Overall, I am fairly pleased with Lake Country. I have mixed feelings about my understanding that their Management has been pushing to consolidate the local teams to play directly for Lake Country rather than on an independent level. However, the experience of watching my step-son play soccer through the avenues Lake Country provides has been for the most part very positive!

Indoor league for adults is a mess, do not waste your money as LC does not care at all about a fair competition, everyone plays in everyones team and referees allow it.

Great facility. We came for a dog sports event and were pleasantly surprised. They should however avoid blocking half the parking lot, when an indoor event takes place.

Very cool and friendly space. The downstairs has clear walls so the visitors can be right next to the players, this experience is unique. The upstairs is not as cool, there are a few benches for visitors to sit on while watching the game. The refs are friendly and entertaining. There is a concession stand, the options are limited.

Wonderful place for sports events. We had a gathering with our church and everyone enjoyed the time spent there. The staff was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. They even allowed us bring in, inflatable jump house and finger foods in the lobby area. Would highly recommend Lake Country Soccer Club as a great place for sporting events.

Great place to join an indoor soccer league. May be a bit confusing on how to join, but just ask. Everyone who works there is really friendly. The refs are real nice but are serious when safety is on the line. Good times.

The facilities need some upgrades and just to be cleaned but as far as a place to play soccer/futsal, it works.

Mowing has been inconsistent Spring 2019. Handicap parking isnt workable. Still have to walk more than 500 to get to field. Need additional entrance on east side of field 14. Huge mud puddles on west center of field 14. Improper drainage.

The fields need leveled out. Little pot holes everywhere. Grass is not that great. Some actual greens keeping would go a long ways. Springfield is way behind on sports complexes compared to other cities in the state.

Love that there is a soccer complex but as much money as players invest to play there youd think it would be up kept better. Its in major need of renovation and more comfortable seating for patrons.

Both my son and I play on teams through Lake Country (U12 and Mens C) and enjoy it tremendously. The league structure is competitive but not overwhelming, the refs are fair but firm when they need to be and the fields - both indoor and outdoor - are always maintained.

Terribly disorganized. My friends and I signed up for an indoor team, but they didnt have room for us. They still charged all our credit cards for the season and didnt bother to tell us that we werent placed in the league until we called them during the first week of play. It took months and many phone calls to get our money back. Tried a second session and they changed the schedule repeatedly.Months later, I joined the league with success this time. Third game, an opponent punched my teammate multiple times in the face. My teammate did not retaliate. The ref did not stop the punching; it was our players who jumped in the middle. The violent athlete received a one-game suspension and is allowed to play again. In my opinion, there is no room for violent athletes in a rec league. Play at your own risk. Lake Country does not care at all about your safety.

Involved ref staff plays favorites for the Jv1 teams and does not make good calls nor does he watch accidents that happen on the field with children. If it was the child of the ref making the calls he would be concerned I would hope. Not happy! 75$ not worth it to watch refs not care about the safety of your children.

Run by incompetents. Had my 4 year old join a rec league only to find out there were club teams in our division. To make it worse, there were enough club teams to make a club division and a rec division, but no one at this organization had the intelligence to separate the two skill levels. So my kids out there playing the part of an orange cone while these club side kids dribble and pass and score at will. No fun for my boy at all.
