Park with children ride open for county people but as a new yorker we been there friday, not too much restriction.Portable clean restrooms.Nice Hudson River view

When i tried to enter a small park,a guy asked me me if i lived in the town i said no, he said i couldnt enter.not very friendly.u would think they woukd treat visitors better.
