The only reason Im giving a 2 is because most of staff was friendly. There were only a few patrons wearing masks even though the website says they are required. When I questioned why only a couple of people had masks on they told me people arent required to wear them on the trampoline. I got no reply at all after I reminded them that the website said it is required and the current orders from the governor say the same thing. Corporate what is your reply?

Fun place where kids can literally bounce off the walls. I thought itd be a bit more to do but considering the price and how it is good exercise for all, Id go again.

Went to Sky Zone the weekend of the 24th with family to celebrate a pre-birthday weekend for my son, and had a great time. The two young ladies (Ellie M. & Haley H.) were very kind and knowledgeable who checked us in, did a outstanding job bringing us up to snuff with the facilities since it was our first visit. Took my son for 1 hr of jump time. No COVID restrictions at all. Noted several people coming and going without masks even though sign was posted. Jumping in the play area without masks, tables and party rooms were filthy. Staff was nonchalant and rude, not once did I witness anyone sanitizing or disinfecting anything. Will never return. With or without COVID.

Don’t get me wrong this place is fun but when it comes to service for party’s I would not recommend what do ever first of all they messed up the party time completely and would not let us fix it second of all for one helped us with presents or anything no one would help with any for that matter and I was every disappointed by this place and I would not recommend this location for birthday party also the floors a Disgusting there was black all over all of our stuff that was on the floor and the service sucks.

Lots of fun for kids, and not so kids. They also offer fitness classes. The biggest drawback to me is it always smells like a locker room. Its a shame they havent been able to overcome that.

Very dirty and staff was very unprofessional. A bunch of teens trying to show off for each other. They were out of almost everything at the snack center. The hurricane experience was broken and we later saw it was unplugged. They didn’t have a sign on it. Don’t waste your time. It looks like they are about to go out of business.

Had a large group coming and they closed a half hour early. Said it was their right to close when they want, but seems like a money grab. $15 for one hour and $11 for 30 minutes. So they make more per person per minute and they do not need to pay their staff for that 30 minutes. Shady business practices and I will never go again. Customer definitely does not come first.

Nice place. It is clean and looks like it is well taken care of. The staff is real nice and helpful. It seems a small but I do recommend it.

The checking in process was sloppy and long due to buying gift cards online. Half of the building seems to be under construction. The food portion of the place wasn’t serving pizza so they had chips and soda. Lockers do not have a way to lock and the response I got when I asked about it was “we’ve never had a theft problem before”. Not very warm welcoming customer service or experience. Definitely won’t be getting any more of my money.

My son love going here. There are a lot of trampolines along with a climbing wall and zip lines. The trampolines include dodge ball jump, basketball jump, a sponge pit you can jump into and a couple other regular large trampoline areas. Great cost and the kids enjoy it.

Came here for my daughters birthday with a total of 5 girls during the glow in the dark session. They had a blast. We saved time by filling out the waiver online. There was plenty of space to accommodate a large crowd on a Friday night. The staff was friendly and courteous.

So fun. All ages. Affordable. Best part.... GREAT WAY TO WEAR DOWN YOUR CHILDREN!!!

The legendary party was horrible they had a trainee host it one of the Parents got mad because She didnt know how to host they sent Her out the room and hosted the party Herself. We werent checked on by the employees who knew things werent going right. And to forget to give the bluetooth and waterbottles. Before some of the Guest left was unacceptable. We liberally had to go and remind them. I had to call back and ask A friend to get all the party favors. Disappointed cant describe.how I feel about all the promises that are on that website I didnt receive and how a desk full of people looked on

I had the most beautiful experience here! Just about the whole staff helped one of my individuals I service with special needs jump and play on the trampolines. They didn’t treat him any different then the other kids, were patient and so kind!! Thank you again Kira, Jalen, Morgan, Elijah and Treasure for making the experience great!

