Great park! Nice open areas, with some shade scattered around. Would be awesome if there was half of a basketball court, or something like that.

Fantastic place! If you want to get pictures during the fall! Beautiful yellow and orange leaves and a pavilion. Many professional photographers go here!Park has 2 swings and a fun slide. Picnic tables and benches. Bathrooms.

Who wouldnt love having a beautiful park blocks from home? I do. Sorry, I didnt think of taking my phone out of my pocket but I bought a cute puzzle at the art fair that reminded my of a summer help job I had assembling giant mining machinery using two 70 ton cranes to rig giant components. The artist was a talented craftsman and it will make a nice gift for a young relative.

What a beautiful park in an older neighborhood of downtown Sumter SC. We were checking out my husbands grandparents old house & our dog got to run free, briefly! Playground, restrooms, beautiful magnolia trees.

Renovations to this park are currently underway to make this park even better. This small park is great. My favorite outdoor spot in Sumter other than Swan Lake.

Very nice playground equipment and swings for the kids from ages 2 and up.

I rate it a 1 because there no basketball court because i thoughtfully they have a court but they did not had one and it to many bugs and only 2 swings for kids ages 12/ adults have more than 2 swings

I take the grand kids here frequently. They LOVE the playground. It could be a little cleaner. I like that it has drinking fountain, bathroom, plenty of benches and picnic tables. Also, dogs are allowed, so I rahe my fur baby for walks around the path too.

Park is well-kept, lots of shade. There are several benches scattered around park and walking path. Parking lot off Salem Street is currently (May/June 2019) a construction zone, which makes parking difficult.

Its a very nice park, very well kept and the grandkids have such a great time there! We just celebrated my Paxtons 4th birthday there a little over two weeks ago and we all had a wonderful time!
