Awesome rink, best in NWA. Great staff.My only complaint is the music. You have a rule of no curse words which is great however still proceed to play music by artists who are convicted for numerous felonies involving drugs and more.As a place for children the message your sending via the music shapes what they think is “cool” and “fashionable”.Of course I don’t want just country or oldies or anything specific just That the music be slightly more Curated to not include just what everyone wants but what is at minimal not criminal.Thanks!

Great place for family!

Best floor Ive been on in a while. Obviously cleaned very often. I grew up in this rink and havent been there in almost 10 years and its just as great as I remember.

I had a good time with my family. BUT the owner was rude trying to charge for an event that was already paid for. Also if money is paid for an event... why was there other people allowed? I only rate this place 2 stars due to the fact that it felt uncomfortable at times. My family enjoyed themselves but wont be using them for further events.

Pretty good time. The kids really enjoy it and it reminds me of younger days. They play the classic roller skating games like red light green light and the dice game for prizes. The staff is very friendly and they are great hosts for parties.

It is awesome and it has these little things for the kids that dont know how to skate plus there snacks are really good and cheap,plus they play games in the rink if you want to play but it is a fun place

Its a great place! Been there since I was little and its always fun to be at. Carter,Church,Faith,Hannah,Remy,Colby,Mitch,Taylor, and stephen are all amazing people. The speed team is just as cool, and my personal favorite on the speed team Issach. You guys are all amazing and all keep working hard to keep that place alive and fun.

Have been going since I was in diapers. Still love to go with my kids.

Y’all I DO NOT recommend using Roller City in Springdale! Whether it be for a party or just to skate. We had such an unpleasant experience for my daughters birthday party!! It was booked with on a Saturday from 1-4, I showed up around 1230 and walked in to see if anyone was there to see when we could start decorating. The door was open so I peaked my head in but didn’t see anyone so I went back outside. About 5 min later I went back in and the door was shut but a teenager in a pink button up shirt with blonde hair was walking toward the window he looked right at me and turned around to walk away so I lightly knocked on the glass. He looked at me smirked and started laughing and I could hear him talking to other people saying “they’re knocking on the window I’m just going to IGNORE them” he said it multiple times. SERIOUSLY?!?!? I REALLY don’t appreciate being treated this way especially when I spent over $200 when it was all said and done. Another employee had just walked in and said we could decorate at 1245. While the same very rude kid in the pink shirt was handing out the skates he was only keeping a tally of how many people got skates for each party. He wasn’t making sure to separately mark down when someone got inline skates or speed skates(that cost extra). I know the total I paid at the end was wrong but I didn’t want to deal with it so I paid and left. Almost every employee we encountered was rude. Aside from our party hostess and the one who stood out the most was the younger girl (she said she was 16, skinny with freckles) who was delivering drinks pizza and ice cream. She was super sweet and really made sure things ran smoothly. The whole experience today (aside from dealing with this very sweet girl) left a bad taste in my mouth for roller city! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!

Its a great little place, rink and track is a little small. The floors pretty good, the benches are smallish and the drop off to the floor is a little far but its over all really well. Went here for a meet, loved it! Dont know about the staff but went to a session too and it was fun.

Fun spot! Cool lights, music is pretty loud. Snack bar is exactly what you think it is - you know what youre getting into... Interesting bathroom arrangement - all sinks are outside the bathroom between /. One thing that was VERY cool - they offered Skate Assistants for 3 bucks - PVC arrangement with wheels for inexperienced skaters to use like a walker while getting used to skating. Daughter loved it!

Careful, dont fall 24/7 like I did on 6/7/19.

I used my new en-line skates here for the first time and loved every second of it.

I am a single momma of 2 daughters and we started coming several months ago. When I was in my teens my brother and I and alot of our friends came here every weekend usually Friday and Saturday and now Im 38 and with my oldest just reached her 13th birthday last week. Ive loved this place always have great music, games,and we just love the staff

Great place to hang out and just have some fun. They have a great environment and a great taste in music. Skates are decently priced and they have great customer service. Definitly a good place to take family and hang out.

I had a really great experience. The management and staff were friendly and very helpful.

Every thing was great except for the older female dj she talked to much and Not enough time for all skate. She was very negative, and Would Not stop talking.Except for that I would rate it a 5 star.

