A great fun place for the kids. I bring my sons here and they have a blast. Not too shabby for adults either. Food is pretty decent for a trampoline park.

Perfect hang out place for kids of all ages. My only gripe is a flat fee for toddlers. I wish they have options for just 30 minutes as not all of them will be there for the full hour. A bit pricey but once in a while, a good splurge.

It’s really expensive but worth it me and my little sister love this place my little brother loves to fly on the trampolines and my sister is in love with the foam pit but I’m more into the horizontal climbing ladders and the staff is super nice and helpful and do everything they can to prevent injuries I love it

Great place for kids to use their energy, the food looked quality . A lot of heavy and tall kids jumping around the little ones and having collisions.if they can find away to separate by age, height or weight that would be great.The staff is very good at maintaining safety and order.

My family and I had so much fun here! We came just to do something fun and get the kids out of the house. This place was awesome. We all got a great workout. I hadnt jumped on a trampoline since I was a teen.It was so fun to do with the kids and a great workout as well! It was very clean and staff were very present to ensure the elimination of injury. The price was a little high but were considering the monthly jumping pass/membership because it seems like a better value. Its definitely a place where the whole family can have fun. Considering having my girls birthday parties here next year.

So much fun! My son loves flying at Skyzone. They got freestyle jump, basketball jump, dodge ball and latter climbing. They even have a toddler area. Food is great for kids. Lots of laughs and fun.

My twins enjoy the early morning Saturday for the little ones. Staff is kind and courteous. Fun time a bit price when bringing more than 1 child

Loved the staff!! Isis and Cindy were very professional and sweet. Informed them that the website was a lil confusing on prices and couldnt get an answer on the phone to ask questions. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Will come back just because they were providing such great customer service.

Much similar to Sky High in Sacramento although Sky High is bigger but you pay by the hour and kids have fun on top of getting that young energy out by jumping on both trampolines and into foam pits. There are also basketball jumping, horizontal ladder climbing, and 4-person jousting activities included in the play area upstairs as well.Also, side note, be prepared to be required to buy the special grip socks the first time. Bring them again and again to avoid the fee every time. If you like it, the membership is very valuable for the price rather than paying the time fee every time.

Kids had tons of fun. Especially my 3 year old . I even enjoyed a chair massage while they played.

I will start by saying the staff is great and we have fun when we go. But we tried to buy their advertised Black Friday weekend pass advertised by sky zone that says online they participate in and they wont honor it. Very poor business.Update: I appreciate the owners reply and understand if things arent offered. Note : The general manager did respond to me via messenger that the passes offered were sold out. This seems very dishonest as the on-site staff wasnt aware and according to your reply they were not offered.

We had a birthday party for our 6 year old. The package is great, the rooms are big, the kids enjoyed themselves. We had an amazing host Victoria, was out going, helpful, and basically took up all of the work.. she was great and really elevated our party.

The staff is very friendly and very nice. They genuinely care about every jumper and want the best for everybody. One of the staff members, Ronda, was very nice and cared for every child. She went around making sure all the kids were watched after and taken care of. Along with that, she motivated and encouraged kids to challenge themselves and overcome obstacles in a safe manner. Definitely recommend skyzone as a place to have a fun enjoyable time with your loved ones. The kids will love it, the parents will love it, and they also have food and drinks!-BMW KEY

Great place to take your kids! Amazing staff! Loved $5 Tuesdays this month. If prices went down a lil bit more I would go more often however with 3 children I would only get to enjoy this every so often.

Its always so much fun. But they used to let you just buy 30 min of time. Now, you have to pay for an hour. My 4 year old grandson loves it there, but an hour is too long and too expensive. Plus, they charge $6 or $7 for the jumping socks now. They used to be free. So, its almost $20 for a 4 year old to play for less than an hour. But he has a great time. They have lots of staff watching the kids play. Every section has someone there to keep an eye on the kids. Very safe. They even have a couple of massage chairs for the parents to kick back in.

Fun, healthy activity for the kids. Pizza is surprisingly good. Attentive staff and membership saves money!

Overall it was AN AMAZING FUN EXPERIENCE!! I do have a few things that bugged me, it was my first time here with my brother and boyfriend and we didn’t get properly greeted and didn’t know till half way through our time we needed to purchase special socks to jump, a worker named I believe was HAILEY VERY RUDELY told us we couldn’t jump without the special socks and then later pulled an employee aside to talk rudely about us, prior to that I heard her yelling at kids in my opinion you shouldn’t work in customer service if you can’t be polite, another employee named JENNIFER was AN AMAZING HELP and assisted us with socks she really turned my mood back up!!!

