My kids always have fun here!! My teenagers even still love it. We miss some games and things removed throughout the years. Mostly the section for toddlers. The staff is always great. I feel mostly safe letting my kids run free. (Not 100%) I appreciate the price. Affordable. The food however isnt very good. We eat somewhere else after we play usually.

The adults had as much fun as the kids. Prices were fair the food was great and well definitely go again!

Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful. Definitely going back. Soild spot for parents with small children.

Nice place for a childs birthday party. They have upgraded the adults pizza since I was a kid. The sandwiches were actually really good too. We really enjoyed our time there!

Today, I had both my son and daughters Birthday at this location, and it was probably the best decision Ive made when it comes to throwing them a party! I did not have to worry about anything! Everything was Fantastic! The staff was phenomenal! Our host Maggie was amazing! Management was amazing! They were so kind, and so patient. Overall the entire staff was super friendly! Food was good, game floor was fun. Even the adults in my party had a blast. We had such a nice time! Thank you Lakeside Circle Chuck E. Cheese for a wonderful Birthday experience! I highly recommend!

Loved their Christmas surprise cards. Much better games and rides than the one in Troy. Will definitely take the kids there again. The facility was really clean and the staff very friendly. Kids had a great time.

Tons of fun!! This is a great place to take the kids! Couple of tips, get the combos theyre the best value. ALSO, get stuffed crust on the pizza and get a timed card vs a points card... You can thank me later! Look at my pic to see why

Kids have a blast here take them once a week

This was a nights birthday party that we attended at Chuck e cheese. My son had a blast and the workers were all very friendly. I think it needed to be cleaner especially with all the sicknesses going around right now I think having people cleaning the machines more frequently would make a difference to help cut down the spread of germs.

I felt bad for the 2 employees that had to work the entire place.

The staff was very friendly and involved in their job. . The place was as clean. In the pizza was fresh out of the oven and tasted great. All the kids loved it as well as the adults.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Good variety of games for kids. Very clean place. 5 stars for service, 5 stars for arcade games, 3 stars for pizza. Although kids cant tell the difference between a good pizza and a great pizza, adults do. I remember they used to make excellent pizza I used to go there as an adult just for the pizza. What happened Cuck E. Cheese?

The kids had such great time here its worth the money just to see how happy it makes them.

This is the cleanest Chuck E Cheese Ive even been too. The games are kept up and rarely run into one that doesnt work. Games everywhere, new and old. A great place for a Birthday party.

This place has gotten a lot better than it used to be. Its very clean and they had a lot of new machines. Darren, the manager, was so helpful and very friendly. Im impressed

Employees here are nice. Stores maintained pretty well. However I feel like the inside is a little bit small. But hey, the kids had fun. We will definitely be going back to this location.

Great arcade type place for kids, 3+ seems to be the ideal age range, though there are some activities that 2 year olds can do and would like.

This place is designed to fleece parents out of their money, plain and simple. Ive gone here 4 times in 2 years and the last trip was THE LAST ONE.First the pizza is nearly tasteless and overpriced for the quality and quantity. second, it costs $20 to win a $0.30 trinket from the counter. 3rd, most good parents DO NOT give their kids POP -which is their primary beverage choice.I guess the profit margins on REAL JUICE too small.The kids do seem to have fun and the parents get ripped off in the process. I love taking my daughter to Chuck E Cheese. It gives us something fun to look forward to every once in a while. This particular facility is clean and welcoming. The staff are always nice and I like that we get stamped when we go in, giving us peace of mind that our daughter is safe to roam a bit. There is also a good amount of variety for kids, my daughter was about a year old when we first took her. I also like that Chuck E visits frequently and gives the kids a little show. Definetely great for younger kids birthday parties and other play dates. My daughter has a great time, every time and thats what really counts!

Always a winner with children and parents, bring tokens back, that it the fun in games, remember that feeling of having all them token, so many plays when in looked, the card isnt as much fun give parents the option for tokens or the card, you will stay #1!

Pizza the salad bar all your food was amazing fresh clean I was very pleased thank you so much why is everything so high sky$ on your next manager meeting talk about it lowering the prices on the food, salad, not everyone is worthy rich these days

Fun, but a lot down when you redeem tickets. Pizza was good a little thin. Breadsticks were amazing. All in all grandkids enjoyed it.

