It was good to be able to go see a movie on the big screen again. The movie we saw wasnt great, The New Mutants, but wasnt horrible either.

The employees were very gracious. They made us feel welcome. We saw Infidel great movie!

Thankfully there is a movie theater that will appreciate the movie goer! As a movie buff I really enjoy going to the local cinema so, when I go I want to enjoy the experience. This can happen here. If you happen to skip the great restaurants by the theater, they happen to have great food inside. Grab a date or go by yourself to AMC and enjoy the show.

Took our kids to see goosebumps on Halloween. We loved it. The staff was friendly the attendants were very helpful in getting us seated. We loved it #reclinerseats #datenight

Nice to go to a movie during covid

It was a pleasure to see a very clean establishment that had friendly service to go along with. The only reason I am giving four stars is because you cant choose your seats online. I know its an extra cost to do that but it sure helps.

The AMC Stubs A-List program is a great value if you have the time to get to the theater even 2-3 times a month. Even if I dont particularly love a movie, I still feel as though Ive gotten a good value out of it. Staff is always polite and friendly.

Great theater to catch a movie in! Quick lines and open seating in every movie Ive attended there. That said I typically do not go to opening weekend of the major movies, but for everything else we get center seating with pleasant staff in my community!

Low key, no big crowds and the staff was very friendly. The manager was nice to re-ticket us after we discovered 15 minutes into our movie that it wasnt what we had envisioned from reading the plot summary. Make sure you also watch the preview, because the summary, as we learned, can be very insufficient.

Dirtiest theater ever. But so glad to have one in spring hill. Beware. Of the bathrooms and the drinks.

Great place to go. When we went the drink machines were out and the rude customers in front of us decided to piss down the poor cashiers throat about it. You all did great that day. Every last one of you were attentive and did your best. I hope you all have a wonderful week! And Im very thankful for everyone of you. While we absolutely love having a theater here in SH this one definitely struggles. Of course when you pay minimum wage and only employ 16 year olds issues will arise...We have been to multiple movies over the years that have simply stopped working half way through. I’ve been in when the thermostat has been broken. They consistently are out of various snacks. This AMC doesn’t support pre selected seats and they are beyond behind the times as far as seats- even in their Dolby theater they only have the standard regular seat.In all it’s a decent theater and just up the road if you want to catch a casual movie real quick. But if it’s a movie you’ve been looking forward to and you want to have a heightened experience (ie. Seat selection, reclining seats, larger screens and food) you should probably hop on the 65 and drive to a different AMC.

The place was dirty, smelly and no lights were on to find where the movie playing. That was at noon today, first showings too. The girls behind the counter were very nice thank goodness.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because its better then the one in Columbia. I would give them amc a negative star if I could because this is the second time in a month or two I have come to this theater and got put in #12 and again they didnt clean the seats out from the popcorn left from the day before the bathroom room near 12 had sticky floors and they just opened. Its not that clean it used to be awesome but now its like they just dont care..

Im glad that we dont have to drive far to go to the movies. Weve accidentally bought tickets for the wrong showtimes and have made it too late and theyve let us exchange them for a better showtime. The theaters arent usually packed which is nice, unless its the opening night of a big blockbuster. The theater is always pretty clean.

Went to see Knives Out. Great movie. And, as usual, the consission food is over priced. Popcorn is so cheap to make, charging $10 for a bucket is CRAZY!!!!!

Decent theatre. Wasnt impressed with customer service. Roamed around for a while trying to find the movie we were looking for. Most employees that were working were just standing around not working but not offering any assistance.

Its a cool place to go but when you have people hitting your chair when they get up and not knowing how to say sorry. It makes it hard to enjoy your movie after you spend your hard earned money through the week. But will continue to go to Cool Springs movie theater love the environment there and better food selection too.

Not slippery when wet, which in my book is a plus. Large restrooms. Not breaking your neck looking up, if you sit in the front rows.

Not bad theaters, not good ticket/food line service. First the bad. The procedure here for candy/popcorn is VERY slow. Ive waited twice in this line for over 30 min causing me to enter the movie late. If you dont pre purchase your tickets youll be waiting in a LONG line. The good: theaters seemed relatively clean. Bathrooms are clean. Prices are competitive. I really want to give it 2 stars for service/procedure and 4 starts for cleanliness.

Friendly staff and fast lines are what makes this place great. The theater rooms are usually kept quite clean but the seats arent the most comfortable out there.

