I was in Friday afternoon and was treated very rudely by not just 1 but 2 of the employees, I asked for help and was rudely blown off so they could finish their non work related conversation, stores like this need to be welcoming not full of rude employees. Not to mention I stood at the register for 5 minutes before I got checked out

I have never felt so comfortable with my self in such a manner where I was educated and respectfully allowed to be open about my very specific questions I was so impressed with the Beautiful saleswoman that provided the most respectful but direct and unfiltered answers with no judgment or awkward moments if anything it was the totally opposite I was taken care of by the absolutely gorgeous sales assistant that absolutely made my my visit to sinful Sensations a rememberable one hands down the best service I have ever received

Didn’t feel welcomed here at all. The moment I walked in I got ugly looks, attitude, & bad vibes.

Best store in Springfield. Staff is excellent very knowledgable and helpful would return anytime. They also have the best shoes DVDs and lingerie plus toys lots of toys