Wow this is horrible, third time today they refused to serve pizza in less than a month. Its 1:30pm in the afternoon and this has happened three times in a row now. Absolutely horrible. At least be considerate and post a sign or something.

My husband and I love taking our 2 year old daughter to Sky Zone during their Toddler Time which is 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Tuesday morning and 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturday morning... At least here in Stockton, CA

Fun place to visit! Fun for toddlers to adults. When I visited the place was somewhat busy so I recommend going during toddler times if you plan to bring your toddler. This location is broken down into a few different spots to free jump, dodge ball, basketball and a foam pool. I definitely recommend this place for all who is young at heart!

Our kids love it here, always is pretty clean and staff is mostly pretty nice. We have a membership and have had Birthday parties here. Kelly is always great during toddler time and Jeremy informed us about the savings we could get with the membership. It does get crowded at times but what good business doesnt? Ill keep coming here.

Had our granddaughters 9th birthday party here. So much to do. Very organized. The birthday room, food and decorations were great.

I was contacted to book a birthday party again for my child. While we didnt book (already had other plans), they offered a free 30 minute session which we took advantage of. My son had a great time running around and trying out all the jumping attractions. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Thanks!

This place is simply awesome!! Our little ones love the 1 hour jump and explore many of the areas available! Its a perfect way to enjoy some time as a family and enjoy a lunch after the fun! Going early on a Sunday morning is great and its not crowded at all! Very friendly staff and excellent customer service!

Awesome! 6 year old 14 year old and 48 year old had a great time! Safe and clean very friendly staff. Didnt want to leave. Great workout if try to keep up.The kids are still talking about it and planning the next trip.

First time use was easy, kids are semi-seperate by age, NICE chairs near by to watch the kids...they loved it!

It was great fun I took my grand daughter. I would highly recommend for all ages. There were kids as young as 4 right up to old kids like me. The staff were courteous and watched out for the younger kids all in all a great place to take your kids or grand kids.

Great place for kids ages 6 - 19 plenty of fun family atmosphere well super vised well-lit well-maintained it has rooms for parties its a all around good time and also theres plenty of comfortable seats for the parents and even massage chairs. I didnt join in any of the activities which there was plenty to do I didnt feel well enough to jump around so I let the kids play for a couple of hours then it was time to go. However there was this kind of heavy set black girl that was being unfair as well as rude to my children. I definitely was intended to find out her name and report her to a supervisor or manager or something for the way she was acting but its cool because what goes around comes around.

Lots of fun! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean too. There are comfy chairs throughout for parents to sit and watch the kids jump. Little bit hard to find the first time, we wandered around through the whole mall and finally found it on the end next to Dicks sporting goods. They have a special toddler section and make sure to keep the larger kids separate from the smaller kids.

Its good for the kids. But customer service is horrible. You get told different information by different employees they need organization skills and better customer service communication.

Expensive, a lady move my kids from every area and my kids dont enjoy the experience, dont waste your money and time, 100% better jumpers on tracy. This lady move my kids from area under 4 and after that adults star jumping in this area and she dont say nothing. We came here to have fun and we went home all mad and angry.

My 16 month old loved every single minute we were there. Prices are a bit high but worth it. Not too crowded and kids are being watched by employees all the time so if one misbehaves they are told to stop. Place was pretty clean and employees are friendly. Overall great experience. Definitely coming back.

The place is ok. Nothing special. Good exercise bit very expensive for what you get. If you do not go consistently you must sign a waiver form each time you go. The snacks are over expensive. If you go with a you g child you must pay for yourself even if your only holding your child

I’m glad we chose Sky Zone in Stockton, CA for our son and daughters birthday celebration! The person who helped me book was great and welcoming! This place was a hit with all of our guests, although it was only two hours, it was 2 hours of complete fun! Symone our party host was very sweet and so attentive. She went the extra mile to accommodate the kids, the rest of the guests and myself! She helped me decorated exactly how I had envisioned, and she improvised to help me with great set up ideas, and let me borrow a cupcake holder! I couldn’t be happier! My husband and I both recommend this place to our friends and family, and anyone who gets Symone as a host will be lucky! Thanks for a great experience!Only thing I feel would help with future customers, would be to let the parent help decorate before the party starts. My host was so kind and offered to decorate herself, but I wanted to be involved with the decorating process and missed a small part of the kids jumping time. Other than that, everything else was great!

