It was empty, except for the staff. I wanted a glass off wine, however the card reader didnt work. I would have to enter numbers in my hand. Inside the theater the seats were still wet from being clean. Great seats, and clean theater. The staff was nice.

Awesome, I absolutely love this place. I appreciate the fact that we can reserve our seats. Oh, make sure youre well rested because the comfy recliner seats may cause you to sleep through your kids much anticipated movie. Not to mention,select seats convert into a love seat, my Husband and I like these for our date nights.I like the Theatre, location and staff. Good job guys.

This is my son and is spot. Very comfortable chairs that recline. The price for tickets isnt ridiculous. Its clean inside. Went after they reopened and it felt good to sit down and watch a movie.

Small place not many options in schedule but if you make a reservation or buy online is better. The seats are very confortable as any bigger movie theater! I have a good experience, clean restrooms...so for me 5 stars!

Social distancing and mask enforcement are excellent. Also very clean seats. Manager Briana was very patient with seat selection and recleaned seats after final selection was made.

Is a small place but a great one to take your blanket and get cozy in the reclinable chair while watching a movie.

This is a beautiful theater with large screens, large reclining leather seats, and relatively small theater sizes. Ive never tried the bar, but everything else wonderful. My only gripe is it is occasionally not cleaned properly. Bathrooms and carpets must be kept clean to have the best experience possible. Despite that, its still one of the best theaters in the area.

Today is 2/12/2020 and I am intending on viewing The Photograph on Valentines Day this upcoming Friday. However, there are NO TIMES BEFORE NOON which to me is INSANE. Ive called the theatre and they told me that their movie times were controlled by corporate and that they couldnt determine an added movie time before noon so I called corporate and they told me that it was up to the theater! I hate being given the run around- this is my preferred theater because of the seats and temperature its very comfortable and always a great experience ! My review could easily change to 5 stars but until some gives me an honest and direct answer it wont

The service was fantastic, the food was good, and the seats are comfortable. This is the cheapest movie theater I’ve ever been to, and that’s not a bad thing. Overall 5 stars

Electric Reclineble seats and a bar... Makes it a 5 star for me. Popcorn is always fresh and slushy flavors are always working. Cant go wrong with this AMC

Me and my wife frequent this theater and we love it. We purchase our tickets online. Use the kiosk to retrieve and on our way. Good selection of food. Recliner seats. I mean just a great place.

This place has been through some renovations .... definitely improved since the last version of this place. It has reserved recliner seats, a bar with liquor and beer, and discounts (5$ Tuesdays last I checked also).... not sure how to explain but it still kinda has a hole in wall feel, but I like the place and the atmosphere for the most part..There are far worse theaters! I recommend this place if u are nearby.... AMC apparently has some good reward programs too...

I really enjoy the reserved seating with the updated recliners, you can pick adjoining seats that become a love seat when the arm rest is lifted up. My husband and I just went for the opening weekend of Avengers Infinity War; we went to the Sunday afternoon show that started at 5 there was no problem with lines or wait times. I ordered food about 1 hour into the show and it was great! I had the chicken and waffles sandwich meal; while it was being cooked I had a few minutes to observe the mess the entire concession area was in, there was food all over the floors and counters. I saw 3-4 employees behind the counter and it seemed liked the pace of the day would have allowed them time to clean the food service area. During the 7-8 minutes I was in the lobby only 1 other person came to the counter. I would change my rating to 5 stars had I seen anyone clean up anything rather than talking to each other. I did see the bartender cleaning around the bar, on a previous experience I had a chance to visit the bar and it was clean then, and we got excellent service.

Good location inside of a plaza. Matinee is great. Special prices on children and senior citizen tickets. Theatres are big and comfy. Loud sound and good lighting. Indoor games and food is sold in the main lobby bear entrance. All purchased food can be taken into the theatre. No outside food is allowed. On some occasions children do not have to be accompanied by a adult.

Getting a bit run down and still have not fixed the butter pump on one side also the bathrooms are one of the worst. The staff is great the seats are comfortable recline all the way. I did notice some seats should be changed out. Popcorn is the best but cold. It was a 5 star at one point. I hope they fix the problems before its to late.

Great AMC location. Good service when low volume of customers, but during prime days/hours, service gets slower. Quality of service is fine, just slow. Understandable when that ratio gets thrown off. One of my two favorite AMC locations.

No hard time! Recliner chair. They dont serve you. I asked the bartender if he can bring my long Island to me since it was not busy because my movie started 30 mn ago. He claims to say he doesnt want to let my drink sit there if it get busy. Like sir but its not busy so I ended up waiting for my drink. I still tip him even though he filled up half of the cup with ice.

Very nice movie theater, I like the fact there is a bar there, be prepared for steep prices at the bar but your paying for convenience. The theater is very very cold but I saw lots of people with blankets, next time I will have one too. The seats are very nice and comfy though. Overall great theater

Great selections . Prices are affordable.. stubs is pretty awesome. Very comfortable recliners. sometimes the seats smell a bit musty from sweat but not a big deal, bring some cleaning wipes.

Definitely my go to movie theater. Seats are amazing, the refreshments are vast, and the movie quality is great. 10/10 would recommend.