Look I really want this place to be successful, but I think management just figures they are the only game in town as people don’t want to drive up to Franklin. Peak holiday season, Star Wars premiere. Neither of the fresh popcorn stands on the side open. Only one icee machine working. Went Thanksgiving weekend for Frozen II and the same issues were there. Theatre looks about 2-3 times older than it actually is because no one is putting any money into it or actually trying to keep it up. Shame because the staff is nice and seems to try hard and enjoy their jobs. Should charge guests only discounted rates since they obviously don’t care to reinvest in anything there.

The theatre was full of trash from the prior movie for kids tonight. Unacceptable that they have so many staff and the conditions are like this. No lights above to tell you what movie was showing over the doors either. Needs trash receptacles changed out and refining seats like all the rest of AMC that we visit. This location is the worst I have ever seen in comparison

When the theater opened it was great. The last few years it has been slacking. The garbage cans out side were over flowing, side walks dirty, and the carpet had not been vacuumed in awhile. The womens bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Had to take my little to the restroom. The toilets looked like that had not been cleaned in 2 months, trash on the floor, no soap in any dispensers, and no seat covers. It was also very warm and humid in the theater. I had to fan myself and child during the movie. I went about 3 years ago to purchase tickets early in the day before a movie. The parking lot was filthy, card board boxes on the side of the walkway like someone had been sleeping there, AND there was used syringes by the over flowing trash cans. Really convenient to go to, but I think it needs new management.

Screen resolution was pixelated the whole time, and the seats were pretty sub par. Prices about $9 a ticket for an overall weak experience.

This is the movie theater closest to me so it’s really the only one I ever go to, but I have to say I’m never really satisfied with my experience. When this theater first opened it was amazing! With freshly cooked popcorn, nicely cleaned bathrooms, and fantastic service, it was my favorite place to go! But now, they’re really slacking. Their bathrooms are nasty, the popcorn is so gross that we bring our own to eat, and the service is disappointing.

Easily purchased tickets on Fandango got right in and dark waters was a great movie

It’s your basic theater, good food, good seating, I really like the Big D theater. Staff is always friendly and doing their best, place has always been clean when I went there. I only wish they had a luxury theater with the reclining seats since normal seats hurt my knees.

Very nice theater. Got their giant pretzel and it was awesome! Tickets and concessions are same line so purchasing tickets early wont help.

I liked the ticket kiosk and the movie played well but seemed less sharp than what I expect from a 3D movie. Its all seemed a little dirty. My seat felt wet like it was still drying from a previously sweaty person that sat there and moth flew in front of protector for a couple minutes. It was fine, but would consider driving a little further for a nicer place.

Overall good experience. Clean and well-kept, Floors werent sticky, the only drawback is they didnt have any of their Marquis boards on the inside running so you can see what was playing at each individual theater.

This was ok. It was fairly pricey but not outrageously expensive. Biggest issue was lack of AC in theatre before the show and restroom cleanliness. Not perfect but Ill go back by reason of proximity.

This theater has made a huge improvement over the last couple of years. I used to avoid it due to several bad experiences in a row, however the last year has been nothing but pleasant. You can tell the staff and management are really trying to run an efficient and fun establishment. The bathrooms could be cleaner and sometimes the theaters can feel stuffy, but overall this movie theater is sufficient.

Boy, howdy! Sat up so high, I got dizzy. The whole experience was very good. There was one very inappropriate commercial I wish had not been shown. Otherwise a great night at the movies.

Place has gone downhill fast. Theater dirty, carpet and flooring visibly dirty, bathrooms not clean with no soap or tissue. Trash overflow onto the ground in front of the theater. Management must not care as you can drive by and see trash littering the front of the building.This place used to be a great theater. Now we will drive the extra 30 minutes to go to a quality theater.

Ticket prices are too high during the day. Facilities are great w plenty of parking. Close to several great restaurants so it makes for a good outing.

This place could be alot better. Especially the seats. My wife and I went to see Star Wars Rise Of The Jedi. We were elbow to elbow. It felt like we were squeezed in.

We had a great time going to the movies earlier in a Saturday with a group of friends from church. We were over 30 and saw UNPLANNED. After the movie we instincly made a big circle outside the theater room, held our hands and prayed. It was the most touching moment in my life in a movie. Everyone should see this movie, starting at High School Junior.

