This seems like it would be a real fun place to visit, meet friends, take a tour of, and hang out at had it not been mostly shut down due to Minnesotas Covid-19 restrictions. I visited on a Friday late afternoon and it was just one employee, a guy buying something from the bakery, and me taking a gamble on purchasing a couple bottles of wine without being able to try them. The lady who assisted me was very friendly though (and based on my flavor profile I explained to her) was able to point me in the direction of a few bottles I would later enjoy. Hopefully this establishment will be able to fully re-open back up come spring!

We were out looking for a place to pick apples and stumbled across this great place. The apple picking and park is great for the kids. The wine and hard cider tasting areas are great for adults. The experience was topped of because they were having a pop-up fair. They usually have one big summer fair but because of the Quantine they broke it up into 2 small fairs. You should definitely check this awesome outdoor event out.

We go every year to replenish our jams and honey. Then, of course, we pick up our favorite apples. This year, I really wanted to try First Kiss and I always get Honeycrisp. My mom and I ate an apple brat, a hot dog and chips with apple salsa for lunch. Perfect weather to sit outside and social distance!

Fun place, a lot of people not caring about distance or wearing a mask in the orchard and will literally walk up a foot from you to grab an apple. Boggles the mind. A little pricey for food/cider/wine to enjoy.

Awesome place to take your dates and have group parties because there is plenty to do there especially when the venue has live music and comedy shows. We love their hard cider and the selection of food and wine and gifts.

Incredibly friendly staff and a great set up for socialally distanced interaction! I highly reccomend the pumpkin chai hard cider

Ive passed this place many times over the years when I would go golfing. Finally decided to take my girlfriend who loves wine. Only to findout that they have a small apple farm. The customer service was amazing. Will return with my girlfriend.

Excellent venue with wonderful people. Thus place is worh the visit hands down.

Had ther wine slushies and wow were they amazing. Also did there wine tasting and found some amazing wine that I needed to bring back home with me.

Interesting wine tour and nice staff. Im not a wine expert, but as an average wine drinker and I enjoyed their wine tasting. It was 6$ to sample 6 of their wines. Im not sure if that was a special going on for their grape stomp.

Fantastic wine selection! We love visiting a few times a year for a wine tasting.

We always love going to St Croix Vineyards. Their wines are excellent. Our favorites are the Seyval and the Marquette. And the servers are great to talk to and very knowledgeable about the wines. The tasting room is a beautiful old and rustic barn making it just the right setting.

Lots of great stuff on offer here. Wines are good, I especially recommend the raspberry infusion (though if you think its good now, previous years vintages were even better). A ton of awesome apples and apple products. And during the season its a fun little place to stop with kids and pet goats, a big playset to climb, and other good things for them to do. Bring stuff and even make it a little picnic!

Balloons were awesome! Go for the wine and family fun.

We decided to stop by here and grab some apples on the way home--the apple people were most helpful and accommodating. We thought wed check out the wine and inquired about wine tasting there, because we had never done it. We felt the man helping us was a little annoyed with us, and treated us like we were wasting his time. My husband quickly sampled two wines and we left promptly. If someone tells you theyve never done something in your business, take the opportunity to educate them if they ask. You could have had a bigger sale and longtime customers.

The best experience we had. All the wines are exceptional! Better than we had tasted in any store. Ken Amdahl treated us with class and his explanations of each wine were exactly what we were tasting.

Excellent wine. Had an opportunity to chat with one of the owners, Peter, and the wine maker, Martin. Both very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable and a pleasure to visit with. Very nice way to spend an evening.

Got a bottle of Frontenac red as a gift. Decent wine, but Minnesota is misspelled on the label!!Makes me suspicious of this vineyards overall quality control, if nobody caught a spelling mistake.I hope nobody buys this & ships outside of the area. What a poor reflection on a great state!

I bring the lady here every year on her birthday for a wine tasting and some apple picking at Aamodts Apple farm which shares a location. They have some very tasty wines and are very happy to help with pairing options and give you some history of the wine!

The server was rude and arrogant. There was a whole group of blind people there, and a couple of them asked for two glasses for one sample. The server was rude and snarky towards them and told them there is no way he can split one sample. I really felt bad for them. I will personally never take my business there again. The guy who was serving at the bar this morning needs to go into a career that isnt customer service. Mockingly talking down to them. He acted like he had better things to do than serve wine.

I had a better experience on a previous visit but Saturday was disappointing. My wife and I both found a wine we were interested in and since there were tastings, we decided to try it first. However, the people clustered around the bar were not moving and the staff seemed to be offering sample after sample to the same people. We walked to the other side and eventually a woman made some room for us. Then we stood there as the staff continued to give samples to the same people. I asked my wife if we were invisible and apparently we were. After another couple of minutes we walked out without buying any wine.

Took my GF to a few wineries in Stillwater for her birthday and Saint Croix made it worthwhile.We enjoyed every single wine on the tasting list. We had a very nice gentleman as our server and he was extremely knowledgeable and didnt seem to be reading off a script. After he heard it was my GFs birthday, he gave us a couple tastings of the expensive desert wines. We ended up finding out he was actually the GM of Saint Croix. If you read this, we thank you sir!Overall, had a great time. Wines were delicious. We will return and I severely doubt we will visit any other wineries in the area. They dont compare.

We visited the winery today and it was not busy at all, the place is beatiful however the staff were not personable at all and completely ignored us until we asked if we could do a tasting, we were the only people in the room except for staff and employees.... Once we started the tasting the staff was still not friendly and the atmosphere was awkward. We will not go back as there are too many other wineries that appreciate their customers.
