Kind of dumpy. Lot of junk around yards in park.

They have a new manager and he has really cleaned up the place and is still cleaning it up even more. He has also gotten rid of most of the trashy people, druggies, and problem people out of the park. Awesome manager!!

Great landlord, quiet safe place

Needs to be cleaned up the place and put better people in there. People thats going to keep the place picked up. I mean all the trash thats around the place.
