I took the boys on June 6. Sadly no one was there. Prices are so reasonable and my kids had a blast. I played with them and an employee joined in too to make it a better game! They were so friendly and it is a better experience than it was when I was a kid. As a parent I’m glad that the name-choosing process is made by your laser vest. That means my small boys don’t have to read whatever the teenagers might come up with. We will be back—and hopefully lots more people will join us!

Great fun for the kids, it is a little expensive for the amount of time each laser tag game last. My son loves it so much though. i wish they offered some kind of season pass at a premium for unlimited games. i gave it 3 stars because of the price, other than that the facility is nice and clean when i have went, which speaks well of them since so many kids go in and out.

What a great place for a party! I liked that they had a private party room, and the kids liked the laser tag fun. Local places delivered pizza. So easy! And, Elijah, Bruno and Cooper did a great job taking the kids through the laser tag rooms. Laser Zone easily earned 5 stars from me!

The staff was very helpful and the equipment was sanitized after we used it. Will definitely come back!

Had sons birthday party here. It was awesome. Tons of fun, best laser tag around with multiple levels and they have great equipment. Bruno and cooper were working during our party and were great. Helpful and polite, made sure everything ran smoothly. Thanks for a great experience!

My kids always love coming here. We always have a great time when we come. The staff is always nice and helpful. The two gentlemen Bruno and Johnson on our last visit were extremely helpful and kind. They helped my littlest one out and were more than patient with all the kids playing. We will continue to come back here.

We waited till the last minute to plan our son’s birthday party. Laserzone got everything set up for us and the kids had a great time. The staff was friendly and even gave us a warming bag to keep our pizzas warm.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained all your options an pricing well. They also where very accommodating when you are walk ups.

Its a great place to take the kids or blow off some steam. Bruno and Jim do a great job keeping this place running on a Saturday night.Seriously, laser tag can be as fun as an adult as it was when you were small. Laser One has a multi-level arena with black lights music and plenty of other distractions.Beware the adult taggers who do this daily. They are very good and work in teams. The guys who do this at earn all kinds of rewards and statuses that can make them a real pain to play with.My kids have had birthday parties here and those were great.

Small enough to keep the children tame, but fun enough they want to go back. Not the GREATEST staff, so dont go looking for amazing customer service but they kids had a great time for low cost.

We came for my daughters bday for the Friday unlimited Lasertag for $16 each and Bruno was very helpful at the front office with arcades and getting us checked in. Joshua also helped us choose what type of game we can play in the laser zone. Really cool place for kids get tired and have fun!

The place was great and the kids had a great time! The workers were really helpful. They ( Austin, Kameron and Cooper) manage our group of 12 kids really well and let me tell you its not easy. I do really appreciate their treatment and also keeping the place clean given that various party flow throught Laser Zone its impressive how many!Thank you guys for an awesome experience!

Recently we celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Laserzone. This place is little unorganized and very expensive. It’s not value for money experience- they did not provide us enough time, training and instructions to enjoy the celebrations. I think they don’t have enough boots on ground creating some issues. The front desk staff members are trying their best but gets overwhelmed with endless tasks.

My son had a birthday party here and we have been to multiple other birthday parties here! Fun! Reasonably priced and keeps the kids busy for hours. I only wish they had a larger game room with more and better video games! Other than that, great service and a great time.

Went during the week so it was pretty empty, but the prices were awesome in comparison to other places. The young guy was helpful. Great place to have a party.

This is a pretty good experience. When you walk in, its like what the heck because it seems small, not many attractions on the outside, couple of car games, couple air hockey table a that dont work great, but work. It just seems like there could be alot more going on in the front area. You will see that the space was used for what it is supposed to be, a laser tag arena. The arena is pretty fun I must say.

We had a double birthday party here for our kids. We loved our experience here and Im sure the kids will remember it for a lifetime! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The party flowed nicely from start to finish. I really appreciate the managers can do attitude. I definitely recommend birthday parties at Laser Zone.

It was fun but there isnt enough hiding spots, Ive played Lazer tag before and literally you are never safe ever . I got hurt and none of the staff took notice . If a kid fell and hit his head (being unsupervised and not with friends ) then that kid would be in some very bad luck .

LASER ZONE IS AWESOME!!!!We have been to Laser Zone a few times now, and the children love it. Their facility is nice, it is always clean and the children seem amazed by the 3 levels of the laser tag arena. They offer a variety of free for all game play and team base Laser Tag games. Laser Zone is definitely a favorite among the children enrolled in our summer and holiday camps for elementary school children. I think it is Definitely a great place for birthdays and team building events for the young at heart. Pat - The owner is really nice and has been onsite every time we have visited to assist us in anyway she could.

We hosted a birthday party for 8 year old. The laser tag/ laser maze is fun. However, the entire organization of the party was poor and not well managed at all. The birthday party is run by a bunch of teenage boys who do not understand how parties are managed. They do not have a schedule and the whole thing is fairly chaotic.As much as they charge, they need a grown-up in charge of the party. The place may be nice for a casual visit but I recommend against a birthday party.

We had our clubs Annual Christmas Party here for the first time and it was AMAZING! We had such a great time and great services! Thank you Kameron, Lamar, and Joshua! We usually have our Xmas party at a different venue but I think well be coming back here again!!

Worst ever. ... No soap in the womens restroom & I go to tell the attendant that they were out of soap & they both look @ each other as if I were making it up the one guy there was just rude slouchy unprofessional non caring the place also had a musty dirty smell. All I say is stick with what you know it may cost but if its worth the Great Customer service to you as well as being clean STICK WITH BETTER ...WITH WHAT YOU KNOW TIME SQUARE IN KATY IS THE BEST!!!

Good spot for families and large parties

Always a blast. I encourage all adults to participate. You wont be disappointed. I come here at least 1 time a month to experience what it was once like to be a kid. I always leave this place with a smile.

Very good laser tag place they actually put the dry ice out and made sure people follow the rules they also had an interesting Awards and Rapid Fire system wasnt too complicated. the game mode standard is free for all which I prefer they have other game modes as well and the first-place scorer gets a free game. They also have a Laser Maze which is very enjoyable its $3 the room is kind of small but its worth the amount of money that you pay. Some of the arcade games in there are a little outdated and you might lose quarters in there the staff are very friendly and will refund you if that happens.

We showed up with 7 kids, between the ages of 10 and 13, for a birthday party. The party rooms are beautifully panted with planets and stars. Our Party Guys were very polite, knowledgeable and great with the kids. We will definitely be back!

Small place, arcade is not very big, but the laser tag area is AWESOME! ....Ive been to a couple of lazer tag areas and this has to be the best. Very big lots of areas to ambush and has two floors.
