It was very beautiful and relaxing! I went there for a wedding and it was beautiful ️ It was an outdoor ceremony and the harbor was in the background. Absolutely beautiful!! Had morning coffee on the balcony and could watch the boats in the harbor ️

This is an excellent Inn. Rooms are nice the food was good and the views of the harbor speak for themselves.

It was what I would expect from a hotel where I was paying 80-100 dollars a night for a stay not close to $200. Dont get me wrong the outside was gorgeous and well maintained the inside was not. Everything needed a good cleaning and maintenance. From mystery stains on the carpets, ceilings and lamp shades, room not being adequately cleaned ( box of garbageunder the bed and past food debris), missing numbers on heating dials, the hot tub walls were held together by duct tape in one area.

Location is beautiful and food is pretty good. Enjoyed the Packer game there today and they had fun food and drink specials along with raffles! Then a good band outside afterwards on the patio overlooking the water.

While the view is beautiful this place isn’t worth your time. We waited almost 35 minutes for drinks, with no acknowledgement. Got our food and were completely ignored from that point on. Our server, Elijah, had 4 tables max (of the 8 in the whole place mind you) was to busy focusing on selling his side hobby product and doing god knows what instead of taking care of his tables. This review could’ve totally been avoided with a simple I’m sorry or even the decency to understand why we are mad.Please patronize another business - you will certainly leave disappointed by this place!

Clean room and friendly staff. We have been staying at Stone Harbour for years!The only thing I would have to say is that the tvs in the rooms are terrible!! It would be great if they upgraded them

HUGE resort hotel with many rooms and amenities. They have an indoor and outdoor pool and indoor hot tub. They have so many rooms and a very friendly staff. Small computer area if you didnt bring a laptop. They have a marina right outside and lots to look at. Even a small gift shop!

The hotel was very nice. The restaurant was very over priced and understaffed. We sat an hour before receiving any food. But the waitress was very pleasant.

Great room, beautiful view by the water. Everyone working there was wearing masks. Felt very safe However they did have their pools/hot tub open.

We had a room with kitchen and living room. It was definitely worth the money. We loved the room and the workers. The other customers were alot of fun too. We were there for a week and enjoyed every mi ute. Ps. This was last year for our 40th anniversary

Plenty of space to maneuver my 38 foot RV, even with a packed parking lot!!!! Nachos were Amazing & what a portion for the price!!!!!!

This is our favorite place to stay! Its a one stop place for everything! The food is amazing, service is superb, great specials and always something fun going on at the tiki bar! The grounds and pool are alway beautiful. They do it right here, attention to every detail and they make you feel welcome and taken care of!

Ate a delicious dinner outside with some live music. Our server Janna was fantastic! Only thing I would change is adding a changing table in the men’s restroom.

Fine place to stay great views. With that being said they definitely could spend some money to get updates like the door locks, pool deck, TV and streaming services.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms were clean and up to date. The front desk people were nice. I did not eat at the restaurant. The bar has a really good selection of beers! I was impressed by that.Walking distance to a few places to eat. The location is convenient.

There was barely room service, the beds are nice, nice sauna, hot tub is not as hot as a hot tub, and good food.

We stopped at Stone Harbor resort for a late lunch. We didnt realize that lunch was over at 2pm. We arrive at 150pm. The staff and manager were excellent. They let a party of 9 order appetizers after 2pm. The staff and waiter were wonderful. They got our appetizer orders and our Long Island iced teas. We had a fantastic time. Thanks so much.

Fantastic place to go year round! In the Summer it is a great place to park your boat and grab a cocktail with your significant other while the kids are swimming in the outdoor pool. In the Fall and Winter this has been one of my husband and Is favorite place to go for a Romantic getaway Book a private horse drawn carriage ride to take that special someone to dinner and end your evening in your hotel room whirlpool. The suites are great for hosting small birthday parties(which was one of my favorite things to do in college) and the hospitality has always been wonderful!

It was beautiful! The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. I was super bummed because I was here for a work trip, i didnt gr the chance to really explore. But I saw enough to want to come on a family vacation here. The hotel and town were very charming.Couple of things that could improve, a lot of the rooms have Murphy beds, so be prepared for that. The front desk staff is not always very pleasant. You have to hope for the right person. Which. If you have an issue and are stuck with the wrong person, kinda sucks. But overall a nice experience

Food was great. But the service could have been faster. Perhaps I am not used to Door Countys winter service speed.

Always a great place to stay in Sturgeon Bay! Come for the rooms and stay for the bar downstairs. They have live bands on weekends, even in the off-season. Cant wait to return!