The kids had a blast and all the games were in working order which is huge plus. The pizza though made everyones stomach hurt later in the day so not sure what was up with it, we didnt get food poisoning it just made us nauseous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is definitely the best Chuck E Cheese that I have been to in a while. Oh and the timed game play is the best idea they could have come up with!!!

The manager Ashley is very unprofessional. The way she treats her co- workers is so rude and degrading. NEVER have I heard a manager threaten to slap her sweet hardworking coworkers that are minors by the way.She acts like she owns the place and has NO remorse for her horrible belligerent atitude twards her peers. I came in several times and I heard enough.

Grandkids had a blast, this one is not the closer one to us but worth the drive for better atmosphere.

Went to get gift cards and first they tried to validate a voided card. It just kept getting worse. We will find out Thursday if they were able to reverse these overcharges. The service was lousy. Because of the problem, we were given pizza box slices to put the gift cards in. Very tacky.

Had my nephews birthday party here and it was a wonderful experience for everyone who came.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Although we have another location that is closer to us, wr drove a few extra miles for this one and they did not disappoint. Everything from ordering, playing, to redeeming prizes was a great experience. Will be returning to this one soon!

Sraff was very courteous. Love thst each kid gets a card nowadays instead of having tokens to worry about. Pizza was good. Attractions were decent. Games were half and half new and old. Im a fan of both

We had my sons birthday party there and the service was excellent and the manager also made sure everything was going perfect. I love the option for unlimited play now but the prizes you cash your tickets in for are cheaper then ever. And the pizza is still my least favorite out of all pizzas. Still the best choice for kids parties though.

Yes im an adult and i still love their pizza

Went to this location with my daughter, spent $30 playing games and bought a pizza. When I asked for a cup of water they gave me a one ounce cone. I asked for a cup instead because my daughter was eating her pizza and couldn’t hold a cup and pizza at the same time and you can’t set the cone down. I wouldn’t normally complain as the employees must follow guidelines but it was the owner. He treated me like a thief, as if I was going to steal his pop.... Wanted me to buy a $2 Chuck E. Cheese cup for the water. They were so rude. Then they told me not to come back if I don’t like it. Clearly, they don’t care about their customers and only about their profit. I won’t be coming back to this location! I should also add that I was only there about a half hour.

Very affordable to throw a birthday party at. Classic and fun. The pizza is actually good and fresh and tasty. It was a pleasant surprise. All the games work and my kids get prizes every time. The staff is kind enough to round up the point totals if my kids are short on points. Will be back!

We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice of a time we had compared to the last time me or my husband had been to one for any reason. We celebrated a birthday party that I booked two days in advanced since out outdoor plans were getting rained out. Spent much less then expected and had a great time.

Took the kids to play some games. Place was clean, staff was polite. I cannot say anything about the food, since we usually just go here to play some games. Kids had a good time.

They were so busy and did not have enough employees to accommodate the customers and it was on a school day where there was barely anybody there it was just as they opened. And they should have been able to accommodate me and my son who is very impatient because of his autism so I just think that they need more employees on their shifts

I love having kids birthdays here. 2 hours in and out, and i dont have to do anything. Pizza is meh, but kids dont care.

Is a great place to let your kids run around and has about a 100 different Arcade games at an affordable price. No child is allowed to leave without the guardian that they arrived with. Also has good food and is great for birthday parties

This is by far the best chuck e cheese we have taken our babes too. Our children are both under 3 y.o. and they love to just run around and play with other children. This location has great customer service, food, a greater selection of younger childrens games and rides, as well as the other guests here are more well rounded and friendly.

This place has changed since the last time i was here. Newer games and ride ons for the little ones. It is nice to see they updated.

My son set his tickets and card down to dance with Chuck E Cheese and a parent walked up and took them we didnt notice it till we look on our video of our son dancing and saw the father take them. Dishonest parents spoiled our experience.

Do yourself a favor and go to the bigger place down the road that just put in a roller coaster. They have WAY better pizza and the place is clean.Chucky Cheese is cardboard overpriced pizza, old unkept games, and dirty.
