Ian and Jade are literal angels. I’ve never had a negative experience at Patricia’s, but they always create such a warm and friendly environment. They have an amazing selection of lingerie, dancewear, shoes, toys, dvds, novelties, and fetish items. They also offer both industry discounts and rewards punch cards. They’re all about the customers, that’s why they’re my go to!

Very very unpleasant experience. My husband and I were just in there and the woman who worked there (overweight dirty blonde woman with glasses ) was talking about how men dont know what theyre doing, how women are basically property to men and talking about how we have trump in office and just saying negative things in front of all of the customers. We were going to buy something but couldnt bring ourselves to. However the woman with dark hair was helpful and seemed to try to stay out of it.

The merchandise selection wasnt bad but the blond overweight lady working the register was being extremely rude cussing and talking about how men dont know how to be clean in the bedroom treat women like property ECT ECT and that Trump is a terrible person running out country in to the ground. Me and my wife tried moving to the back of the store so we didnt have to listen to it but it was to loud not to overhear. We did not spend anything there and will not ever be going back.

Friendly and attentive staff. I think this place is open the latest here in Springfield so that certainly is a plus. They’ve got a good selection and it’s organized well.

They have plenty of products. They prices are high, but without the girls running the place, you have lost that close feeling of being able to ask the most embarrassing questions.

Staff is great at answering questions, but not making you feel uncomfortable.