Love this place. Amazing for families of all types of you ask me. Wheelchair accessible. My brother-in-law is able to watch his nephew and niece play and seeing them happy makes his day. You would think an hour is not long enough until you jump lol. Its a little pricey to jump and for the birthday parties but I say its worth it. You can keep the socks for next time to save money. Go during your birthday month(adult or child) you jump for free the whole month (just not on weekends). The woman that helped me with my sons birthday party was AMAZING and so funny. I adore her. Felicia made me love the place even more(I think thats how she spell it). You dont even have to be in shape. Its a nice work out and theres food.For the partyIt can be pricey especially when youre paying for everyone and most of them dont show can be a waste of money. But you dont have to worry about ANYTHING they take care of it all. You just have to bring the cake. They have different package deals just check out their website for more info. So many things to do here and so much fun.

DO NOT bring multi-aged children. Sky Zone now enforces separation of 4 & under from other children. The liability waver you sign is irrelevant. Your little ones have limited use of the facility.

Good to bring kids, but employees dont even pay attention to the kids. So the kids do whatever they want in the different areas without getting told the rules of that specific area. Employees just talk and good off amongst themselves and dont even supervise the kids like theyre supposed to.

Overpriced, it should me made more affordable especially for families with several children they have to pay for. Also, the time it takes just to register right when you get there is a little too much, especially if you have little ones to look after while your trying to read over & fill out the forms. A few more water machines would be nice too.

Fun times. Not cheap, but great fun and good exercise.

There is a lot of things for kids to do here. My 11 year old boy loved the Dodge ball area. All the kids seem to be having a really good time

Just for me and my 2 children they charged me around $50 for just one hour of jumping!!if you want an advice take your children to kangazoom in Tracy it is way cheaper more fun than sky zone and they only charge $9 per kid for the whole day no time limit, adults can join the fun and its free, I will probably never come back to this place unless they lower the prices which that will never happen probably

Great place. Bought tickets online arrived late due to weather and they adjusted our jump time accordingly. Worth the 90 mins drive.

This is a great place to take the kids. They will tire out in an hour! The food and staff are okay. There are lots of places where parents can sit and chill or u can follow it kids around. It does get crowded and very noisy but it is fun!

The employees doing the snacks actually took 40 minutes to give me one order of nachos. Cheese and chips. They were standing around texting. They didnt even apologize.

We’ve been here with our 4 kids a handful of times. Kids love it. There are probably 8 different jumping activities for you to do. The check-in/payment process is pretty easy. The price is a little high, more so if you have to buy socks and pay for a locker.The staff and management are severely lacking. Each time we’ve been here we’ve watched kids breaking safety rules, getting hurt, and hurting other kids by not being safe. We’ve seen kids completely disregard general rules, pushing in front of other kids, pushing kids off things so they could use them...etc. while the staff just stands there talking to each other or just staring off into space. Parents *should* help enforce the rules, but that’s a complaint for another day!There is a toddler area but other than that, no separation of ages. So, the last time we were here there was a group of guys probably in their late teens doing back-handsprings, layouts, and tucks, using the entire area of the large trampolines, running into kids, knocking them over...while the staff member in charge of that area “ohhhh’d and awe’d” of their “sick tricks.”So, will we come back? Maybe. The kids love it. But we’re also watching them the whole time, because the people being paid to enforce the safety rules are about as useful as a hole in the head.

Went to a kids birthday party here. The parent had no idea that the kids had to jump an hour and then get the room. Had a large group with only a few kids that wanted to jump. After the party was first booked, sky zone made the parent change the time only to get the room an hour and a half after arrival. All that aside, the servers were friendly and the place was very busy. A bit pricy for me but somewhere I might take the kids for just a fun outing. I would not do a party here.

It is really fun here but I suggest you bring a couple cold water bottles because it actually gets annoying to go to the front of the building to get water from the fountain.

My son loved it! He keeps bugging me to go back. Prices are reasonable for what you are receiving. There are free unsecured cubbies or you can rent a locker for $0.25 we didn’t try the food. Went late on a Friday night and there was no wait time. The socks they make you buy are $3 extra. They are located on that back of the mall by the food court, so not visible from the main street.
