I moved here in June 2018, you dont here traffic that much. Very quite and peaceful. People are friendly and keep to themselves. I love it.

Absolutely horrible, money hunger, slum lord owners!!! Used to be owned by a great family but not any more.... Want to see how well the place is kept now, just look at how many burnt-out lights are on the club house, a disgrace, and thats just one example. This is a retirement community and the disgusting owners are running into the ground!

Its quiet and safe. Im very comfortable living here

The club house is used by the tenants and I was an invite.

They have the rudest people there. Management really sucks.

Well kept and well managed with friendly residents

Its great if your senior likes busy beach blvd.
