Tip Top Falls

Cute little falls behind Tip Top Restaurant. Was not much water when I was there but I have seen it with good flow. Unfortunately quite a bit of garbage. I think a lot of it travels there when the water is high and then gets stuck down there. There is a little path behind the dumpster that takes you down to the bottom.
