This is the most AMAZING craft store Ive ever been too! These people have tons of variety and its organized so its easy y to locate! The store itself was extremely clean! They support facemasks for theyre employees as well as customers. The checkout lines were long, however, the cashier kept them moving smoothly! Just an all over super place to shop!

First time in! Downloaded the app and saved money! Starting a new hobbie of wire wrapping jewelry. And thanks for having such great choices, prices, sales, and Clearence! I couldnt stop looking at stuff! Ill be shopping online or in store soon again!

Usually clean and organized. Nice variety of supplies for crafting, scrapbooking, drawing, painting, baking, etc. I havent had any issues finding what I need for projects. The emailed coupons are helpful too.

Big store and really helpful staff and great prices on a lot of what they did have the only issue that I found was there inventory and stock was next to nothing in some areas...bare shelves almost, but I was reassured that was in the process of being fixed.

The food and service was great. They do need to paint a sign saying Step Down. My sister wakled like nothing was there. She fell very hard! Right on her face.

Assistant manager refused to uphold their price match policy because, I dont want to and today is my last day so I dont care. Went across the street to Joanns and they did it with a smile and a come back again. You know where my shopping will be done at.

This place is just awful. How can they call it a sale when they jack the prices up so high you cant afford it then drop them low but not even worth even getting anything at all. They have beautiful things but unless you have plenty of money you just cant afford jack squat In there

I would really like to know what’s going on inside the minds of the ones who run this company! The give access to a coupon of 60% off one item but it’s like none of your stores are on the same page! And further more, your managers of these stores certainly don’t seem to know what’s going on, their oblivious to the coupons! And I’ve never seen more rude associates at one place then those who work for Michael’s! Unfriendly, unhelpful seems to care less weather you spend money their or at Hobby Lobby or any other crafting store! I’m a Lemax Spooky Town collectors, there are a lot of other places to order and purchase these items! Your coupons are a joke at best! If you don’t want the coupons used on your overly inflated priced items, Then Don’t Offer Them!!!

Not only is this place amazing.. But the cashier that checked us out informed us of a bunch of savings that Michaels sent out in their Email.. My phone was dead... So unlike any other stores Ive ever been to where you have to cross your Ts and Dot your Is.. This guy scanned all of the coupons and saved us like 9 dollars.. Kudos to you my dude.. You made our day and without a doubt made sure that we come back.. Prepared with our own coupons this time though!! Thanks my man.. I wish I would have got your name.. You deserve a raise..

Have almost, if not all of what you need for your crafting. Employees were friendly and helpful. I was looking for a tool that I had previously bought at an auction that I wanted to replace and couldnt find, but since I didnt bring it and didnt know what it was originally used for I couldnt find it. Will take it next time. They will probably be able to help.

My wife and I love going to Michaels. They offer a 15% for teachers and military; all I have to do is show them my staff card from the school I work at. Today a very excellent associate helped us out, named Erica. While the whole store was slammed because of a huge sale, Erica was doing amazing working, checking people out just as fast as they came.

They have everything you could want with a small store feel and incredible organization.

Got a good deal on what we bought. A mini fountain and 2 picture frames for $30. There is a large variety of cool projects for any craft lover. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Always fun to go to this store. So much crafty fun things to pick up .

Variety of items for any project or craft or decor.

I made an online pick-up order to avoid having to stand in the line with 3 kids 5 and under. In the past online pick-up orders have been picked up in the framing department and it has been a quick in and out process.There is a sign there that says you now need to pick them up at the register.I got in line at 1:45 and wasn’t able to check out till 2:03p.There were 10 people in front of me with 2 cashiers. The line was wrapped past the jewelry department. A third cashier came to assist when there were 15 of us in line.I was also looking at purchasing one other item. However, there was absolutely NO ONE ELSE I could find to assist me.

Over priced, poorly laid out. First time going and probably the last.

Good selection, friendly staff, but not enough cashiers for the holiday season. Waited almost 45 minutes in line with only 2 cashiers working. It is the holiday season so I can understand the lines, but I really think they need just a few more people working!

Some staff not very friendly or helpful. I asked an employee who was up front stocking the pop cooler if she could tell me the price on the individual face mask there on a kiosk by the pop machine, all I got was I dont know.

Pretty decent selection, prices arent bad, especially with coupons and discounts. Just read the fine print. They also have a ups drop off and pickup.

Great place to browse around and get the wheels turning. There are also tons of thought provoking and learning toy/ crafts/ kits for kids.

Always love Michaels. Lots of craft supplies which is what I shop for. It seems like theyre starting to move in a lot more home decor though and thats disappointing to me. I feel like thats a mistake Hobby Lobby is making too. They should focus on selling the supplies you need to make these things rather than sell replicas of crafts that are popular on Pinterest. And more cashiers would be nice when theres only one cashier trying to check everyone out at closing time. Again though that seems to be more and more common at every retailer.

Worse shopping experience ever. Not to be dramatic or exaggerate but the workers are really weird and rude. I got followed around the whole time like they thought I was gonna steal. and they wouldnt help me find anything even tho they just happen to be going everywhere I was. Ill never go back in there. Id be more worried about them stealing from their own store before anyone should worry about me. I dont know if they are underpaid and bitter or what but they shouldnt take it out on the customers. If you dont like your job, maybe you should find a different job. Just saying.

Lot of things here that are not elsewhere.

I like Michaels because of the variety of products and good prices but lately they have poor check outs. This time there were 8 people waiting and only one cashier. The cashier was having a customer with a problem and after 5 or so minutes called someone to help with that customer. She should have also called someone to help check out at the same time. We waited another 6 or 8 minutes until another cashier came. A couple of people decided to leave when the saw the line. I overheard them say they didnt understand why such a big store had only 1 checker.

Very empty, felt dirty and staff didnt seem helpful at all she seem more interested in talking to friends then customers.

All they were worried about was that it was close to closing time and was reminded several times then there was a line at the check out and only 1 cashier

Friendly employees everytime I have gone there. Clean and stocked with merchandise. Prices are competitive. A good store to shop.

Good location but smelled heavily of paint when I was there this past Saturday morning. Not sure if they were painting or renovating, but the fumes smell was very strong and I wasnt able to shop as long as I would have liked because of it. But I was able to find what I needed very quickly.

I really loved the store. Great prices and friendly staff. The only thing i mighy suggest is maybe putting in a bench for people to sit? I am disabled as to why i suggest that. But not having that DID NOT make this place any less great. Keep up the good work!!!

Great selection, employee not masking properly (nose was sticking out of the mask) but a barrier was between us for check out.

Great store with just about everything you need for your hobbies or sewing needs. The sales personnel were friendly and helpful and the prices were reasonable. It is handicap friendly but the isles are some what narrow.

I had to wait for the cashier to get off the phone then she could check me out otherwise its okay to go there

They had 1 employee checking people out on the 20th of December with a store full of shoppers and the checkout line wrapped around the store. The one employee was so very apologetic. The second star is for the fact that Michaels had the one odd sized picture frame I needed.

Michaels has everything a artsy individual would look for. Many customers, they have a wide variety of products to benefit any sort of project.

Still love this place. And they always get new arts and crafts. Staff is very friendly here and there is never a dull moment!
