Went tonight around 5:30 Arcade was awesome, staff was really friendly especially the girl in the arcade room and the girl in the kitchen.. Place was not busy which made it amazing and very clean. Limited pizza but we only eat pepperoni and cheese anyways. The girl working the kitchen even asked us if we needed any pizza for her to make that wasnt out currently. Worked out great for us. visited from Charlotte. Will be back next time in town.

My partner and I were greatly looking forward to this place. We went 30 minutes out of our way to go here.Upon arrival the front counter person was friendly. However, as soon as we walked in we noted that there were only four pizzas of 15. When we asked why the cook stated that the the owner said its a slow night so we are only doing these. The pizzas that were there looked as though they had been there for at least an hour if not longer.When I asked if there would be more pizza the gentleman behind the counter stated there would not be and that even if there was five of the sections did not work.When we saw the other sections mac-cheese and the cleanliness of the restaurant we choose to leave. We asked for a refund and originally was told that the per the owner this would not happen.Ultimately we got the refund which was good. I wanted to give this place a higher review because of the arcade and others positives experiences however for $38 and for the cashier to not tell us that they were only selling limited pizza was assine.This topped with the cook getting an attitude with his supervisor right in front of customers and others on their phone made this the first and the last time I will come here.

The pizza bar was completely empty at one point of our visit. The fries were barely warm and very hard (as if they had been sitting a while). The coffee canister was empty as well as the ice in the soft drink fountain. The rooms for eating were very clean and even though there was a party, it was not disruptive to us in any way. After the bar was restocked, everything was very good. In the arcade, at least half the games were out of order or just plain off in general. I did try a couple of games that seemed to be in working order but after swiping my card (and the machine taking the money off) it wouldnt work. However, the games are reasonably priced. The staff was amazingly pleasant up until we went to redeem our tickets (and that was due to another customer).

Terrible food! Undercooked pizza, no soup, dried up veggies. No food being refilled. Never go there again. Horrible!!

I brought my three grand kids down here it was one of the worst experience ever there buffet was cold and nasty and we let the kids play games when it came time to for the kids get there tickets cashed in no was around we waited almost 45 mins with sad kids not to get the award for there tokenswe was even waited on I spent 60 dollars and it was a waste of my money.They said that they would make it rite but I have not heard from them at all I have emailed 2 times and have heard nothing.

Fresh food on the buffet. Plenty of rooms so you can enjoy your meal even if they have a party going on. Clean tables, friendly service. Lots of fun activities for the kids to do in the game room. The adults have fun in the game room as well. The games are not expensive. Great place for the entire family !!

Some of the games were broke down but, there are enough to still have a lot of fun... the food is good and we got a deal for amount spent on hand..The place is clean considering there is food, drink and kids everywhere.. We walked in at 5:00pm today and There was pizza that was sitting and looked old. The pizza was only cheese and pepperoni coming out. When they did come out the pizza flew off the bar. The kitchen staff was just sitting around. The rooms were kept really clean. The bathroom was nasty and not taken care. The game room was nice. Overall experience I probably will not return. Not worth the money

This place is great.The games can be very fun.Mostly for those that really enjoy apps. (Phone applications.)Though, the buffet staff should work a bit faster on weekends. Parents, usually, dont work on weekends, so they bring their children to play around.

Went during lunch with 2 sisters had old pizza on the bar. Dried up pizza and dessert. No spoons. Ate soup with fork.. could not find anyone to ask for spoon. There was a guy hanging out at the check in with his whole butt hanging out..Crack and all.Unfriendly staff. Manager not so pleasant either. Did not speak.I can tell you that I will never go back. And I will let family and friends know the experience we had.

Food was great. The arcade has multiple games that would take money and not work. When it was brought to the staffs attention, one of them told me no way they took my money and then proceed to talk about it to other customers. After speaking to a second employee the issue was resolved.

