Wanted to come in and have a look around and see if there was anything Id be interested in purchasing later. I had my 3 month old baby with me and the male staff member didnt even let us in the door, stating No infants allowed. I had never heard of this policy before and the male staff member was very rude about it. Disappointed with this as it was my very first visit to a boutique of this nature and was nervous about the whole experience. The staff member made it an immediate negative experience and now I would not want to go back. Ill get up the courage eventually to go into another boutique store where Ill spend my money. Bad job Eros on unfriendly staff and making (would be) paying customers not feel comfortable or welcome.

I honestly didnt know exactly what I was looking for but I popped in and Victoria was super helpful and even with an awkward subject was able to keep it light and guide me in the right direction. Super friendly staff. She did awesome. Cant say enough about the experience!

Eros is simply the most upscale adult boutique in Springfield. The staff is knowledgeable. The products come in all price ranges. And it exudes a class that makes you comfortable with being inside and asking questions!

One of the coolest stores in Springfield! Great prices! The staff is available to help but give you your space when you dont need assistance. They have also streamlined their inventory to only carry good quality products (but that doesnt mean only expensive!)

Looked nice from the outside... Couldnt go in. Weekend away with my wife and we thought wed go shopping... Pulled in at 9:02 on a Friday night... Because what adult shop wouldnt be open at 9:00pm on a Friday...? Well, apparently this one. They close at 9:00. Oh well.

Eros is an upscale, well-organized store with a knowledgeable staff and quality products. Its nice to go into an adult store that feels clean and professional inside.

I love this store was just disappointed with the fact a product, all of them not just one, was marked wrong I go to get it and price wasnt honored. I got a discount but still paid almost 7 Bucks more than what it was marked.

Classy and friendly, with a large selection of toys, lotions and mens+womens lingerie. Very gay-friendly too, with a great selection of Andrew Christian underwear. Love this place.
