I received the pizza with the wrong topping around 5 minutes after closing time. When I asked the worker about this, she simple stared at me and did not say a single word, not even an apology. While it was understandable that there was an oven malfunction, what I don’t understand how a person can mess up toppings of a pizza, even after I repeatedly told them my what I wanted. Extremely disappointed in the staff, particularly the kitchen people, as they proved to be no help at all. I also noticed that there was a birthday party going on, and they also hadn’t received their pizzas by the time I left even though it was 5 minutes past closing time. I can’t imagine how horrible they must have felt for having their birthday party ruined. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re planning on ordering food because the kitchen staff has extremely disappointed me.I also forgot to mention, there was also only one person at the register throughout the 2 1/2 hours that I was there (she also kept disappearing), and standing in line to get my card and order the pizza also took a very long bc despite the fact that there were only a couple people in front of me. Overall, the staff should be better trained on customer service and not take 30 mins to take a persons order and then not give them their food an hour and a half later.

The front desk line was extremely slow. They had 1 hostess working it. It took me at least 30 min to be seen. But other than that.. It was good

Wish it had more games and a play area with tunnels and a slide..... everything was nice not crowded but kids left it a real mess. Parents need to watch there kids ripping paper and throwing it on the floor. Food plates cups etc.

We had a great time for my daughters birthday party. All the kids really enjoyed themselves. Destiny, our party host, was amazing! She was very polite and attentive, she did and exceptional job! Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 was because no one told us we could pause our play passes since the package came with 2 hours of unlimited game play per child. But other than that, everything was great!

This Chuck E Cheese has no slides. I repeat, this Chuck E Cheese has NO SLIDES. I wish I would have known that before going. I was expecting slides since every CEC Ive gone to has had. Everything else was good. The pizza was yummy and the employees were nice. No slides were a real bummer.

My guest (boy 5) had a great time. He had so much fun playing the games and making friends that he would forget to collect his tickets. I also like the fact that Rock Island Elementary School was able to have a fundraiser here. I think thats a great idea and I was happy to contribute. The pizza was good too.

The timed game card makes it very convenient for the kids to have consistent fun. It would be nice to see sanitizer wipes in each area though so games and rides can be wiped down before my children play. So it can minimize them getting sick and the parents having to leave work to care for them.

My daughter enjoyed herself..It wasnt as crowded..And the staff was very friendly.

Everything looks dark and dirty. Children should have a light and soothing atmosphere. Over crowded also.

Prefer to buy unlimited play for certain amount of time rather than buying based on number of tokens. Not too expensive. Good time for kids and the 4year old gets super excited when Chuck E. Cheese comes out to greet and dance with the kids.

We went here for a birthday party. My son had a great time! We purchased an hour of gameplay (when his party credits ran out); it was worth it. Within that hour, you can play as many games as you wanted. It is a great value.

This chuck e cheeses on Oakland park is worthless! I come every year with the kiddos and every year more than a few machines arent working or has a problem. We can for a fund raiser with school and got the discounts. It was a fun night because we made it fun. The games my sons wanted to play were out of order and the games my daughter picked out didnt spot out the tickets. The one in pompano is way better.

Took my son here for a father-son day and was pretty disappointed. Most of the games were broken and lots of old food sitting around from ppl who already leftI still really do like the stamping system at the door

My granddaughter really enjoyed herself. Friendly staff, plenty of games to play, and the food is good. The new way of playing is easier on the pocket too. You can buy points or but time. We bought time and I played as much as my princess. When our time was done it was time to leave, excellent. Keep up the good work Chuck E Cheese

Place was clean. New equipment. Expensive. Food took long. Everyone,s face was unhappy. Most people acting like we were a bother as the customer. Games timed too short. Football game said 2 minutes play time but only lasted for 40 seconds ( I recorded it twice to make sure)

What kid doesnt like this place, even when scared, they get over it and warm up to Chuck E.

This has been the most amazing time I have ever had! The staff and the celebration coordinator who hosted my nephews Birthday was on point! Thet met all out our needs for a child with autism. Thank you for making it sooo special for him!!

It was my daughters 7th Birthday. She had awesome time!!! We had pizza, wings and soda and she played her little heart out. Didnt really expect her to do well, shes on the Autism Spectrum, but she def enjoyed herself.

I love the card system and the fact that its time sensitive. I am able to plan and control my visit. It was so much fun for all age group, and I had people there age from 5,14 to 34 years old. The draw back was I had to wait to be let in and wait for the cashiers but that could because I went there an hour before closing time.

Good as far as Chuck E Cheese goes. Sometimes the lines for service are unreasonably long, and the employees dont seem to be in any kind of rush. The arcade games are great though, and many are updated and modern. And I like the new way that they charge people based on time playing instead of just points. I especially love the new bracelet options for my kids to hold their cards with their time/points loaded on. No chance of them losing it like they could with the card! Clean restrooms.

I have a great experience at Chuckecheese. They dont only have games for kids, but us adults enjoy ourselves too. Most of what really matter is the kids safety.

I took my kids here 2 weekends ago and Aline went above and beyond. Anything I needed or had a question on, she answered and explained. Food was great and so was Aliene. Thank you for making it an awesome experience for my family and me.

Went there for my son Joshua’s birthday, he had fun and the pizza was tasty but took forever and it came sort of cold ...... wasn’t happy with that. I wasn’t satisfied at all! The manager Courtney was very rude rolling her eyes and dismissing my son when he asked a simple question about the games not working, cursing in a kid environment and just not acting professional what so ever. The place is ran by kids and the managers seem to be very lethargic, soda machine barely works, we swiped our play pass several times on different games just for it not to work? Waste of money and time. The bathrooms are really filthy and they stink. Chucke was even lame when he came out, the kids were hugging him and he had no enthusiasm. I really can’t see my self coming here anymore. Poor service especially to a paying customer.