Comfortable beds, nice, clean rooms. Nice pool area. We bought breakfast in their restaurant and it was delicious every time we went. Great location to walk to Third Street, where there are great restaurants and shops. Also convenient if you want to explore Door County.

The staff were friendly, but they only had one person at the front desk on a busy holiday weekend. The whole place looks like it needs a deep clean (The hallway carpet had a dark spot thru the middle all the way down the hallway) and maybe refresh it a bit? The indoor pool was nice and the views were great.

We were told we would have a room with a whirlpool. We called 2 days before to confirm. We were told 3 times on the call we would have the whirlpool, well we didnt get a whirlpool. We only got an Im sorry, I dont know why she would have told you that.We dont get many weekends away kid free, so it was very disappointing. That was one of the reasons we were staying at this hotel.I also emailed the GM before writing this and have received no response. Wont be going back.

Stone Harbor is in a great location if you’re looking to stay in Sturgeon Bay. It’s right on the water and just 2 blocks from the cute downtown area.The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are decent sized. My only and main complaint is that the restaurant/bar has LOUD live music that you can hear throughout the hotel. I’m 23 y/o, I get wanting to hang out for a drink and some live music. But after a day of exploring the town & Potawatomi State Park, listening to a live rock band until midnight so loud they sounded like they were in the hallway was the last thing I wanted to do. Soundproofing the bar probably isn’t doable, but perhaps cap the live music at 11pm for those of us that aren’t interested in “raging”?

Very nice clean hotel on the bay with amazing views and staff. Would highly recommend staying here especially if your bringing a boat, it’s perfect!! I called to explain I broke my foot and upon our check in they managed to assist in a handicapped room (which we were told was already booked, so we had a room on the 3rd floor with a tub) what a kind kind kind staff member to move things around to have us on the first floor. So THANKFUL!!The only suggestion I would say, is the restaurant is very expensive, with all that DC has to offer I would suggest going out to eat, but the food and service was great!We will be back!!Thanks for making our stay great!

We had made reservations a month in advance for a fishing trip. Then when we got there they had lost our reservations. I will say it was very busy because the tall boats were in town and they were blocked solid for that. But if that happens get a better system so customers don’t get turned away after paying for the rooms.

We like this place quite a bit. It has a lot of finesse in doing conferences. We particularly like to bring our out of town guests to a supper on a winter evening there. A great view of the bridge and Bay. Nice staff. We hosted the group on the Terrace one summer evening with a fish boil. It was superb.

Wanted to have a drink at the bar. The bartender, Chad, was lazy slow and rude. We dont know if well return if we see him behind the bar again.

Hotel is located on the water with nice, spacious rooms. Close walking distance to downtown. The outdoor tiki bar is fun with live music in the summers however beware of the blender drinks! (We had the same drink made from the same batch and mine had no alchocal and my friends had all of mine). The restaurant food is so-so but has a nice view of the water.

Stone Harbor has a great view with friendly staff. It is nice no matter the season.

We had a baby shower recently at the Stone Harbor. It could not have been more perfect! Collin was the manager in charge and everything was perfect! The food, facility and service made the day perfect for all our guests! Collin could not do enough for us! I definitely recommend planning your next event at Stone Harbor, thank you Stone Harbor!

I didnt stay here, but I definitely came for drinks and live music. Right on the lake, huge outdoor patio. Its a perfect setup for a beautiful evening.

Our room was 352. Nice room. Very quiet! Very nice view! The room was decorated a little weird. The furniture didnt match. Front desk has nice people working there. There was a lot of people. A lot of partys. But your room was quite. I was worried about people being loud. But nope! For sure will be back!

Have previously enjoyed Stone Harbor, but we wont be back. The front desk employees were rude and we were given a room with broken shower. There isnt an excuse for poor customer service, it doesnt cost anything.

A very contemporary building that reflects the beauty of the Niagra Escarpment. Right on the Canal waters, and steps away from vibrant, eclectic, friendly Sturgeon Bay. Complete dining room, conference space, and well fitted rooms. Great staff and amenities. I give it a 15 out of 10. Have fun !

We stayed here one night and were under impressed by the restaurant and overall value. The room was rather cramped perhaps due to the Spartan furnishings. The food and in the restaurant were average. Great location but far better dining choices can be found very nearby.

Had the special at our lunch stop today, was a Philly cheesesteak. I am not one to complain or leave a bad review to be honest but the meat tasted like a shoe and the cheese was a salty version of gas station nacho cheese. My friend had the salad bar which was the better of the choice as it had a lot of great options but our server told us the wrongs soups so I opted out. The salad buffet had fruit, soup, salad, chips, pasta salad. For $12 I expected an amazing sandwich. Our server was attentive enough but maybe needs a day off. I heard her telling another table she works every day and barely knew the specials or cared to go into detail when another server described the lunch specials differently and with much better detail. Hope this place can improve their lunch specials as the view was pretty great.