They should keep up better with the cleaning, specially the carpets look filthy and the whole place is starting to look deteriorated because of the lack of preventing maintenance but specifically cleaning. Take it as an advice since we would like to have a great neighborhood movie theater.

This location is always clean, customer friendly. Compared to other AMC locations; there arent many showings at once in this location which can be discouraging. Besides that its very modern and popular with the youth in this area.

I love AMC theater. Its clean and the staff members are respectful and fast with your orders. They have reclining chairs with plenty of leg room. Theres also a bar...A+.

Pretty awesome seats that were super comfortable and reclined almost to a bed. In fact i saw a bunch of people bringing blankets to get cozy! Didnt try the concessions but Im sure theyre the same as most other movie theaters and its an easy drive from my house so its looking like my go to theater from now on.

Went with an after-school group that was mostly made up of Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing students. Unfortunately, the theater only had 5 functional caption machines, so the kids had to share the machines as best they could. Despite this, the staff was accommodating and professional. I found the bathrooms and overall theater clean, which is a big deal for me. McDonalds was close enough to pop in and get a snack (as I opted not to see the film). I believe the children enjoyed themselves, and I could see myself coming here personally in the future.

Very nice theatre even if it isnt stadium seating. Matinee price is higher than some other theaters. It is kept very clean. The handicap stall in ladies room was out of order, which presented a challenge. Why do all theatres have the volume so high?

Endgame time, proper popcorn tins. Movie is 3 hours long, pack you Imodium and catheter, take an Aleve and any anxiety medicine you may have so you get the full experience without interruption.

This theater is generally a bit dirty but not terrible. Staff are uninterested and going through the motions. Patrons tend to talk more during the movie than I see at other locations. The reason I sometimes go to this location is to see movies that are not showing at the other nearby AMC. There are worse theaters but this one is not my favorite. They have reclining seats here and McGuffins bar.

Nothing over the top here. Coke was not working the right side of concession. When metio Ed this to a team member the response was, you can get it from there and pointed to the left side of concession. I was on a knee rover due to torn ligament so I got sprite instead. Was in auditorium 8 and our reserved seat was occupied come to find out the guy next to our seats was in the wrong seat because his reserved seat was busted. On the other side I had a lady who apparently thogut she was in her living room and was constantly on her phone. Never saw a team member walk through. I wonder when theaters are going to get the courage to trespass folks who use their phones? I wonder if she ever knew I was obviously leaning in reading her text?

I spoke to the ticket agent about the freezing temperature in dide theater 6. The seats were frozen, our bodies and feet were ice cold. Nothing was done to correct the freezing conditions. I walked over to theater 7 and 8 and the temperature was normal. Since they took no effort to correct the condition, I will not be returning and to AMC 8.

Seat was comfortable. Sound quality was good. A little cool but not a problem. Price was great for a Tuesday.

The reclining seats are a plus. The issues with the theater are the following:1. Dirty bathrooms2. Movie theater is dirty when entering.3. Generally like this theater, but they seem to be slipping a little bit on cleanliness of the concession area. Just needs a little attention to detail.Still a decent movie going experience though.

Starting off at the concession stand where you have a young lady wearing gloves handling food while playing with her hair, phone and ear ring. There is a line beginning to form and there is one person running the register, taking orders and serving people while you have the two other employees in their cell phones. Now for the theater itself. Nasty the seats smell like vomit and musk.AMC overall is amazing but the location isnt worth it.

The AMC crew are very friendly to customers, the atmosphere is great, and the icees are free refills. Need i say more as a movie seeker. Apart from their amazing reclining seats i would have to say that the rooms in the theater differ in tempature, i have been going there for 5 years now almost 6 and the rooms always veried from freezing cold to hot. I wish they would fix this but apart from that i enjoy the theater wholeheartedly and will say it is better than the surrounding cinemas.

AMC Sunrise 8 was great for all 6 of us. Seats are very comfortable. Sound was a bit loud. Just make sure you bring a small blanket.

As far as theaters go, this one is top-notch. The seats recline and they are very comfortable. Large choice of movies being as there are eight theaters. Staff very accommodating.

This is our familys go-to theater in Broward County. They have $5 movies on weekend mornings, which helps our familys budget. The AMC Stubs program is great as it gives you many rewards. AMC Sunrise 8 has very comfortable recliners to watch the movies.

Great place to see a movie. Comfy reclining seats. Recommend arriving 20-30 minutes earlier on Tuesday for $5+ movies because of longer than usual lines, especially during summer/no school days when camps and child/day care services go to watch movies. Peak hours on Tuesday are around noon for show times. Theater is clean and well maintained, rarely any garbage or dirty seats. I recommend the premier membership, it has a lot of perks and outweighs the cost of the membership.

Hands down, the best movie theater I ever went to. About $12 a ticket and $15 for 3D. You can keep your 3D glasses after as well. Great luxury theater without luxury prices.

Love the location, proximity, to my home and reclining seats. Only problem is the rate at which the good seats sell out, so at this particular theater (do to your ticket being linked to a seat) you may have to plan a head a few hours maybe even a day to get what you consider good seats. For example I dont like to be anywhere close to the screen.

Poor customer service at snack counter. They need proper training as to how to greet and treat people. I wont be spending my money with that establishment any more. Just not worth it to deal with rude unprofessional people.
