Halloween @Chuck E. Cheese during Covid-19 was pretty good.The staff was attentive and made sure the tables were clean. I would have loved to see more staff on the floor sanitizing the games. Overall it was a good experience

Fairly typical CeC without salad bar, table service, robotic entertainment, game & meal combos.

Its a decent getaway for the kids. Not all the games are turned on but overall we had fun.

Great place to take your kids. They have a great variation of Toddler size games. The only reason I’m giving the 3 starts, it’s because of the customer services. Cashiers have attitude and seem bothered when you are putting your order in. I told her I had the CEC app so that I could get the visit credit and she completely ignored me. The guy Cleaning the table throw away my souvenir cup and our food which we weren’t done eating.

Had a great time for my twins 4th Birthday! We played a lot of games, the pizza was tasty & thankfully it wasnt too crowded. Facemasks required except when at the table, so it was manageable for my kids. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Definitely will be back.

Clean and there was social distancing guidelines. Everyone had a mask. A photo of family was taken to ensure child safety.

This place use to be very nice I know that they changed it and all but the tables are to close together. Our family was having a hard time trying to sit down at our table. It was hard for us to enjoy ourselves. The host never came and brought us plastic wear to eat our cake. We had to go and ask. As for the other tables they brought them theirs. I will not go back again for sure.

The nicest and cleanest chuck e cheese location in Houston/sugarland. My family and I have visited every chuck e cheese location there is in Houston and this location by far is the nicest and cleanest, however it is also one of the most crowded when its open.

Absolutely loved it here! Workers were friendly. I love the new look and the new dance floor. Everything was kept clean and organized. They made my family and myself feel very comfortable. The food was hot and fresh. My son had so much fun for his birthday! Ill totally he hosting more parties here in the future. I definitely recommend this place!

This is the FIRST chuck e cheese I would recommend! Clean and the party we attended was very nice. The staff were very accomadating as well. The only reason I didnt give it five stars is because it is small and not many games for 5 and under to actually understand. They end up playing the same games over and over and over.

It was crowded and energetic but packed with action and games. Our 6 year old daughter had the time of her life. The salad bar is wonderfully fresh and tasty. We will go back but not on a Saturday night.

I used to hate Chuck E Cheese until I had a son! This one in Sugar Land is super duper clean & empty during the week so I take my toddler to run around. Once I lost my card with time credit and the manager was super helpful & kind & gave me another one. My toddler always takes a nap afterwards! Yes!

Great place to bring the kids on a weekday as soon as they open.

Took my 5 yr old to this location for his Birthday. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, paid for the basic birthday package online a few days prior to visiting, Everything went great, zero issues getting to our reserved table. Staff was friendly, helpful and polite. The pizza we got was surprisingly good, 1 large pizza gave everyone a couple decent sized slices. Kids had a great time, and when it was time to turn in tickets at the prize counter, the lady helping us was very patient while our 2 five year old boys picked their prizes. The whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable for my family. Also, the restaurant was clean and organized. Definitely would visit again!

A more modern Chuck E Cheese doesnt have the indoor tubes and slides like some of the other ones i have visited.This one caters to older kids I think,my nephew who turned 3 had his birthday party here.I didnt think it had a lot to offer for toddlers his age.

It really was amazing the adults was talk about how much fun they had.My server was super amazing she had three party at the Same time but she always made us feel like we where her only table .we traveled from the woodlands to have a party here now that should say something.My hubby and I are thinking about having my son 1 st party here to . sorry the Manger was Also amazing I cont forget him .

Love coming here. Its always clean and staff are always helpful. Its not one of their largest locations but its never over crowded.

Kids love it they would go every day if I didnt have to work. They just dont understand I need a couple jobs to support there Chucky cheese habit....should offer some kind of frequent flyer deal...

We went at a great time! It was not crowded and the kids had a blast! The pizza and wings were excellent and tastes better than most of the main pizza joints.