Staff is young & seem more interested in flirting/goofing off with each other rather than watching the kiddos or interaction with patrons. It shouldnt take 5 minutes to get a fountain drink from concessions either....ESPECIALLY if I was the only one in line!

This one was one the of first in the areas. It doesnt have as much of a variety in regards to attractions. With a Groupon or another deal, its still worthwhile! We prefer other trampoline parks though.

Its not worth one star. No precautions. No first aid. My boy fell down and got fracture. when we went to doc they said skyzone is giving good business to them . By seeing my sons plaster everybody sharing their dear ones injure stories happened there. Worst place to t your kids. Birthday party for 10 year old, great fun for boys/girls of all ages. We had a 19 month old and a 3 year old and they enjoyed as well.. fun place for the kids

Was not to thrilled. They say they will seperate out the kids by size but they had big teenagers in with my 5 and 6 year olds that acted stupid and no employees would tell them to stop even when I asked. They also didnt even have the foam pit open. I was really disapointed.

This place is disgusting despite dodgeball sky zone is just a place to “jump” you can’t really do any cool tricks because well you have to stay in your “square” and if you don’t you get in trouble.For basketball your not aloud to hang on the rims which obviously takes a way a ton of the fun not only that their summer pass is actually not that bad and I do have to admit that sky zone is the only reason I love doing flips so that is why I rated it 3 stars

Trampoline part was grat! Birthday party part was horrible. Lack of organization all around. Party hosts were slow and seemed overwhelmed.

Brought a group here and check in was a breeze. But the staff didnt enforce any of the rules. It wasnt very busy so it seems rules dont matter as much when your not busy.

Much smaller than most trampoline/fun places for sure! Not a whole lot for younger Kids to do. Staff at the front were nice but the monitors on the trampolines were off in a distance not paying any attention.

I used to be emoloyed there about 4 years ago... They had tight rules and great cleaning/ fixing equipment schedules... High standards but Not anymore. They seemed to be short staffed, no one paying attention, kids just running and jumping all over courts in every spuare and court gaurds arent saying anything or keeping anyone safe, there were ripped pads and exposed springs and children jumping on each other. I never heard a whistle blow the whole hour we were there

Recommend getting there early to get some time when other people havent shown up yet. If you have a kid 5 or under check their website for toddler time hours. You wont be able to jump with your toddler though.Great place though lots of fun.

As a customer the experience has been three to four stars, depending on the day. As a parent of a previous teenage employee I have several other thoughts that come to mind and those experiences have not been the most professional for my son.I have called and called multiple times trying to get answers to questions and rarely get someone on the phone, which needless to say is frustrating

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would! They dont tell you when you buy your time that you cant jump as a family! They split me up away from my kids and then split my kids up AFTER we were told we could all jump in the same section. They did begrudgingly refund my money for the jump time but refused to refund my socks. The staff were less than friendly and less than accommodating. I would NEVER recommend this location of skyzone! It picks and chooses when to apply rules and when not to. What a disappointment for what was supposed to be fun family evening!

The kids really enjoyed their time there. Its very reasonable in price. The staff is very good with the kids. They really watch out for all of them. I am planning on taking the kids back there again.

We were here for a close friends little boy and his birthday and I have to say that the overall experience wasnt the greatest. First, we were told we couldnt be in the same jumping area as their 3 year old, in which we werent jumping but watching him to insure he wouldnt hurt himself. There was no one else around. Then we were told that the adult jumping section was in the far right corner. If that were so, there wouldnt be thirteen or fourteen kids jumping in that section. From there, the familys cousin was trying to play dodgeball with other kids when she was repeatedly hit in the face by another boy whom, through tears, she told to stop. When she asked the person overseeing the dodgeball section, she was told Thats how you play dodgeball. The manager did apologize on their behalf and the two women that helped with the party were great, but if youre looking for an actual fun and friendly environment, Id sooner select the Anderson, Ohio location.

