Worst service ever! Weird guy asked us to leave our paintings and come back in 30 min or to make appointments due to COVID19. We respectfully left our paintings there trusting him and came back in 30 mins. He had no mask on and he made us wait for 10 minute doing random paper work in front of us while having an eye on our looks and foreign language. He then asked if we live around and we said yes. We asked about his records and signed guitars to be friendly and he avoided answering and said let’s focus on your paintings as time is essential. We were like WHAT!?! My girlfriend asked nicely what kind of frame he recommends and how he would stretch the painting. He avoided replying and when we said we want brass we left a few on the table and left again doing random paper work. We asked about the pricing and he said thanks for asking! $300 each! We said is that for all these brass frames or do they defer or can these be used for all kind of paintings? What’s the material etc. He again said he does not want to get too technical and let’s just focus on our paintings and that this $300 brass works for us. My girl friend said this is the first time we want to frame a picture and that’s why we are here to get more info on how we can mix and match frames for all our paintings. He stayed silent making noises and faces. We took the paintings and left. This guys is weird and does not know anything about customer service! He said time is important and my girlfriend said you have an appointment coming up now? He said no.

I was in town for my brothers wedding on Wednesday and needed a memorial frame done for my grandfather, who had passed away last week. This framing shop was amazing to work with and very helpful during a stressful week for me running around prepping for a wedding and receiving relatives from all over.SF Framing produced three frames with an extra bonus frame they provided in under 24 hours! They even waived the rush fees given it was for a memorial service. I couldnt have imagined the great work theyd do on such short notice.This shop produced my three frames of my grandfather and other relatives, answered all questions I had about how this would look on short notice (including my concerns about the borders/cutting off people in the photos), and even gave me an extra with the leftover materials and extra photos. It was such a generous gesture during a very hectic week for us.I was able to give both my aunts, my mom and a cousin of my moms these frames, of two very old photos from India, restored and colorized, in a beautiful golden frame for the double photos with a coordinating background. The look on their faces was priceless.I was so happy to be able to bring this special touch to the wedding festivities and also memorialize my grandfather so soon after his passing. None of us were able to make it to the funeral in India given the date conflict with the family wedding in California. Thank you SF framing for letting us acknowledge our grandfather in such a special way, on short notice the week of.

Weird guy talked to me for 30 seconds and after I asked 3 technical question he became very aggressive saying I have 35 years of experience. It sounds he did not learn anything during this period. I saw other comments and some of them supports my point of view. This is a old school guy and expensive. Definitely there are best places, faster and with better price out there. 5 minutes searching and found other that solve my situation. Good luck you!

I came last minute to get a print framed as a gift. The guy was super friendly, didnt charge me a rush fee because it was my first time. He even got it done ahead of schedule! Id definitely come back :)

Bryan did a fantastic job of framing my very old pastel. He was extra careful with the delicate condition of the piece. He did not judge me when I chose a frame to tie in with colors that existed in the room I was going to display it in. His workmanship is meticulous & I am beyond pleased. The extra cost over the standard big box stores is well worth the perfection of the finished piece!

I have bought frames from other stores, but none had the selection that S.F. do. The price was very reasonable considering the corner joints and cuts are noticeably better than the larger all in one brothers franchise store I had purchased other picture frames from.

Over the past decade I have asked SF Framing to frame prints, photographs, documents and unique objects for my family. Although some of my framing requests have been challenging, SF Framing always seem to amaze me in sorting out the best way to present my items. After a recent renovation of our home, I found myself with a couple of items in frames that didnt match our new decor. Although I was hesitant to re-frame them, I presented these to Matt at SF Framing and asked if he could re-frame (and re-mat) them to work with our new surroundings. I can confidently say that he did some excellent (and quite reasonable) work for us on these... and they look very nice in our new home. I highly recommend the professional services of SF Framing to anyone seeking framing services that are professional and cost effective!

My wife came in here with a Groupon and looking to frame one of our favorite prints of the city of Paris. Matt helped us pick out a stunning frame and the work was completed quickly for a great price.We loved it so much, we had two HUGE wedding prints framed here after that. The guys were always very friendly and willing to spend as much time as necessary to help you pick out the best frame and matte for your project. They have a really wide selection here.I would definitely recommend getting your projects framed here.