The layout of the lobby is interesting, because you buy tickets and concessions in the same line. Thats seems nice in theory, but it makes it take forever if you just need tickets and no concessions. Obviously the point is for you to say, well, while Im here just give me a drink and some popcorn, too. All in all, though, it is a nice theater.

Terrible Pricing, Terrible time to wait for the con session! 5 to 6 dollars just for a drink. This is predatory and cannot be justified. This is anti consumer. I’m contacting the fair trade commission to file a complaint! This is beyond greed!

The sound in several of the theaters is disappointing. Its very low and doesnt have the surround sound feel. I could see having the sound this low in a kids movie to protect their ears but in a Marvel movie it makes it not worth the price of admission. My husband even went to ask if it was possible to turn it up a bit after overhearing the people around us complain. He was told there was nothing they could do. I thought maybe it was just the one theater but its not weve been in several different ones inside of the AMC Spring Hill location and it has been the same.

Theyve kept up the newness to varying degrees. Uber sticky lobby floors, but gluten free snacks now available! The mildew laden hallways are a new touch, so hold your breath getting to the seating. Or just breathe through your mouth. Or someone elses mouth.

I’ve been to this theater several times. Something is either broken or out of stock everytime. The staff is generally not helpful or nice. I say generally because one person was friendly. Tonight outside, the parking lot is dark. Seats are dirty. When I went to order food, none of the menu screens work and you would have thought I asked the attendant to have a root canal when I asked what was available. It’s the only choice I have in Spring Hill and it shows in their service. It might be another reason why the theater is empty on a Friday night.

This theater is the worst. It’s FILTHY!!! And only a few years old. People get sick going I there. Not an exaggeration.Every time I go, it’s hot and muggy in the theater. More often than not there is a problem with the sound or picture. Every freaking time.Fire everyone please. Clean it. Service the hvac system, then reopen. It’s gross. Please do something. This theater is Not very old. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Ive seen 30 year old theaters CLEANER than this one. I dismissed the 3 young men standing around near the self serve drink area chatting and not cleaning up spilled popcorn and drinks there.Walked in for our movie theater #10. Was damaged with water and on the verge of getting MOLDY, Im allergic to mold so I know....then the seats we moved a couple of times and we are standard size people. We sat down and the seats were BROKEN!! Then the Topper to our BAD NIGHT AT THE THEATER....THE BATHROOMS WERE SO PIGGY/FILTHY. TISSUE EVERYWHERE SINKS DIRTY. A MESS!! WORSE MESS Ive seen in a LONG TIME!!! and EMPLOYEES standing around doing NOTHING!! The Manager should be FIRED......Unless he had a good excuse!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR OUR DATE NIGHT!!!VERY HARD TO BELIEVE WHAT I SAW.My husband said the MENS rooms were the same...we were both saying its going to CLOSE if they dont keep it up. Very Sad. Hope things change for the better!

I loved the movie and the theater itself, but I hate that we butter our own popcorn. We can really only get the top half good.

Nice theater. Clean and with all of the normal ammenaties. Stadium seating and never really crowded. $5.00 Tuesdays are great.

AMC classic in Spring Hill never disappoints the restrooms are always clean the movie theaters easy to navigate and the picture and sound quality and interior of the theaters extremely nice. I like that they have other food options besides popcorn and nachos.

Its still not my favorite movie theater. Today it was cold and smelled (#9). Everyone had their jackets on. We almost always go up to Franklin but today the movie times didnt work out. I just dont understand why they cant get the temp and volume right on the same night.

Slip-sliding away from the decently-run theater this used to be before a change-over to AMC. Apparently poorly trained staff. Otherwise, how to explain bathrooms not kept stocked or cleaned, side doors left open (most likely for cleaning/garbage) which is a safety issue for me and the greatest sin of all--stale popcorn. For the last 3 visits, each time--stale! The saving grace: Tuesday is cheap day!

We love having this theater in town but wish it was managed better. There were 2-3 people behind registers with 6+ behind them training. The line was terribly slow. We are premier members and pay for that privilege but they were set up in front of the general lanes and didnt let us move forward for nearly 20min. I went up and reminded them that premier are to be taken first and they did a little better but not much. It took 25min to get our food and drink as they had to send people for this or that and hunt for things. They finally opened up the other do it yourself drink machines (which slow things down everywhere) after the line for drinks was 6 deep. The bathrooms were a disaster. The women in our party said the toilets were clogged, there was no paper, and it was filthy. In the mens room, a toilet and two urinals were blocked and it was smelly. This reminded us of the first few months it was open. It got better for a year or so and now has gone back to atrocious. We will drive to Cool Springs or even Green Hills before going through this again.