My family and I received a Chuck E. Cheese pass that let you play games up to 45 minutes and within that time we received a sum of over 1000 tickets. The only thing is, it can be really chaotic at times with kids you dont know trying to play a game that you already started. The pizza was delicious and looks fresh. The drinks were good. It wasnt too messy, but not that clean, either. The booths were really small, my family had a group of 6 people and we were barely able to sit in one of the booths. The games are entertaining, but the prizes are ridiculously out of range for you to get during one trip there unless you spend hours getting tickets to get a decent prize. To the most part, this place is enjoyable, kids that are 9 and under would most likely have a blast.

Its okay I didnt think it was enough to do the for a three year old boy. The arcade games are designed for bigger children of course with longer legs to reach the pedals which really disappointed my grandson. They could use another hand theyre working on a skeleton crew maybe they didnt think it was going to be busy who knows otherwise we have fun.

The kids had a good time for their bday party, but the place was a little dirty. I know its tough keeping it super clean with all the children coming and going, but they can do a little better job. Overall it was a pleasant time.

My son, who is nearly 18 months, loved it. A lot of rides to ride and things to play. He couldnt sit still for more than 5 minutes. I wish they still had a ball pit for him or the in-door playground but that aside, it was a fun and new experience for him.

I live close by this Chuckie Cheese and everytime i come here i get treated very well.My kids enjoy coming here and have a good time as well.The employees here are very kind and helping.

Had a good experience at the birthday party I scheduled. My host was extreakly nice and accommodating. They had an issue with pizzas being stuck in the oven so it took longer to get the food than it was promised but they offered salad to make up for it which was a nice option while waiting for the pizzas. I had 12 kids, picked the middle option for price, and added an extra pizza and the total after tax was $273 so in my opinion it was not bad. I brought my own cake and goodie bags.

It’s ridiculous on a busy Saturday that they would have only one cashier and of course a line standing to the door. I consider that to be poor management . Bathrooms desperately need to be remodeled . And if staff pay less attention to their mobile phones and socializing amongst each other maybe the customer service could be better !!

Staff needs to be more alert often have to call out for them over loud music to come out of kitchen especially on opening, as well as when its time to leave often employees are not around to see who is walking out and verify kids leaving with the right party. . .God forbid someone tries to abduct a child, machines malfunction a lot not giving accurate ticket prizes. This location needs a over haul, bathroom, carpeting etc.

Hosted my daughters 1st birthday at this location. Their food choices and portion are just right and taste great. The kids had a blast and not a dull moment to spare.

Overall great. The vast majority of the games were operational and pizza was surprisingly good. Only issue is the manager did not try to offer any deals. She seemed okay with us paying more ala carte. Once I realized I was paying more I had to start the process all over again.

Celebrated my sons 7th birthday. Kids loved it. Cant wait to go back. Love the new cards for the machines. Get to pick to use timed card or credits, recommend timed card for sure.

We love this place. My son has a blast. Sometimes they do have technical difficulties: like machines dont work and no tickets. But they do get them fixed. Food is good. Fun prizes. Gets super busy sometimes and you cant get on anything. They have good deals. If you get a cashier that has knowledge.

Dont waste your money! Most games are broken. Swipe your card, take your credits then the game wont even work. Wasted credits on air hockey and no disc. Wasted credits on skee ball and the balls dont come out. Or win at a game and no tickets come out. Even the ticket counter machine took my tickets and didnt count them. Its just throwing money away. They should get in trouble for ripping people off. This place owes me a refund.

Churros were hard as a rock and took 20 min wait time. Even when returned and asked to be made fresh, after another 20 min wait they were hard as a comet. The place is very small and ...dirty

I had a party there it was extremely hot i told the party host about it and they did nothing bout it i would never come back here again to packed kids couldnt even enjoy themselves its so unorganized here its a shame

Cant blame the place for the unruly guests and their rude kids.But the place could use a good cleaning. I tried to get water from the soda machine and there was mildew on the lever.

We were by early 10am Saturday morning. We had a blast the staff was amazing! My son has autism while he is ok with loud noises and busy places. It was very nice to have the place to our selves and I got to breath a second before the crowd got there. Again the staff was wonderful and we felt very welcome.

I bit crowded, most of the games kept acting up but staff was nice about fixing them and giving ot tickets. As usual, the pizza was great!

I went there for my daughters birthday and I received the wrong order of food/drinks. Then there was a huge sign that said Chuck E. would come out every hour to do a dance and throw tickets. 2 hours into it and no mouse. So I asked, and they said soon. He only came out for the Birthday tables near the stage. Once that was over we didnt see him again. They dont make good on their own advertised promises.

This is the worst Chuck E. Cheese ive visited over the years. The machines are always malfunctioning, it is always crowded, the kids are always climbing on the machines damaging them, the tables are not always clean, the front door rep was on a video call when we were checking in & out. So unprofessional. The manager Aline is not that helpful either. I had a family emergency Sunday & ended up leaving immediately and didnt get my food, she tells me I was supposed to wait and speak to a manager. Im sorry if my pizza was more important than my family and my receipt to prove it didnt matter. The bad part about it was she couldve understood and just said theres nothing i can do, she gave such a horrible attitude and gave me the number to corporate for them to deal with it. All of this over a pizza? Not that serious but i will not return to this business again. 0 starts would definitely suffice for this review!
