It has been an incredibly exhausting experience dealing with Klein Soccer Club’s board members, including the president. They are dishonest, disrespectful, and only look out for the best interest of the club. After being with KSC for 5 years, they decided to not provide uniforms in the Spring season, but did not communicate this with us until after we had registered and paid $175. We found out from our coach when he told us KSC was not going to give uniforms and to use the same uniform from the last season. After many failed attempts trying to communicate with the board members through various methods, I showed up to a board meeting. Ed Lindsey, Stefanie Drew, Chrissy Kreb and Amy Ortmann were rude and tried to intimidate me and my husband. There was one other board member, Michael Trevino, who was respectful. Parents from our team decided to show up together on a Saturday morning. Ed, the president, finally agreed to give us uniforms by the end of the same day! After sharing my experience on their Facebook page, KSC tried to invalidate my review with offensive responses from their board members and their friends. They went as far as creating a fake profile to harass me on my review. Unfortunately (or thankfully) due to the pandemic, the season was cut very short. To my surprise they decided to provide a $75 credit ONLY to returning players in the Fall season but I chose to lose my money and no longer support this organization. Unlike their previous lack of honest communication, I have received so many emails about registering for the fall season, including text messages. The last day of registration was 8/30 and today I have received two more texts from them. After 5 years of enjoying my child being in this club, and hoping he would stay with the same team for years, their true colors showed when it came to financial honesty. You can google the club, it is not the first time they have been financially dishonest. They have been in the news a few times. Save yourself the headache and your money.

Beware of thieves ! This organization is terrible ! They refuse to refund parents for the spring season that was cancelled due to COVID. Instead they offered ONLY a $75 credit that can be applied ONLY if you sign up for their fall season . As if parents are going to want to use them again after they kept our hard earned money . Thieves just like their former president that stole thousands and was charged with embezzlement

Facilities are top notch but there are major mis-management issues with this club. As others have described, communication and organization are not their strengths. Lack of leadership is the only thing holding this club back. We would consider trying Klein Soccer Club again if they can turn it around. Until they are able to do that though, I would avoid at all cost.

They are unable to train good refs. And the result is broke bones and no red cards ever. They cant keep players safe here.

Great experience! Have three kids in the league and all three had excellent coaches. The organization is completely run by volunteers. Fields are the BEST in the city. Definitely more competitive and challenging then FFPS or the YMCA.

My son played for multiple seasons. He was very content being able to play soccer in a kid friendly enviroment. Everything turned for the worst on this last season for Fall 2018. The coach (Danny Martin) my son had was very selfish and all he cared for was NOT LOSING! As the season started off bad due to heavy rain. The players missed a lot of practices. Causing them to be unprepared for the games. On one occasion the team lost and the coach beyond yelled at the players. Even cursing at them! He then gathered up the parents and continued yelling at the parents. “THIS IS MY TEAM, I DO WHATEVER I WANT” ( Referring to that he felt the need to bring an outside player into the team) It got to the extent that he even started arguing with a parent. All of this infront of all the kids. I emailed the Klein Soccer League about this situation and NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM THEM! I will NEVER again enroll my child or even recommend this league as they clearly have no interest in the player/parent well-being.

This is the worst season we have ever experienced. This was a waste of 150 dollars. They cancel games and practices when its not raining and reschedule on days that are supposed to be cold and raining. What a joke.

After reading many reviews. I see I am not the only one with communication problems. Trying called 2x mailbox was full and 2X left voice mail and no call back. Talked to some of the parents from last year team. We all wanted our kids to play together again this year. We all got split up. Still waiting on answers. My nephew played with same coach and players for 5 years. Get it together KSC

Just moved to area. Registered kids to play soccer. Was given the option to mail in check or pay in person. I instead I called to make payment and was told that there were no spots open even though I registered my kids way before registration date. If they are going to give you the option to pay in person or by check in mail then why does their email say that your kid is registered and then they give away your spot. Spoke to Bill and he doesnt even have a contact # for the program director nor does he respond to emails. Every other league my kids played for will have available spots or will make a spot available even if one team has to accept one more player. I recommend i9 Sports, my kids have been going there for years and they have a no kid left behind policy. Everyone plays and the best part is that practice is on Saturdays followed by a game. Klein Soccer Club has not made a very good first impression and wont seek this league again.

Very rude, disorganized and false advertising. Some teams get 10 games and some only get 9 while they advertise a 10 week season. We originally had 10 games butbright after the first game, they removed one from our schedule.. but 11 U6 teams still have 10 games and 10 teams are shorted a game. When complaining about this, they said I could not get a refund for that one game and proceeded to tell me that *I* had to find another team to play and let them know and we could have a double header instead of letting us play on the date they cancelled! I paid for the service, I shouldnt have to pay them then do their jobs because they are too rude and incompetent to do the service that I paid for. Bill and Troy are hot-headed, rude men.
