Awful experience. For more than $50, we had 45 minutes of game time with numerous games broken. The pizza was alright, but nothing to get excited about. The cashier had her mask off multiple times as did several workers that walked in but we were told to put ours on as we were leaving by the same cashier. Never again will we waste our money here. I knew there must be a reason nobody was there on a Saturday afternoon. Awful experience. The pictures are of all of the different machines falling apart. We wont be back.
Fun time with our Granddaughter. Pizza was delicious. Games were fun. Not too crowded.
Theres a guy named Jacori at the store in Spartanburg S.C and he is amazing...best customer service Ive had in a long time..will be going back just because if him
Im happy this place reopened, my daughter loves this place. They have got to get the staff to quit hiding in the kitchen though and a family restroom would be nice.
I checked the website before even arriving to this location. The website, call center, and head quarters (spoke to a customer service rep) said that this particular location opened at 10:00. I tried to call the number and I went through ALL the options. The automated service even gave me the local number to this particular location. I could NEVER get anyone to answer the phone. I had to entertain my kids for an hour. Once we finally got in, some of the games were not working, tickets were not coming out of machines, one of the ticket “munchers” was not working, and at 12:30 only half of the salad bar was put out on the bar. In the middle of me writing this review, headquarters called me. The customer service was superb. I only spoke to her about the discrepancy of the time it was supposed to open. I never did share about the games and salad bar. She is mailing my kids a food voucher, game cards, and 500 tickets per child. I am still not satisfied with the Spartanburg location, but the customer service at headquarters was phenomenal. I will say that I love the 60 minute playing cards. It would be nice if tickets were loaded on card. This would make things a little more efficient for both guests and employees.
U cant have chucky cheese without chuckee.still full price birthday partys
Amazing staff! These folks are great!
Kids had a blast ty to the staff!!
The customer service for the immature kids Employees Is Horrible.....
We went at opening one morning and we were the only ones there. All we did was play an hour of unlimited games and that was great. The woman at the front was very nice to my children.
It takes alot of tickets to get a little something. Didnt eat this time. Some of the games werent worth it. They used to be a fun place.
We took our great grandson yesterday. He had a great time. I thought it was a little pricey. The place was clean and the employees seemed nice. Ill do things a little differently next time. Still a good experience. Bobby B.
It’s very intertaining but needs more things to do for kids gets boring kinda easy
The Five stars goes to the manager only!!!!!Went to Chuckie Cheese near Dorman Center. It was Anderson’s first time, The lady at the front counter was the rudest person I have ever met she was so rude to me my mom and my son. Come on I mean my son is only seven months old, it was really sad to be treated that way.Even though initially the first time being there was awful the manager was the nicest woman in the world and she deserves all the recognition. She made Andys first time at Chuck E. Cheese the best experience ever and I cannot thank her enough for how sweet and thoughtful she was today. If it wasn’t for her I don’t think we would’ve ever went back to Chuck E. Cheese
My kids are so glad that they are open again.
Younger kids will have a blast. We ordered Pizza one half with pepperoni and the other with cheese. Pizza was unremarkable.
It was awesome!
My grand loves this place. He’s 4. Clean and good staff
Had fun. Good service, pizza was good. Atmosphere was very kid friendly.
My kids had a good time. The pizzas are small(medium size) and cost tooo much
Great employees that works there
Ive been here twice and it hasnt been over crowded even on a Saturday afternoon. The pizza is very good as well.
Very warm inside of the building which didnt make sense because it wasnt a busy day
Some games were broken and kinda smaller side but had fun with the kids and my wife
To loud its a kid place. And was there for a childs birthday. Not looking to go back.
It has certainly improved over time. The pizzas are actually pretty decent now. The games can be by time or per token which is a big Improvement. The store is clean. It is bright and an abundant amount of games. We were there for school fundraiser. Overall I was impressed.
I havent ate the food in awhile. The pizza not all that but the way they have the games set up now is Worth every penny. Kids enjoy their self more & win double probably triple the amount of tickets. I definitely will be goin back very soon.
I love that you can buy all you can play game cards. I bought a 30 minute game card for only $10. My son played for 15 min, they have a stop feature at one of the kiosk, he ate, then resumed playing for 15 more minutes. Lovely idea.
With the update from tokens to play as much as you want I feel like you get a better value. Only issue I would change is you can only pause the timer once so choose wisely.