I use to come to gatties all the time now it is terrible, the food taste like it was 3 days old and nothing was fresh I dont believe I am going back this is the second time this month its been like that sorry gatti but I cant defend you this time.

We had quite a large group of around 90, and there were also other schools there. However, the place was still very clean and the buffet line moved quickly! The game room was great, there was a lot of selections. Although, a good few of the games were down or broken for some unknown reason. Still, there was a lot of game machines still working and we had lots of fun. I left having won 10 boxes of Starburst with my tickets, so Id definitely say its worth your time.

DIRTY!!!!! Doesnt follow the guidelines for covid-19 at all. Honestly health department should come in.

Barely had any food on the bar everything wasnt hot. Employees standing everywhere besides making more pizza. There was only ONE pizza up there and its been sitting for the 35 min we been here. Wasnt impressed and wont be coming back. If I could put 0 stars I wouldve.

This place should be called gettois instead of Gattis.. we walked in right after a fight had happened, police everywhere 5min later. Already paid before realized what was up. Pizza terrible. Dessert pizza laughable. A lot of the games didnt work. Its a shame, nice looking place. But terrible. Would give no stars if possible.

Our daughter attended a birthday party here today. It was her first time at Mr. Gattis, and since she is a teenager, we did not attend with her. We were disappointed that the $20 bill she brought purchased digital tokens that she had to surrender when she left to go home. She was told she couldnt get change for the $20 or put a smaller denomination on the card. She played a few games but definitely not $20 worth. She had a fun time overall, but I wish we had known to send her with smaller bills so her money wouldnt have been wasted with nothing to show for it.

I have been coming to Mr. Gattis since I was a kid. I am 30 now and I still love coming to chow down on awesome pizza and desserts, watch cartoons on the big screen and play the arcade games. I always have a blast when I come here and its one of my favorite pizza places in Spartanburg!

The pizza was great and so is the dessert pizza.the kids loved all the games and they especially liked putting the tokens in and winning tickets to cash in for prizes. And to top it off they had bumper cars lol. its a great place to have a birthday party and my family will be going back there soon.

Kids love it & plenty of games to play. The selection of pizza on a week night is slim, but they were quick to make anything we asked for. They could use more help in the game room, had to go to the buffet line 2x to get someone to come to the prize counter.

The grandsons had a great time, watching movies, eating pizza and playing games!! Lots of fun for the kiddos.

Its a very big building. When talking about the building itself it was very intact, not falling apart and was overall very nice. The food wasnt the best Ive ever had, but for a kids arcade it was pretty nice. The arcade was very compact and loud but the games were cheap and all of them seem to be working. My family loved it

This place has gotten worse! Ive been here twice in the past month. The pizza bar was empty. Had to eat two salads and the pudding from the salad bar for dessert. I paid for pizza and didnt even get any. This is ridiculous! The cooks was moving so slow at getting the pizza out that by the time it hit the bar it was luke warm and not enough for the people waiting. I would not recommend this place to any one but a vegetarian! Cause the salad bar was all they had full!

Parking lot and building doesnt look well maintained but inside was great! Very clean and neat.... Lots of food choices on the buffet and very friendly staff. I hated losing the one in Greenville closest to me, and Ive never driven to this one in Spartanburg, but Im glad I did! Mr Gattis is way better than Gattitown was.

I have heard how good the pizza is so my wife and I thought we would give it a try last night around 8:00 or 8:30 but thats about as far as it went when we first got there there was a little bit of a line ordinarily not a big deal but whoever they had at the front counter was more interested in what was on his phone instead of his job we waited for a good 5 minutes before we decided we would go to Little Caesars instead on the way out we were talking to a couple and they told us that its good pizza when its hot thats what made up our minds for us

First time in. Its a buffet with a wide selection of pizzas and pasta and salads. The pizza is so-so, but the spaghetti sauce is the best Ive ever had. I really over ate it was so good. Ill return just for that. A bit out of the way, but worth the drive. Recommend.

