The management here is horrible. Rent goes up horribly every year. Very raceist.

Very clean park and beautiful mobile homes most of which have garage. Two offices its a pretty big park.

I lived there 13 years and for 5 years worked with Lori trust she has better things to do then bother everyone. If all the Tennants followed the rules and not worry about management then you might actually like Lori but instead everyone wants to brake rules then throw it out there well they worked on there there car. As long as you give bad reviews I know she is still doing her job if youll liked her Id think she is slacking keep the great job Lori

Friends live there lots of dble wides. I wouldnt call them estates. But for a mobil home park its clean and well kept.

Great place to live. Management will tell you not to do thing like fix your car in your driveway or hog parking spaces, yet they fix cars and bikes on their driveway, cover it with a black board and pretend like theyre immune to the rules. Great neighbors though, its just management that needs to get their act together

This place has very little parking for guess inside and outside I have never been to a mobile place where the manager has an overwhelming amount of marked office spaces and for themselves and their own family members only they have none working personal cars parked in the office spaces Ive seen so many things that are not rite at this place its unbelievable just how much the manager gets away with at this place I would NEVER EVER whant to buy a home there as long as that manager there . The owners really need to talk to and listen to the residence because they turn a blind eye to the manager all the time no matter what the residents say

Very nice clean and quiet

Small and clean. I hear the people who manage the property are a little inconsistent but I think that goes without saying. I think you always have drama in places where lots of different types of personalities live in a small area. You cant please the masses. However, if you are going to make a ruling, you should make it for everyone not just a handful.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, the manager wants to be up in your business all the time. Also, the parking sucks!

We have very little parking and have asked to rent more spaces but the manager in not willing to help! They make it uncomfortable to live here when this is our home and we pay good rent for the space. All we would like to do is be able to park our cars .

Ok place but Random ppl walk thru constantly all hours. Management strict with rules during business hours regarding pool rules and parking also front yard cleanNot so much about after hours. Mostly say call cops after. Sherrif department. Being close to several bars and sober home. Not a good choice. Buyer Beware

It doesnt have a few like San Clemente

This place and so does the manager Lori. I could never live here with her running the place.
