My son had the greatest time here. He wants to go back all the time now. Theres a little expensive I would have to say. We did the unlimited three different times. Its kind of cool the kids get to use a little credit card. They seem to all be chasing those tickets down trying to get the prizes at the end. We will be coming back to this establishment the next time were in Spokane.

We love their cheese pizza. For only $5, its worth it. The crust is the best.

Ive been taking my kids to chuck e cheese for over 20 years now. Even as an adult I still have fun winning tickets for my kids. I love the new card over using tokens too. The kids always have a great time here. The food is really good too. The salad bar is worth trying!

Great place to have birthday parties during the week. Decent salad bar and toasted sandwiches. Hostess who helped with the party was really nice and helpful. Pizza is not the best but not horrible.

Had a blast here celebrating daughters birthday with friends and family. It was hours of fun. The prices were quite reasonable for the experience. The staff was awesome and it was nice seeing everyone there enjoying themselves.

I recently ordered a stuffed crust supreme pizza for delivery from Pasquallys Pizza and Wings located inside Chucky Cheese on North Nevada. This turned out to be a bad idea. The order was placed through Door dash. That in itself was fine, no issues with them. The problem was the pizza. As I stated above, I ordered a stuffed crust supreme. What I received was an undercooked cheese pizza. I presented the issue to door dash and they gave a $9.59 refund on an order over $25 (not including tip). When I went to the address to have the issue corrected the location was closed for the evening. So getting them to remake the order was out of the question. The next day (Wednesday) I drove back up to the restaurant so I could speak with them about the issue to let them know of the problem and was greeted by a young lady. When I presented her the original order from door dash, showing that I had indeed purchased a supreme, she told me that there wasnt anything that she could do and that I needed to take it up with door dash. The problem wasnt with door dash, they just deliver what is prepared. The issue is that Pasquallys Pizza and Wings aka Chucky Cheese made the wrong pizza that that it was undercooked. Then telling me that they werent going to do anything about it. When I asked to speak with her manager she stepped back inside. When she emerged again, no manager. I was just seeing the same young lady. She told me that they wont do anything about it and that was their policy. So basically, they screwed up and I have to deal with it. So here I am. Dealing with it. I will NOT be ordering anything from them ever again and would recommend that everyone seriously reconsider even setting foot inside this establishment of they continue with management practices of this kind. This is not how you treat your customers and is certainly not how you do should do business. If I could give zero stars I would. This place gets an F- from this household.

A great place to take the kids and let them loose knowing theyre safe. However the pizza is not so good and the salad bar.... the salad bar is subpar. Dressings and ingredients always gone and takes an act of Congress to find someone to refill them. Not to mention it has minimal ingredients for the price they charge. So, if youre expecting good food, dont.They really need to hire more people. Took us 20 minutes just to get someone to clean some tables for us after 10 minutes of trying to find someone to request cleaning tables.

Seams that the Spokane valley location is a bit better. And they dont do the buffet anymore kind of disappointed but my kids always love coming and dancing with the big mouse

Food was amazing. My wife and I love the salad bar. The unlimited cards with a time limit are much better than tokens. We brought our friends two year old son with us. He was more interested in the playground than games. All of our children left very happy.

Still a classic. Great pizza. I was surprised, and it made it worth the trip alone. For those looking for animatronics, they only have a Chucky.

The pizza is still gross and the salad bar is okay, but it is a typical mediocre salad bar. The games are fun, but still not the greatest. Several were broken or didnt give tickets.

Our server Kayla was so sweet and helpful during the birthday party. A little over priced but the kids had so much fun! I think chuck e cheese can afford to add another staff member or two on the weekends though.

I am here now. We spent $74 on a pizza four small drinks and two one-hour game passes. Immediately upon arrival the 3 year old spills his fruit punch. Im using all the napkins on the table to clean this and go to ask the manager for a rag because there was so much.. the cup was full. She looked at me and the mess and turned around to help her boyfriend..this was obvious. Im very disappointed and will not come back again. Hire people that care this girl should not be a manager.

I went there for a 5 year old birthday the gal that was doing our party was very slow at getting it set up all the guests were already there and were ready and waiting for everything as they were setting up the table and the party. I think when you have small children going to a place like this it needs to be way more organized and the workers need to be more on top of things. kids get impatient very quickly. But everyone did have a great time dancing with Chuck-E-Cheese and playing the games.

We went to chuck e cheese recently to celebrate my boys 9 year b-day. It was a great time. Not only did my kids loose their mind with Hot, but the pizza was better than I remember it. It was a great time.

It was the best experience ever. I never had so much fun in my entire life and right know Im 40 years old me and my family had a blast at all it cost me was $48 it was fantastic

First time meeting my daughter was the best experience a father could ask for here. Her birthday. Our first game BAM JACKPOT. They allowed us to do the ticket thing together and that was cool. She had hoped for a certain prize but i told her relax and enjoy whatever we end up with but.....we played and won enough tickets for the happy face that goes from gold to silver.....exactly what she wanted. Biggest smile ever best experience ever as a dad meeting hours daughter. Just add more of the tubes for them to crawl around in...old school seriously the tubes were throughout the entire place and was epic do it again. But thank you. Best moment ever. Seriously awesome place! The staff was very friendly and professional. The place was VERY clean! The food was good and the games were not very expensive at all. We spent about $35 for all three of our kids and my husband and I to play them all multiple times, spent about 2 hours there and could have stayed longer if we didn’t have to get back. Absolutely loved it! We will definitely come here again the next time we visit Spokane.

