I absolutely knew NOTHING ! I came in after purchasing a vape pen from somewhere else & they still helped me . They could have sold me something a lil more $ but instead the gentleman suggested something that (at the time no knowing it was cheaper) I left with just what I wanted to. It’s not about the $$ for them but more about The customers ️️

Never been here but my girlfriend and I wanted to go and see Avenue Q. The phones go unanswered, and the link to buy tickets never loads. Leaving this review as feedback because Im sure Im not the only customer they lost due to these issues.

Extrememly annoyed. We went to the saturday night show of the producers. We purchased our tickets 2 weeks in advance. We had a little trouble finding the theatre so we were 10 minutes late. We go in the theatre only to be told they sold our seats. Are you kidding me? Those were our seats that we paid for. It shouldnt matter we were a few minutes late. They had no right to sell our seats. I dont care if it was sold out. Thats why we bought our tickets in advance. People who didnt should have been told it was sold out. They offered to put us on the wairing list for the next day but couldnt guarantee us seats. Im absolutely furious at being treated this way. And the woman behind the counter could have cared less. She didnt even offer us a refund. The other lady with the little girl was genuinely sorry. She got ahold of the manager im guessing and got us a cash refund. So beware if you purchase advance tickets. If you arent there exactly on time they will sell seats that you already paid for. Not cool.