It needs an update. Skating rinks arent as popular as they once were, but I feel like its just outdated. Looks like it did 20 years ago when I went here as a kid.

Great family place fun for all ages kids or adults. Has a decent snack bar roller blades or skates are available. Thayer open from 7pm till 11pm and a great place to have a birthday party. All around a good place to have plenty of fun

The best Roller Rink in NWA! Amazing prices (less than half of what I paid in Little Rock) and has a great community of regulars! Full disclosure: I loved it so much I applied for a job! I work at my happy place now, it just doesnt get better than that! Come by and check us out, Ill be the one making nachos!

I have to admit the actual place these pic were taken at was another local rink, my point was those hard core derby girls call roller city their home! Hollie Grail is my baby so proud of her nd all the girls, coach, Roller City ! Come have family fun!!! there is a snack bar. Plenty of games, this place is lit up beautifully. Great staff will help with all your needs.

Its an awesome place to skate! It has wonderful music and prices. But i will say the wooden skate floor has some dents in it so be careful!

Kids had fun. The volunteer DJ played slow humdrum music and was boring everyone. She was very rude to the staff when we asked them to tell her to play more upbeat songs.

Ive been going to this place since I was a kid. The Newest Owners have updated it. Very Clean and Fun. I take my little girl all the time.

A good time with friends with energetic music and nice employees

It started off fine. Then 1 hour in, the DJ lady stopped everybody just to tell us that if we have a skatemate we have to go to the side and I didn’t think that, that was fair because I didn’t have a skatemate . Another time she would make us leave the floor if we didn’t want to or know how to skate backwards. Then when I got back on to the floor, this aggressive teenager was zooming by and no one told him to stop. When he would come close to me he would go in front of me on purpose just for me to get scared. He was a show off and rude to everyone. And the last 30 minutes the DJ lady said take off your skates so we can do the cha cha slide. I dont think this is fair because I paid for the full time and I wasnt there to do the cha cha slide Hour are fine though.

This is a great place. I am a father of a 14 and 5 year old, and I cant imagine a better place to spend an evening. We go 1-3 times a week, for the last 15 months. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the music is appropriate. This rink is unbelievably better than the Bentonville one, which I drive past every week to go here.

I skated here one time and I didnt fall once. I bet if I had fell one of the staff members would have picked me up because they are kind people. They do a good job making the place look like a skating rink. Also, they have a water fountain and bathrooms there. What more could you ask for?

I realize the place is a business...if you dont know about all the hidden costs your child could get left out. 6.00 to get in, 3.00 extra for roller blades, 3.00 extra for the skate helpers. Make sure and bring a 20.00.

If they werent the only rink to take care of their floor, Id never walk in again. Horrible staff, the owner leaves untrained and impolite 16 year old kids to run the place so he doesnt have to show up, when hes there he is rude and will only listen to you talk if youre handing him cash at the same timeEdited reviewI still stand by my previous comments since nothing has changed in the owners blatant disrespect for his customers. Thought I should talk about the place a little more, it is usually kept fairly clean which is nice. Of all the rinks in NWA it is the largest in skating space and in the snack bar. They have separate smaller rooms for parties which can be great for small games or events. They really need to update the lights they have over the skating floor. They also seriously need to time when they are cleaning or working on the floor condition better. If it closes your location for two days to work on the floors **why** would you choose to do it your two busiest nights instead of the middle of the week when there are no public sessions? The floor size is great though, and since they do take care of their floor you can truly speed skate or trick skate which is exhilarating.The food I get from the snack bar has always been really delicuous, and prices are fair for a snack bar.

I love this place!

I love this place. A lot of people say it is dirty but it is not because i went last wednesday and it was a BLAST. It is for kids because im 11 years old and i didnt hear anything innapropriat. The hours are sloppy but it is still fun. I would also recomend bringing your own skates that werent outside because they can tell if its outside and they wont let you use them. There skates are very loose and can hurt your ankles. But i think its very fun. And i am using my grandmas phone not my phone. I am also a boy.

This is a fun place for teenagers to go hang out with their friends and skate. The people there are friendly and get to know you if you are a regular there. The skates might not be the fanciest but they work. The music is for teenagers and they play whats popular for teenagers now. This place isnt meant for small children, especially not on a friday night when its filled with teenagers. You can book the place for large events and set up for birthday parties. They have good consessions. I love this place, its alot of fun and a great place for teenagers to hang out.