The place was okay. Game selection was great. The problem was a lot of games were broken at the time. Also finding someone who would reload the tickets or fix a stuck game is hard. The food is good. Salad buffet was fresh and plenty of choice. The pizza was good but a bit on the salty side. Prices are pretty good and the 1 hour unlimited play is much better than other entertainment centers as there is no limitation on what machines it applies to. Overall my kids had an awesome time. If you are going for your kids they will love this place. As an adult it still is fun but you will see more issues than kids will. But then this place is designed for kids.

Considering they were short staffed, this store was clean, and all the machines were in working order. I love the new pay to play. $20 for all the games you want. Keep up the good work.

We use this place as a fundraiser for Spirit night for our school. The food is fresh, the variety of entertainment for the kids is great and the staff is friendly. The managers are superb and we appreciate them. This location especially, we have tried others and we have come back here. Wonderful place and they make fundraising exciting and hassle free.

Nice place, I give it only 3 Stars cause they couldnt make Pizza. It was my grandsons Birthday. We had to Drive a few miles to next Chuck E Cheese and pick Pizza up- ridiculous!!! Bad management!!!

Defintely they decrease the place a lot! Before was a nice place for kids now its too simple and the food wasnt good like before too! Plus the prices are so expensive too! Definitely dont recommended!

My 3 year old daughter loves it here! We had her 3rd birthday party in this location, our host was excellent and friendly! We had blow up jumbo dinosaurs as her birthday giveaways, 3 staff members re-inflated all of them! Fresh pizza came out on time! The kids enjoyed the variety of games - everyone had a wonderful time! I had a reservation today for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party and it went great. The service was really good, and the employees are very helpful. I haven’t been at a Chuck E. Cheese for about 10 years so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The pizza was very delicious. This location wasn’t bad. It does get packed though, but parking was good. Will definitely come back!

Lots of broken games and crowded space. Overwhelming for my toddler. I can tell they are attempting upgrades.

Its a clean Chuck e cheese and the staff is very friendly and dont hate their jobs. The rat is super friendly and not as Mainji(likely spelling error) as the other places rat. They have mice running around the place but they serve pizza to you so thats nice because they dont eat your food like mice at other restaurants.

Good place for family outings, birthday parties. With choices of pizza or chicken wings and unlimited refills from the soda and juice dispenser. We chose to buy the kids the kids promo cup that guarantees unlimited refills at any of their stores any time it is presented. I liked that they had the card rather than the coins. You just scan and play. More convenient than counting coins/tokens. The children enjoyed themselves and were es specially excited to meet and hug Chuck E. when he did a walk through and took pictures with each family.

As soon as we walk in my daughter needed to go to the restroom. Out of the 4 bathroom stalls only 1 of them was clean. One had used toilet paper all over the floor. The other some who was on their period forgot to flush and the other one had someone used toilet paper on the toilet paper holder. Then the hallways were littered. To put the cherry on top 4 of the games we PAID to play were broken. When we tried to ask for help it was impossible to get anyone because the person who was fixing things was also the one passing out food. Very unorganized and very dirty. No thank you ever again.

Love taking my great nephews here. They are 2 and 3 years old. There is plenty of fun for them at that age. Their favorite is the Noahs Ark boat and the train. The young staff is great and helpful. The salad bar is top notch for the location.

It was not busy when we got there and excellent service they greeted us at the door and we let the kids have fun also we did order a combo it was fresh and hot thats part of the combo 4 pizza, breadsticks, celery stick,bbq wings and mozzarella sticks with a drink

My family was here last month and this month for a birthday party and the manager Raquel has the worst attitude. She should not be a manager because it reflects on the entire establishment. They told us to take a survey on how likely we would recommend Chuc E Cheese and told us we would be awarded 250 tickets if we took the survey. We gave them a 6 because of how the manager was treating us and she comes over in an angry manner asking us why we gave them a poor score. She said she would resend the survey basically bribing us and we changed it to an 8 and when we asked about our free tickets the waiter said sorry you have to give us either a 9 or a 10 to receive the free tickets?! What kind of rule is that? I honestly feel like the manager made up some rule bc she didn’t like us. Raquel you should look for other jobs that dont involve children, birthdays, or happy events because you sure left us with a bad taste in our mouths as we were leaving. Other than that, our server was good, the games worked fine, and the food was decent.