All the games are run down Id say 35 to 40 percent were broken. The pizza bar was empty so when a new pizza finally cam out it was gone in 30 sec cause of line waiting for it.

The place had an old musty smell when you walk in then a tad bit of vomit smell mixed in... After you pay you walk on a tile floor that is sticky. The tables were sticky and disgusting. The food was questionable but definitely not close to being hot or mildly warm for that matter, even the newest items. Several of the games did not work either. I dont know what the restaurant rating is, but I would be scared to see or say they need a new inspector if its a decent rating.

Well I was not at all pleased with the majority of your staff. My son and I arrived at 8:45pm and had to wait for over 5 mins just for the hostess to come to her position so that I could pay for us to come in. The Pizza buffet was perfect by all means nothing was wrong with that part. After we finished eating and went to play games 6 out of the 15 that we tried to play took the money from the card but wasnt working or playing properly. I tried to find an attendant for the games to report the issues but there was no one at the counter nor in the arcade area. So we wasted half of our money and half of our time bc of these problems. When we finished the money off of the card and wanted to redeem the tickets there still was no one at the counter and we had to walk out and I had to ask a girl that was on her cellphone leaning on the birthday entrance counter if we could get some help at the ticket counter. She did proceed to come and help us with this.

It was super busy and they couldnt keep pizza on the bar . As soon as one came out it was gone . I got tired of standing in line and getting nothing . The employees were doing everything they could to get them out just alot of ppl were taking almost the whole pizza for their group . The dessert pizza was great when I got some . Need to come up with a better plan to supply the bar . The game room was packed and at least 10 machines were non functional . I will not go back on a weekend it was a nightmare .I gave 3 stars because the salad bar was great !!

The cheesy garlic bread was literally the best in the world, the spaghetti was amazing. The best part of the whole experience was the employee brushing their teeth in the bathroom. Such a hygienic place to come for the family, would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap bite to eat and good food!!!

Took our entire family to Mr Gattis. We had several children, teenagers, young adults and all the way to grandma with us. We thought this would be a pefect place to go. Wasnt too impressed with the pizza but oh well, its pizza. We bought game cards for everybody to play games adter we ate. Once we were in arcade. Much to our surprise, alot of games are not even functioning. I noticed it was mostly the higher end games that didnt work. Ok, we managed that disappointment but after we accumulated prize tickets, we went to the counter to redeem prizes. There is a label showing how much each prize will cost in tickets. Another surprise, the labels are wrong.We were informed that those are not correct and everything the kids had tried to win enough tickets for was just in vain because the prizes were alot more.Doesnt seem to be a problem with the staff. This is a poor job of management not maintaining the business. Never again Mr. Gattis.

Pizza was under cooked. So many of the games were out of order. Ice machine was out of order. And it took forever to turn in tickets. Not impressed!

I have been going to this Gattis every Sunday morning for years and years.Since the so called reopening,the quality of the food has fell so bad.Today (7/19) there was NO soup,NO pizza for a long time and the lettuce for salad looked left over from last week.I have gone every Sunday since the reopening and only once was it back to the quality Im used to seeing.Sad to say,but this was my last time for a while,I sincerely hope they get their act together because I always looked forward to my Sunday morning Gattis.

Mr. Gattis is a great place for people of all ages. Their salad bar offers fresh lettuce with many toppings along with pastas and other cold items. The soup bar always has two types. And the pizza...yummy!! Pepperoni, bacon, sausage, beef, taco, dessert pizzas galore. If youre a spaghetti fan, youll like Mr. Gattis. I should add that they have sauce with or without meat.

