This was our company Christmas outing and we were really looking forward to it. We went on a Tuesday at 10 am. We walked in and the woman (who turned out to be the owner) barely acknowledged our presence. The experience was fun and Im happy with the finished product but the woman helping us was not personable especially for working in customer service. The space is beautiful but not a warm or friendly environment. It really dampened the experience for us. Out of the 10 of us, its unlikely any of us will be returning. We were the only group at that time. We were giving them our business and we felt like an inconvenience to her.
