Residents have access to a tremendous amount of well-tended property and amenities. The communal effort to care for goods and services rendered is profound. Care for people throughout the community is also noticeable.

Best place on earth to retire.

Have played all 3 courses last 2 weeks. Conditions are superb.Ive been fortunate to play many nice courses in my life and these courses are really well taken care of.Well cut cut fast greens, reasonable rough, excellent fairways and bunkers Ive good clean sand.

Very well kept and large lounging area. My group had a Bible study there late on the weekends.

Lacks diversity. Needs surveillance system in all of its facilities and coded chip to enter these as well. Wish people would be accepting of those who do not fit cookie cutter resident type. Personnel could be more ethical and keep your information confidential. Have met some real decent and kind people too.

Lovely golfing community with great night time swimming and bocce pitches. The layout and clubhouse have a spa national park feel with gorgeous old growth conifers.

Nice golf courses especially the short walking ones.

I came in to get details for doing an open house and some photography. Maggie is the best ! She had the answer to every question I had right away and knew exactly who to send me to for more detailed info. The whole staff is very available & knowledgeable ! This was a great experience !

Great 55+ community. Nice golf courses. Ok beers at clubhouse. They should improve on that, but otherwise nice place.

Timber Pines is a beautiful gated community for over 55 years of age everything is clean and everyone has a golf cart golf cart there are many golf holes are available along with a par-72 a few executive courses they have two olympic size swimming pools that are accessible all year round the service inside the clubhouse is second-to-none as well as going to the starter you can always get a tee time without a problem so glad that my parents live there or its going on vacation when I visit them

Timber pines residence is a very elegant upscale residency it’s very nice to place your love one in they have all the immunities on the staff is very polite and caring they have three memory unit all in all it’s one of the best places in Hernando County for your little one.

If you like living around people who are racist this is the place for you. Pretty much everyone who lives there believes President Obama was not born in America.

Best golf courses, swimming pools and tennis in the state. Best value by far. Needs a much better gym with free weights

The waiter said he would bring my 89 year old mom a free birthday dessert after our meal, but after waiting 20 minutes he never came back to our table of 14 people., except to give us the bill that we had generous tipped him! We wont be back!!! This happened on Easter.

Hoa fees are far too high and there are far too many restrictions, if you ask me........ But my parents love it there.........55 and over gated community with a number of activities....... Like i said though, the hoa there SUCKS!!!

Went on a tour of the grounds/communal spaces and observed what this country club has to offer. I was really WOWED by the diverse activities offered here. Something for everyone; group activities for active sport participants as well as activities for those wishing to express creativity through the arts. Extensive wood working/specialty tools of all kinds, pottery kiln, and much more. Competitive billiards, bocce ball, shuffleboard and nice outdoor swimming pool. Two golf courses, one of which is a PGA course, with practice areas. Definitely worth considering for those seeking a safe, secure setting for the pursual of leisure activities.

Timber Pines is truly the senior adult Disney World of Florida. Three golf courses, two heated pools, bocce courts, gorgeous clay tennis courts, pickleball, over 100 clubs and activities featuring any hobby or interest you can think of. The favorite saying here is “If you are bored here it is your own fault as there is so much to do”.The grounds and the courses are pristine and the maintenance is second to none. A very good restaurant, a huge performing arts center, billiards, exercise center and even a fully equipped wood shop. Gated with a top notch security force with 24 hour patrols. A very large financial reserve and fiscally well run. Reasonably priced houses and condos,low HOA fees of $200 per month that entitles you to every amenity. Great neighbors. I could ramble on but I will quit now and you can be the judge when you take a look at us.

I like it cuz it is soooo quiet! Coming off of Commercial Way/RTE. 19, its like going from day to night. Its so peaceful! There are plenty of things to do there, too...in the Lodge, or the PAC, and we have a Restaurant. Its great!

My mom lives here. I love it. They have so much to do. Golfing with four courses and a driving range. Swimming, bocce ball, shuttle board. Shows and dining. Plus arts and craft room, exercise room, classes. Plus so much more. Never a full moment. Its a beautiful place. Hopefully one day I will there.

This is a private place, restricted entry.

There are many many rats here that get into your cars engine compartment. There are just so many.