Mr. Gattis is a painfully average pizza restaurant catered towards families and children. The decor of the restaurant is pretty typical for such a place. The air is permeated with the smells of pizza. However, the pizzas aroma, though prominent and I daresay a tad mouthwatering, did not at all match the pizzas taste. I really cant put a finger on what makes the pizza so unsatisfactory. It just tastes really... Okay. Other local competitors (even major chains!) have much better pizza, even if its just above average (Pizza Hut). I suppose this is the most run-of-the-mill pizza available in the area (in my mind anyway), but I cant help but feel it is lacking still...! I doubt Ill return, but not because I outright hated the experience. If youre looking for some family friendly fun in an okay area of town, I present Mr. Gattis. If youre looking for some high-quality pizza, however, I daresay you should go elsewhere.

This place used to be very good. I guess when you force everyone to pay for the buffet before they can enter and play games, the pizza doesnt actually have to be good, fresh or hot...or even warm. $30 for my 2 kids and I. We each forced a slice down so it wasnt a total waste.I got 3 $30 game cards and Ive NEVER see a kid try to spend money. The games that did look appealing were broken.RIP. The food was good. We came for a birthday party. The girls running the counter in the play room was very rude and was just standing around not paying attention to customers or kids wanting to get a prize. We stood for 20 minutes waiting on someone to help us. I eventually went to the front and let someone else know what was going on and the lady at the front knew that I was talking about the girls at the prize counter. Other than them ignoring people waiting in them we had a great visit.

This place is awesome in more than one way. The prices are decent, and the food is awesome (if u like pizza)! The staff are friendly and very helpful. Big game room for kids and kids at heart. My only problem was there wasnt enough games for my toddler. Oh and I completely forgot about the magician. He was so cool. He had a dove and a rabbit. He was very good with the kids. Overall it was a success

The place is there any they need to do a extreme deep cleaning. They kept running out of pizza my family and I waited a whole hour before we could even get Pizza off of the Buffet. Also I witness someone cleaning the tables off with no gloves and went back in the kitchen and started making pizzas without washing their hands! Just gross all the way around oh, we should have went to Chuck-E-Cheese!

This was my first time going to Mr. Gattis, it is a fairly average pizza restaurant geared towards families and children. We took our grand-kids. The restaurant had several rooms, with large TVs and different themes. I suppose this is an average pizza for a buffet style place. If youre looking for some family friendly fun for kids, this will work. The salad bar, was better than I expected, also had 2 kinds of soup. The desert pizza was a hit with the kids.

Pizza is average at best. However, the smores pizza is probably they best one. Other than that games are average and cheap enough to shut your kid up for awhile and not break the bank. **special note. They have a pump it up dance machine for 50cent a game. It is very user and customer friendly unlike most arcades. Gives you 2 games (3 if you score an A or above) and will play the whole song even if you suck.

Good place to take your kids to for food and fun. It was a little disappointing that while you go in the fun flicks room all the had playing was stuff from the disney channel instead of a movie like they used to do in gattitown of woodruff Rd. The 2nd thing was the Mac and cheese was cold. But its not a deal breaker for me. But overall not bad. I just wish they had one here in Greenville like they used to here on woodruff Rd .

I typically enjoy this place and so does my son. Last night when we came around 8 oclock the food was delicious and the service was great, but there was a man doing balloon animals. My 5 year old son wanted one when we first walked in the door. There was a line so we walked over and the man rudely said that he wasnt doing anymore balloons after the kids that were in line already. They need to hire friendlier magician.

The food on the lunch buffet was ok. They didnt offer the same variety they have at dinner. Im sure they would have fixed anything I would have asked for, but i usually enjoy trying new combinations on the buffet. It is a little pricey for a family to go considering the food. Best to get tokens when buying your food. $10 gets $20 worth of tokens. We were able to spend a few hours in there though. Not a bad visit at all, and the young man in the arcade was extremely helpful and friendly. We will of course probably be back. Would love for games to not cost as much so your tokens last a little longer, especially when several games didnt work correctly.

We took our kids there round 5 pm hoping that itll be good and fun... But instead got 4 pizzas 2 COLD pizzas and 2 dessert pizzas... Could have been way better
