Very disappointed! My kid went and did a one-on-one tryout with the coach (who was great by the way!), but to just get someone on the phone or via email took me a month and a half. No one ever checks the email or answers the phone or replies to messages. Finally after the tryout they reached out and told me that they would send me the info via email to get him registered and to pay. One month goes by and then, and email with “are you still interested?”. No apologies or anything about never getting back to me or ghosting me for a month. I can only imagine how they would treat you once you are a customer. Do yourself a favor and pass. Very disorganized and obviously lacking any type of business administration skills.

Select TEAM, spring 2020 season had not yet began when the outbreak of Corona 1st broke out yet regardless they refuse to refund even though AAU says they are required to do so. No team practices, no practice jerseys, no bags, no game jerseys..Nothing but a huge disappointment in how they are handling this. Granted, what has happened with the world, is not their fault but this is no justification to keep thousands of dollars & taking advantage of people who have lost jobs etc. They did Offer, “partial credits” only however, all other leagues have already processed refunds. They are basically saying if you are moving out of state, & unable to use the credit then you are SOL. This is the real deal, 10 year old daughter loves it. tried 3 different leagues and this is her favorite by far.

Happy with the coaches . Ever since my kid joined the league, he learned a lot .

Ive been trying for over a month now to reach someone on the phone, no luck. As if its not bad enough that they only open on Saturdays, now they wont even answer their phone too??? Hopeless!!! Some businesses shouldnt be allowed to operate, in my opinion!