Im giving it a 2 star because it is a trampoline park, other than that there is nothing great about it. It was disgusting on the inside, trash and peoples belongings were everywhere. There were a lot of kids running around who most likely were just dropped off and left alone, the workers had to act like babysitters. When I went I had a coupon for a family 4 pass and when I handed it to the guy he asked if only one person was jumping...why would I hand you a coupon for a 4 pass if only one person was jumping?? Honestly I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was a really fun place, but you have to stay on your “side” and my cousin is 6 and we went there together and we weren’t even able to jump together because she had to stay in the 4-6 area and I was in 8-10

Had my daughters birthday party here and it was AMAZING! The GM and his staff stayed over to make sure we got all of our time. The staff was super friendly and the facility was very clean. We had a great time.

We were told our kid too small to play in one area. So we could move and jump with him in another area. So we get that that area then we were told we couldnt jump with our kid.

Very strict about parents jumping with their kids. But my 2 year old was ran over multiple time by older kids coming into the small child zone and nothing by staff was said. But I bounced up and down with my feet still on trampoline and got yelled at. Facility was clean. Lockers are 50¢ each time you open it..socks are $2 a person. I liked rockin jump in colerain way better.

Visited today for a friends sons birthday party. The staff at the front desk were helpful and very nice however the staff supposed to be monitoring the children jumping and the staff behind the counter of the concession stand were mostly just hanging out and talking amongst each other and not actually doing their jobs. While my son was standing in line waiting to use the basket ball hoop, a male employee and a female employee stood off to the side chit chatting away not paying attention to the order of the line. A group of boys kept intentionally skipping my son so my husband had to tell the workers to do their jobs. No one was monitoring the big kids/adults that kept jumping in the A area for toddlers. I ordered a pepsi and so did a friend from the birthday party. Both Pepsis tasted awful so we asked for something different. This was about 30 minutes before we were allowed in the party room. So plenty of time to fix the pepsi situation. However 30 minutes later we are in the party room, the party has 3 pitchers one of those being pepsi, and they served rhe same nasty pepsi that we had already told them was nasty and tasted like carbonated water. The whole staff couldnt have been over the age of 18 and cared more about hanging out with each other than doing their actual jobs. Will not visit again.

Ive taken my kids here for a few birthday parties and theyve had a blast. There a good amount of different activities for kids to do on trampolines and its organized pretty well. They do have limited and underwhelming food options though.

They have a VERY young staff that think its cool to just use their whistles whenever they felt necessary. Im in my mid 20s, skipping on the trampolines shouldnt be a crime. We sign a waive for a reason, right?

I chose Skyzone Springdale for my sons birthday this year. The party was this past weekend and I must share that from booking to the end of the party, they really dropped the ball. I would not recommend booking a party here.I called multiple times regarding booking a party and never heard back. I ended up driving to the location to book because it was impossible via phone. The week before the party, I spoke with the manager Liza, to update the details of the party including number of children and numbers of pizzas & toppings.When I arrived the day of the party I noticed that my party details were never updated from when I spoke with the manager. I am glad I realized this because she had the completely wrong pizza order and it would not have been enough and they order pizzas from off-site, so it would not have been something they could easily fix.All of our guests were hanging out near the front desk when I realized it was almost 10 minutes past the start jump time. The workers didnt tell us when it was time to start so the kids missed out on jump time. They couldnt even manage a basic thing, like telling us we can start jumping.The only thing they managed to do correctly was tell me how little time we had left in the party room. 40 minutes is definitely not enough.I am just baffled at the lack of organization and care from the staff. The only time they did their job was when they were trying to push us out of the party room.TLDR; find a place to host the party that has a staff willing to be hosts. This place is not it.

The skyzone trampoline natzi was who greeted our family. I get you want to keep the participants safe, but not at the cost of peoples experience. The girl made me uncomfortable and I wont go back .she said something to us three times and we werent e even doing anything wrong.