I spent 14 hours in this establishment and had no fun, I spent upwards of $1600 in one day and by the end I was able to get my self 1 set of Vampire Teeth and a Sour Candy. The worst casino in Spokane,didnt even have a strip club what type of casino has a bunch of kid running around, I am a 43 year old man and want to meet people (women) my age. Chucky was pretty lit though.

Went during the day and it was not very busy so it was super fun. The staff was very helpful, kind, and friendly. Chuck E. came out a couple times too.They offer a lunch buffet with pizza.They now use a tap card instead of tokens. You can do unlimited for a specific time or do a number of plays. While it is easier, it also loses some of the fun of handling tokens. Also, it is harder to limit a childs use, but the unlimited isnt a big deal. They do still give out tickets.

Waited 10 min for crew to put out salad for salad bar, for what you charge for your food it should be better quality...so yes one star is all Im giving..to be honest I will never return...I know one persons review wont affect your business.. but if your facility serves food like this word will get around...

My son was bullied by 2 boys and staff did nothing. I physically removed my son and told them to leave him alone. 4 adults cornered me from their party. One pushed me (while I was holding my 17 month old and my older son hiding behind my back) and threatened me. I contacted corporate. They blamed me for interfering in the first place and said their staff did great. They did nothing when I was screaming for help as the woman was yelling in my face and pushing me back. I can not believe how theyve changed. Ive had several come forward with similar experiences. Just horrible. Nowhere is safe.

Great place for kids to blow off some steam

The new game card are cool yet restricting. I used to buy a bunch of tokens and distribute them a few at a time to ration then out and prolong play time. If you can afford unlimited game play it sure is nice though. The food is great especially for a kids place and the salad bar is well maintained

People are nice. Games work food is not that tasty but honestly who actually goes to Chucky Cheese with food as the focus.

Great time with granddaughters had my granddaughters 6th birthday party here. Worth every penny. The host veronica wa amazing and made sure we new what was going on and when,. She took care of us and made sure everything went smoothly. Would suggest her definitely if having a party

**Autistic Parents Beware **We went to a birthday party for my nephew. My nephews friend, who is autistic, was being hit by a boy from another party. The hitting by the other boy sent our autistic guest into an episode. His mom had to take him home and he missed all the fun. When we spoke to management, the only solution they had was that we call police on the boy that did the hitting. The boy that did the hitting and their family was allowed to continue their party as if nothing happened.

Attended a bday there and it actually was a great night......lots of games and pizza was good and hot as well.

At times there was no attendee at the door kids had fun but chuckee cheese is usually pretty good about making sure kids are safe

First, know that you will experience sensory overload here with sounds and people -- music, game sound effects, Chuck-E anomatronic sing/dance, and tights spacing among all the games. Second, the lines for turning tickets in for prizes can be long, and the line for submitting tickets into adding machine even longer. Today, with multiple birthday groups and families on their own (we were with a work family party), some people waited over 30 minutes to submit tickets into the self-serve machine. Now that there is a card instead of tokens, play time feels unlimited -- just confined to the 2 hours of activation (for party). Which means kids get hundreds, even thousands, of tickets from playing games.The pizza seems to be slightly better quality, maybe not as greasy. But because we only go once a year -- for the annual work holiday family party -- we can tolerate the noise and crowded space, and the sub-par pizza, and my kids feel it is special. The prizes available seemed better than past options, as far as for kids with 1,000 tickets or less -- like a unicorn hair headband, thats actually nice and useful. The cotton candy is also an option, though it wasnt freshly-made -- not sure my 8yo daughter cared either way.

Went for my granddaughters 3rd birthday. Our host was outstanding and very attentive. Aside from discovering that my granddaughter has an aversion to Chuck E Cheese, it was an excellent experience. They went above and beyond in making sure that all our needs were met and that everyone had a fun experience.

Service for the kids was great, but that is the ONLY positive. Our pizza took 45 minutes. My sister in law had the chicken to go with her salad take 90 minutes and it was served cold. Pizza was greasy and the crust was nowhere near crisp. The game passes for the kids didnt work and there were games that had no prize tickets to award. Would not even give in star but I am required to.

Fun place. A good variety of games for kids of varying ages and interests. Food is overpriced for what it is, which is common for these games centric places. weekday lunch Buffett is a reasonably good value. Salad bar is OK at best. The place is fun for kiddos, which is what matters most.

I like that you can just buy a swipe card rather than pack around tokens. Relatively clean. Most machines work but several where out. Cost is spending for a large family wanting to eat.

Pizza was very good. Salad bar was ideal. The staff was fun and friendly. Took grandson to lunch and he had a wonderful time. The adults on our group enjoyed themselves as well. Staff was amazing!Were planningvour next trip to spoil the grandson again.

We love this place. The new system is a way better deal. They can play as many games as they want in however many minutes your purchase. I make my kids share a card for more playing time. The pizza isnt as good as it used to be but still enjoyable.

The kids had so much fun! We did as well!!! And at affordable prices️ The only down side was it took 2 hours to get the pizza we ordered. Also, I think some of the people working were stoned. I know we live in spokane.. but that doesnt mean you should be high around kids.

Clean. Nice staff. Really good pizza! Kid friendly games. You get a decent amount of tickets from the games. The prizes cost alot of tickets my kids got 800 tickets and still could only get stuff from the case :( overall a good place to kill a few hours with your toddlers on a rainy/snowy day.

They use cards now not tokens. The kids had a hard time understanding so they would swipe several times on one game and not play it. One game took 10 credits and did not work. Tried to explain it to one of the employees. She just stated that your card has 40 credits left. But the game was not working. The one in the valley seems better. If i was to go again i would go to the valley one.
