This park is really fun for kids of every age. Honestly, wanted to write a review to post a photo of a cow being arrested by county sheriffs for running away lol

Good place for the community. Love the amenities. Separate park for the dogs will be a plus rather than having dog owners walk around the lake with the joggers.

Nice gym, but for a community of thousands y’all really need to step up your treadmill game. I’ve tried going to this gym at every possible time and all 4, yeah only 4 treadmills are taken.

Great place to take kids, nice play area . Gym, tennis and swimming pool for residence. Additional charges apply for gym trainer and yoga classes at the gym which is pretty reasonable. Once a month they arrange bite nite Friday with lots of food trucks and kids activities. Mostly food trucks serve only non-veg option . They have a nice big hall area for rental for residence only with a small outdoor area, great to host private parties.

This is the fourth time in a few weeks that my wife and I visited the Hoa office for Riverstone inquiring on renting the ballroom. These experiences have been very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The young lady named Lani spoke very fast we could barely understand her. She was dressed very tacky and her breast were exposed. She treated us as if we were bothering her when we were merely trying to gather information on renting the ballroom. We felt rushed and unwelcome. She should not be engaging with residents in a his manner nor she she be conducting business dressed this way each time we have visited.

Very beautiful place I recommend to everyone.

It has a pol that goes to 5.6 ft and 2 waterslidesplus 10 tennis courts and a extremely small gym. I honestly expected it to have ALOT more. You have to pay once for registration and never again. Also they have really good lifeguards that are always attentive .Btw there isnt a sauna or showers. (P.S. they dont have any water fountains so pack some water from home)

The park here is incredible, the Landscaping is perfect, the views are stunning. We came here to take some family photos!

The pool is the greatest and always is FUN! There is always parking even on crowded events and the gym is great for exercise.

Great pools. Splash pad for little kids is very nice. The kids park is very nice also and has lots of different areas for different ages. The gym at the clubhouse is small but clean. Overall a very nice place.

Great job guys and gals. We go there 2 enjoy the grandkids and music. The free drinks r great. The Christmas tree is beautiful and the grandkids run around the tree while the music play Christmas songs. I recommend this place. Its a great place 2 visit. Thnks again and God bless.

The Riverstone community is always thinking of its residents, including the kids! They have wonderful amenities, playground, but even better, they are frequently hosting community oriented events too! Great place to live and kudos to Nick, their Director of Fun.

Excellent trail(sidewalk) around the lake/marsh on the south side of University. Tunnel to cross University is amazing design, very convenient and safe.

A very well maintained place to play with kids, jogging, play tennis and exercise in the gym facility for residents there.

I was here for my neices first birthday party. Due to my brothers home flooding it was a logical substitute. I was there early to fill balloons with helium and make stupid jokes with a high pitched voice, both of which I did, and did well. The room we were in was not big, but it had two TVs on the wall and an alcove that worked out well for a clown that had a cat allergy... Yeah I talk to people.... The management was very accommodating, in fact they lent an HDMI cable to my brother which kept me from having to undo the birdsnest behind my tv that I just recently added 37 zip ties to in order to keep it out of site. Kitchen is well equipped and spotless. Restrooms are great but the mens room needs a baby changing table. All in all, a great place for small get togethers.

There always seems to be alot of trash as i drive down University, the HOA should definitely do a better job maintaining the community!

Another great amenity in the sugarland/riverstone area. Always seems to be something going on.

Nice place for relax

I came here for a free crawfish boil with a live band (Step Rideau) so whats not to love about that. But the area - the clubhouse, the playground area, the lake was amazing.

Current timing of the fitness center is not suitable for people who work long hours like me. Management should consider keeping the fitness center open 24 hrs. Fitness center should be manageble with security cameras and access cards.Vas Vellore