We ate but were not condo renters. The resort is in great need of updating. Looks very shabby and rundown in general. Dining and bar area carpet is filthy and threadbare. .woodwork all dinked and scratched. Pieces of the shiplap siding on the outside missing. Service for food was so so.

Had our Honeymoon there 15 years ago. And on our 15th Anniversary we had dinner there. Food is still GREAT!!!!!

Just a 10 minute stop for the Door County Trolley.

At dinner at a work function. Was not impressed with the cut of Ribeye. Flavor and temp were good, but they were working with a poor cut of meat. The lava cake with ice cream dessert was fantastic!

This was the first time we stayed here, what a great hotel, the staff was very helpful. The bar and restaurant are fantastic, this is an all in one resort. Thank you.

I was visiting the area and got a room with a balcony. The view was nice and the price for the rooms was reasonable. I enjoyed my stay.

We ate at the restaurant. We were seated fairly quickly considering the unexpected rain. We waited probably 20 minutes for a server. The salad was entirely iceberg lettuce paired with an almond encrusted goat cheese and dried cherries. Who makes a $20 salad with iceberg lettuce? They also did not give us the steamed veggies we ordered with the meal. Water refills were insufficient. Giving them a 3 generously since they were understaffed. Youd be better off going elsewhere. Overpriced for the quality of food.

You cant beat the location of this place. Easy to get to and beautiful waterfront. Could use some updating in the rooms, like fresh carpeting and maybe newer chairs /couches. Overall a nice stay

I was not impressed. We had 4 people in our room and they knew it yet only 2 sets of towels. The restaurant was extremely expensive because I paid $10.95 for some fruit and cheese. My Ruebon Sandwich was awesome but $12.50. The waiter was great and checked on me at just the right times. I thought it had been all remodeled, but to me things looked old, rusty heat vent in our bathroom, the curtains needed to be cleaned. Wont stay again.

Stayed during the week. Nice place. Rooms clean. Great location. Easy to walk to places for food. Comfy bed and sheets. No bed bug traps under mattress. Pool, laundry, and fitness center. Restaurant attached.

Its a nice place. There were two weddings going on when I stayed there; as well as a car show downtown in the city. The view was great; bar was good. Everyone was very nice. However, there is insufficient parking when you have a full hotel an two weddings going on. For the price I paid for my room; I should be guaranteed parking in the parking lot. Because there was no place to park, the front desk attendant told me that I had to park across the street in the public parking ramp. (VERY narrow parking spaces in ramp). Unfortunately, my convertible got a massive door ding because of this. I would recommend hiring someone to valet park cars or making rules about parking.

The people who work there were extremely kind and helpful. We got in before a room was supposed to be open and that was nice. The room itself was clean but a little bit tired in some respects. However it was very comfortable and accommodating. The biggest drawback that we found at this place was that the numbering system for the rooms made many guests that were staying there for the wedding we were all attending had a very difficult time finding their rooms.

Love the hotel but they need better front desk service! My wife and I attempted to order room service on our anniversary because we have a newborn with us. It never came. We called to ask about it 1.5 hours later and a very rude woman argued with my wife about if we had ordered it or not. I went to the front desk to complain and the lady who just had been on the phone with us was up there talking trash about us to the front desk staff. I confronted her directly about her poor service and she was very rude. Have you ever heard “the customer is always right”? She had not. I would’ve fired that girl so fast if I owned that hotel! I just can’t believe what happened and we will never come back to stay there. There are other hotels in sturgeon bay!

The facility is very nice and had plenty of available rooms. Rooms were clean and comfy with good heat and A/C. Staff were friendly and scenery was great on the bay and canal. The biggest downfall for me was the lack of available coffee, tea or water in the AM in the lobby. Yes, you can make your own in your room, but that is not the easiest. They have a restaurant, however it opens at 11am. Considering that this is a resort, for the price I would at least expect some sort of wakeup juice available in the lobby as just about every other hotel / resort has it available.

Beautiful rooms with a warm lodge experience. Lovely accommodations and outstanding views. We were there for a company party, so we had dinner service which was excellent. The service was top-notch, from the front desk to the bartenders. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Perfect in every way. Stayed there for their New Years Eve party. Place was a full house. Front desk was amazing and friendly. The party was great and the price of drinks were very reasonable. The band was pretty good. They had the balloon drop, hats, noise makers and bar stations every where.The room was clean AND it was quiet. Could not hear the people in the other room. Beds were oh so very comfortable. Didnt want to leave it.Did not check out restaurant or pool area. But if it is like the rest of the place that too would be stellar.