Nothing against Chuck, but I just cant stand the place. One suggestion... booze!

All play stations worked. Bathroom was cleaned, i liked that i was stoped from taking my grandaughter out when we where leaving because I didnt have the invisible marker . I congratulated the lady that was checking the exiting.

When my daughter was smaller we use to take her to this Chuck E. Cheese location and loved it. I wanted my son to experience the same fun so we went ahead and took him there. I honestly couldnt have been more disappointed in this location. It is run down and the food just seems to be of cheaper quality than CCs Pizza now. With so many other options they really need turn up the quality.

This a fun place for kids. My children have a blast every time. The only thing holding this place back is multiple games dont work every trip.

Had 5 year party there. Great experience. They took all the work out of party planning. Facility was clean. Cant comment on pizza since I didnt have any but chicken wings were surprisingly good. Excellent value for party package. Even the included party favor had excellent variety of toys. Manager came by to make sure we let them know if there is anything that needed improvement. Shows that management cares about quality of product and service which is always a good thing. Will definitely go back.

Decided to take my granddaughter to burn off some of that energy. She had a great time running around playing games together. We both were exhausted in 1 hour

Great place for the kids. Staff is always walking around assisting when machines arent working properly. I was disappointed that there were so many adults hogging the game machines, taking away from the kids. There should be a policy posted. Otherwise, it was great!

The stuff crust pizza and salad bar were good however, soda was terrible. Not enough help; had no one at the front to let us and others in line order for 20-30 minutes on Sunday night. Had to wait longer than expected for our food. Not sure if it’s always understaffed or just because it was very busy.

The chicken nuggets needs to be removed from the menu it cant be chicken it tasted like card board.As a nurse I knew it was loaded with additives and preservatives and I will not allow my princess to consume such. The pizza was tolerable but so unfair to the customer. Frozen food may save your bottom line,but when youre food is prepared fresh your customer triple and so does your revenue.

Not a toddler area not enough small kid games that work. Prizes are a rip off went for party only hot wings nasty sorry not sorry.

Hostess was terrible. Not attentive, hostess for all other parties were serving and helpful but the hostess at this party was very slow and not to be found. Even late for the birthday song and grabbed the hand of the first child near her which wasn’t the birthday child. And rushed the end by just handing the piñata to the parent as she started clearing the table. .Oh well, she missed out on $120 tip on a $600 birthday party.At least the facility was clean and the management staff was hopping. Its okay. You have to pay attention to the machines because sometimes it takes the credit from your card but dont give you the games so you unknowingly have to swipe it again, essentially paying twice for one game. Currently going under renovation so I hope they put in more games besides just rearranging seats and taking out play areas.

My sons birthday party was great the young lady who helped us did everything we needed I would definitely be here but you going to come and dated us after we added 10 more people who didnt RSVP

Best service ever Areen and Liz they help me with my birthday cake (I bought a cake at target and the cake get melted at the middle of the road) and those girls help me to make a new birthday cake for my little girl.All the time theyre be there asking If everything was okay... They are so helpful, nicely and they do everything for do not have any stress at your party :)

The kids like the games and so did we. But the food was subpar with salad, pizza, wings, and soft drinks.

I love this location but I really wish and would advice that the management train their staff on being more customer friendly especially those at the front taking orders and helping guest. The last few times I’ve been here the lady taking the order looked really mad like she didn’t want to be bothered.

I remember going to this chain and having better pizza, cakes, and prizes. Youre able to accumulate so many tickets, yet the prizes are not worth it afterwards. The pizza gets stale quickly.

Went in for my sons bday with a cake and sat at a booth. Forgot his candles at home along with lighter. An employer named Rose so kind to give us candles and borrow a lighter. Gave us forks and knife for cake too! So nice and helpful!

Fun. The deal on the pizza is probably buying the biggest, and taking home the part that is un touched.Study the packages and prices before you go, it is hectic when you are checking in, selecting the package and paying. Take hand cleaner, some is there but the kids are touching everything. Fun
