Hoosier Grove Park

Great place for a wedding. The employees are friendly and very helpful. My daughters wedding was beautiful and we had a great time.

I love this park but nowadays I wish people would wear masks when they wear masks or at least social distance. I know there are people that dont take covid 19 seriously but I was in the hospital for 6 weeks and almost died. After another month and a half I still need oxygen. People need to stop coming off the minor inconvenience it is and care about those around you. I work at a grocery store and had it for over 2 weeks before i had a clue. I wore a mask and gloves and sanitized constantly to protect others please do the same when you are going to be around other people.

The kids love the park and looooove to play soccer in the field. Its a great place for them to get all their extra energy out!

The place is amazing! Perfect for any sport and provides all the needs . Has a large park suites for all ages, includes and enormous field. Has a two court volleyball station and a baseball field. Come and watch during the seasons. Hi got recommend this place for any age

Came here for a wedding and it was very beautifully done. The entire environment is very welcoming and inviting. Both the exterior and interior were decorated well for the occasion and all the staff I encountered were nice and courteous. This is a good place to hold a nice, intimate event.

Great venue. Very uniquely laid out. A very rustic and elegant atmosphere at the same time. They seem very easy to work with too.

The park has a sizable soccer field and a medium sized playground next to the soccer field. There is also a baseball field and a small scale town for kids to explore around as well. The Hoosier barn hosts events for the community and the outdoor barn area can be reserved for special events like weddings. The views of the sky during sunset and sunrise are quite spectacular

Bland but good for kids

I was there as a volunteer for the summer celebration. My girls enjoyed the rides...they wanted more...lots of free giveaways at the business tent.

Area was small inside for a party max about 30 ppl or 50

Its a nice family place to go to.

Attended my sisters wedding here. What a nice venue. Barn will accommodate about 100 guests but it is tight. My sister had a tent outside for dinner because she exceeded the amount of guests who could be seated inside the barn. Ceremony was inside. Then cocktails and dinner outside while they flipped barn for dancing. Very fun place for a rustic chic wedding.

Came here for a wedding this past weekend. It was absolutely gorgeous. Rustic and peaceful. We were seated upstairs and could not hear the speeches as there is sound proof glass; however, because we were with family, it honestly didnt matter, but Im sure that will be a turn off for some people. Staff was absolutely amazing and helpful.

This is an excellent park. Very spacious with a large playground, baseball diamond, soccer field, sandy volleyball court, and much more. Highly recommended park!

Great place for a wedding

Very large park! They have sand volley ball pits, basketball courts, fields, soccer fields, and a huge playground! My twins and I spend hours here. It’s Such a great family park!

The equipments getting old and it doesnt seem like they care to maintain it too much. Sad because a lot of kids play there

Nice park, playgrounds could use an update, but the kids still enjoy it. There are facilities to rent for a party here. Home to an Historic 1 room schoolhouse.

Cute venue. Went too a wedding here. The reception was outdoors and the dinner was inside. There was a cool loft inside.

Came here for a soccer game. Not much parking in the little lot near the firehouse. Otherwise, its a nice looking place with plenty of open space.

The park is so much fun and it is so spacious, but the only thing that is a tick for it to be 4 stars is that their things such as slides and moving monkey bars and the thing you swing across is rusted so you cannot enjoy it correctly and it does not function correctly. Please fix.

The playground and sports fields are always clean and well-maintained. Theres a Pokémon Go gym and 4 Pokestops here.

Fun and nice park

Great Park with a very challenging 18 hole disc golf course. Just make sure you wait a day to go after it rains, because a lot of the holes turn into Lakes.

Beautiful wedding venue with very nice staff.

I still play pokemon Go and this place has a gym and 4 pokestops near each other, and I dont have to go too far anywhere (like elgin).
