Ran in for LED lights for costume, and even day B4 Halloween they had them! Helpful staff, everyone distancing. Easy to park. Nice experience.

The other Sunnyvale location has closed down and this is the new one that has opened. Its much bigger and offers a great selection of items from every possible craft- category that you could think of. Clean, easy to navigate through and friendly staff.

Between the three Michaels stores in MTV, Sunnyvale and Cupertino, this one remains the most well-stocked when it comes to craft goods. I always find what I need over here. Have made multiple trips over the last few months getting arts and crafts supplies.

This is a great Michaels store with lots of well organized selections, but like many, it just feels sad. I cant put my finger on it but maybe a few more lights in the place are needed?

This location has UPS drop box site. Hand your package to the staff, scan and done. It is quite convenient for UPS users. The store itself is fairly new, organized and bright. Very nice people working there.

Great Michael’s store, I was used to the old store near Hollenbeck/Pastoria. It doesn’t feel as good like the old store but it definitely is more modern and has more stock, mire crafty than artsy like the old Michael’s. They are a bit exaggerated with the Cov-SARS-2 situation though.

We found our feathers we needed for the black winged Wolfe with blue eyes for our birthday gift we are making. Hooooooowl, that is yippee in wolf talk!

I really like this place for any kind of art craft. I tend to do a lot of repairing pottery and and restoring ceramics. I find a lot of the items I need here. Even for color dying. Floral arrangements are great. Friendly staff .

Big store with a friendly staff. Sometimes is hard to find some items if you arent familiar with their system. Using their app is a good way to find stuff inside the store.

I like this location. Pretty new and well taken care of. They have a lot of different options and if you get it on sale things are a reasonable price. Luckily things go on sale often. I have been many times and will be back again.

Went there to get case for the mask I bought in alaska... there are variety of crafts for all ages and different kind of people... I made a decision to make a case by my self.... feel great... and it came out good... good to see stores like this in the neighborhood... don’t want to lose those stores to amazon... great shopping experience... loved it...

Great little place to stop by forbreakfast. I was away from home at conference staying at a nearby hotel when I found this place through a friend. I only ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich but it was delicious! So many bagel and filling options to choose from and it was ready for me within minutes.

Great to see them open again

A very good place to find nice crafts for art projects. They also have offers now and then. When there is a deal you can get nice stuffs for good price. Friendly staffs in the cashier area. But the one who walk around the store. If you ask for help to find the products. They will avoid you or they will say I am new here I dont know.

Michaels has a fine selection of paints, with prices regularly competitive or better than those found on Amazon. Paints are also often compwtative and appropriately varied in selection with at least 4 main brands.

I Love this Michaels they have so much fun stuff great staff and i love there 4$ grab bags ! Its a great place to go they have everything there yarn stickers frames stuff to make jewelry its so fun !

Huge variety of all kinds of DIY stuff from gift things, knitting tools, build your own jewelry, photo frames, home decor to the seasonal items like Halloween.. One can easily spend upto 1-2 hrs here just to make a decision on what all to buy. And the price point is also good. So if you want to do any kind of art and craft this is the place where youll find your supplies

Super overpriced unless you strategically coupon. They tend to have more and better organized embroidery floss than the nearby JoAnns.

This store has a variety of DIY items of all type, Knitting, decor items, candles, paints, canvas, wooden boards, fabric, stickers, postcards, party items... almost everything. Its a bit on the pricy side. But has great quality material. I was only disappointed with the variety in acrylic and water paints, they only have very few options.

I was surprised, its a heaven for people with talents around art and crafts, really great frames too, prices are very reasonable besides always try shopping during sale, which is often going on, you could get some serious amazing deals for great products

This is a brand new store with everything you could imagine. I usually walk around looking for ideas. The staff are friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the selection of wood for projects. I can find the small pieces that you cant always find at lumber yards. Parking is ample and the location is convenient.

Michaels - pretty much all the same as others. The prices are a bit high but they have frequent coupons. I was there to get a scratch off poster framed. The framers were very helpful, good at explaining the process, and efficient. I got my frame back in less than 24 hours.There were plenty enough staff around the store to ask questions if you needed help.

Nice craft store, find everything for my sons project

This is a new Michaels (2019). I like it there in that location. It replaced the Rite Aid next to Safeway but im on with that.As always, a great selection! Not as big as some of theyre other stores but well stocked.Staff was on point, friendly and helpful. But like all Michaels staff is a little thin.Michaels tends to be a little pricey on some items, but the ever ready online coupon for 40 percent off one regular priced item makes it hard to resist lol. Of course, when you do walk in and browse you always buy more than you came for, so its a win for them as well.I will be back...

These guys a crooks. My fiance went here and was told that their pos wasnt working correctly. She was asked to try a different card which didnt work, however the other registers were working fine. So she left to get cash and came back to purchase her items only to find out that both of her cards had been charged even though they were declined. When she brought this error to the store managers attention she basically said you SOL. When customer service was contacted she was told you have to wait 7-10 business days for a response. This is unacceptable, poor management, sales accociates who are not properly trained. She did get her money back eventually which should have been handled better to begin with.

Very bad experience. The photo frame section is really slow and the associate there has no sense of customer service. The least she could have done was acknowledge the delay and provide an estimated wait time.

The best place to shop for craft items!

Good store, it has items (fancy items beeds, cosmetic items), which you wont find in any other stores like target and walmart.. Not too big store.The store located at good shopping center, you get everything there near by places.

What can I say...its Michaels. It has all your basic craft supplies at a relatively good price, its convenient, arranged like every other Michaels store in the USA, so you should have no problems finding those emergency pipe cleaners and balls of yarn when far from home.

A large store with ample parking. It felt better stocked than the old Michaels at the Civic Square Shopping Center. Lots of staff around, although checkout only had one person on and moved a little slow.

Michaels is pretty notorious for not having the idoms I need as an oil painter/ fine artist. But if you are into crafts then you should be good.

Very nice store for kids projects and your day to day craft needs. Also good for return gifts and you will definitely find good things in your budget

These folks really care I had a special project and they provided just what I needed! Very friendly staff been several times this is consistant.

This Michael’s seem a bit more run down than the other ones near by but they are well stocked like all the others so there’s no difference once you’re inside. The staff is nice and helpful. I didn’t get what I was looking for because like the other 3 Michael’s I went to, the seasonal stuff sells out quickly even though it’s still on their site, it’s really not in stores anymore :(

A creatives homecoming - could do with some more staff though for the store is large and quite hard to navigate for first timers.

Great place for art supplies! Also convenient and less expensive than a typical art supply store. Its also great for craft supplies.... just about every little thing you might need and then some. I always leave with more than I went for!

Only 3 stars due to items placed in the wrong spot with the wrong price & when I argued the fact that several of the same item I attempted to purchase for a lower price are in the spot I got it from, they would not honor the price that they were in fault for!Also, when I asked a question as to why they dont carry refills for an item that they sell, no-one could give me an answer!

This is my favorite place to wander. I get inspired every time I walk in with the huge variety of different craft and art projects. The air is always PERFECT no matter how hot or cold it is outside. The staff is always super helpful on floor but also they dont hound you every second either which is perfect if you prefer to wander. The counter is super huge but I keep having the had luck of arriving when there are only one or two people working at the registers so be prepared for a line!

Very impressive collection though for most of the items prices are on the higher side as compared to Walmart. But the details and range available for all the products are quite impressive.