The theater in general was large and beautiful. Service was there to cater any need.

This place and the people working there are great. Worth the 45 minute drive to see a movie there. Much friendlier than Brentwood.

This is a very nice and well kept movie theater. Their chairs are comfortable and suitable for long movies. You dont have to worry about readjusting in your seat multiple times throughout the movie. They have a Big D viewing option that is worth experiencing. The service offered here is excellent, the employees are helpful and kind.

Lets get a couple things straight.1. That long line for tickets and concessions isnt working. I know you think it will convince people to buy food, but its really just aggravating those of us who just want to buy our tickets.2. Your theater is not that good. In fact, its sub par and not even as good as Shady Brook in Columbia. The show should include a lunch if youre going to charge that much for a Sunday matinee.

Decent enough basic theatre with comfy seating and some highdef theatres

Not sure why, but the theaters are always damp feeling. Theyre nice, but its like Im watching a movie in a swamp. Its a better than average theater and has the Coke Freestyle machines so you can drown yourself in vanilla coke. The staff has always been nice and helpful.

Clean. Fast. Friendly. Great prices. Whats not to love about this place? My daughters and I love going here.

Had a great time with my family tonight! Great atmosphere and great service! Only issue I had was cleanliness. Looked like the theater hadnt been swept out before our movie (popcorn and candy wrappers all over the floor). Also the bathroom needed more paper towels and soap!

Should have separate lines for buying tickets and concession.the line was so long I purchased online tickets faster and got out of line.our movie had already started.

Projector broke 1/2 way through movie. Only answer was refund and pass for another time. How about thinking outside the box.

This place is great! Traditional moviegoing experience without the reserved seating nonsense.Please dont change a thing, but if you have to, please change very little..this place will be getting my business from now on instead of cool springs.Well done Spring Hill AMC!

Saw frozen 200tge concession stand is way way over priced. A popcorn and slushie was over 12 bucks my friend got a drink and a popcorn it was 17... We did a matinee was still 21 bucks myself 64 and a child. Dropping 60 bucks to go to a movie is a bit high

For Springhill, the theater was pretty dirty. Finger prints on all the glass and silver. Floors looked like they are never swept or vacumed. Looked like its going down hill. Especially for a kinda new establishment. Also food and drinks are way overpriced.

Great theater! Management needs to work on keeping it clean, though. Its such a new theater and it could look really great if it was cleaned more often.

Very nice place to go see a movie. The theater is always very clean, the staff is always friendly, and the food is pretty good for theater food. We have seen a couple movies here, including Deadpool and Wonder Woman. Wonder Woman started messing up during one of this fight scenes and the screen went black for a little while. After the movie, we told a manager without expecting anything and she gave us free tickets. They are also very good with customer service if you need it.

Dirty and smells terrible. Floors look like they have never been vacuumed and seats where dirty as well. Chocolate, or at least that is what I hope it was, on the seat beside us. This was a 5pm showing which was the first showing of this particular movie of the day. This isn’t the first time we have came and the smell was terrible. We only came back because it was the only theater close to us showing the movie that we wanted to watch a day early.

GREAT THEATER!!! CLEAN, COMFORTABLE SEATING, ALWAYS A GREAT SELECTION OF MOVIES TO CHOOSE FROM....ONLY SUGGESTION WOULD BE A LINE FOR TICKETS ONLY... EVERYONE HAS TO PURCHASE AT THE CONCESSIONS...AT PEAK TIMES, IF YOU DONT WANT POPCORN OR DRINK... YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT IN THE SAME LINE.

Really like the theater. It is less expensive than AMC Franklin or Regal 27 in Nashville, so worth the extra drive.

OMG.Avengers. Know it was crowded but had our tickets in hand walked around the crowd and no one asked for our tickets. Wow its a good thing we are honest people.

It was nice I think paying $15 just to see a 3D movie was too much and stupid but besides that it was cool

This theater is nice, clean, and new. However, newer theaters are going to reclining seats and more comfortable auditoriums. I personally find myself driving further to the Nashville area or even south to Huntsville to get the better experience for about the same money. I think they need to update their seating to compete with other theaters in the area.