I like that the safety features here and the fact that they actually employ them. There are new games available at this location and that is refreshing. There are a mixture of games and activities for both younger and older kids. The food on the buffet was fresh and surprisingly good. At $6.49 for adults and $4.49 for children, you cannot beat the value. Our only dislike is the new card system instead of using coins. It was frustrating when the card readers didnt work the first three or four times we tried to play each game. It certainly tried our patience. Also, the games dont give as many tickets as they used to and we all know that wasnt a lot to begin with. All in all, my Daughter had fun and that was the while point of coming here to begin with. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I only deducted one star due to the card readers not working every time.
Ive been here with the kids numerous times whether just for the kids or for birthday parties. The place is always clean and safe. The staff is always courteous especially during parties which they are very at tentative. I really like their food other than the fact its pretty pricey. I would highly recommend for clean, safe, family fun.
Great place for kids, not an bad experience for adults
The staff is super friendly. The children love to come here. The quality of pizza is bland. Salad bar is pleasing to look at and taste good. I will still recommend this place to friends.
We had a great time but the person in the chuckie costume was horrible. They just stood there with no enthusiasm at all. We all watched a depressed mouse. For the price those parents pay to show their kids a nice time I think a kid friendly, energetic mouse is not too much to ask for. I watched a lot of parents including myself roll our eyes. Other than that the food was great and staff was friendly. Please give the mouse some espresso. ;)
It was just ok. Many games didnt work
Had a birthday party here and it was awesome!
They have changed the games to a point system or minutes and it sucks now. The kids dont know no better and keep sliding their cards and it just keeps taking away their points. Its a big RIP off now. I liked it when it was a token per game.
The food was good and most of the games were working but the service was awful and the staff were always in the back.
Nice place for kids and adults that like to play with their kids. My wife, my kids and I enjoy being there. God bless you.
It was a pretty good deal on the game pass . I over all liked it.
Had a great time at Chuck-E-Cheese we love the new 30 minute cards.
Needs more area and stuff for the kids
Clean, courteous staff, good food..... just need to have more focus to keep all machines running/ operating properly
Ok for little kids not for kids older then 10yrs old...
Kids loved it. The pizza was better than expected. Would definitely go again.
Very expensive and took so long for the food but great workers
Love this place. Its fun to play games. Even though my son is about to old to come here now.
Always nice and clean... It was too busy either
One of the cleanest Chuck E Cheese I have ever seen. Moreover, all the games were functional
There werent many kids. So it went great for my nephews birthday. The only negative was chuck himself was very low key and was a bit of a disappointment for the kids.
The food is wayyyy over priced. Especially for the quality. Buy kids love the games. The pay as you go instead of tokens is nice. Service could be a whole lot better.
My kids have fun here but honestly they need to upgrade on their prizes. Sad how we pay all this money for them to get nothing but tootsie rolls and lollipops when I can go to the dollar store and buy a whole bag. U got to have a million tickets to get an ok prize. Other then that its a fun place
The new token cards are a great way to have fun without keeping track of a cup of tokens.
It was fun
Fun but not cheap
Games are fun for the W H O L E family
Only half the games and ticket machines actually worked.
As far as birthday parties go, I think the crew does what is expected and the kids enjoy it enough. The game selections are a little redundant and not all work properly at times. The ticket counting machines kept erroring out or bunching up the tickets and getting hung up. After that, the prize selection counter does not necessarily have quality prizes for the amount of money one spends getting tickets. The kids dont care but the adults will groan.
My kids had a blast. Good family time
Went here after a gala with my daughter and her friend. It was decent. We ordered, they played some games, it wasn’t the biggest and chuck e cheese but it wasn’t the smallest. All in all it was a good experience. We would return.
Pizza is subpar. Staff was phenomenal.
Not many games.. Hectic.. One ticket counter with over 15 people in line.. Counter wouldnt count tickets for us. Stood in line longer than we could play. NOT WORTH THE MONEY
Small compared to others, limited games and space for the adults and the kids
Atmosphere was clean and kid freindly, food was hot to order and delicious.
We were there from about 12:30 to 3, it says lunch buffet every day, not really true. My 4 year old had a good time, games are cheap which is nice.
Been going to Chuck E. Cheese since I was young. Good to know its still around for my kids
Love how my cousins had a blast here. Food was great also
A few out of order games. It was crowded. Food was hot and fresh
The kids always enjoy it, but as a parent Im irritated that theres always broken machines. Also, half the machines were out of tickets this last trip. Makes for some disappointed children.
Good place for kids and families
Good place to fun with children, but not big playing area, little bit noisy.
Great kid friendly atmosphere great funT
The wait for food can get a bit long. The children almost always exhaust themselves from playing.Pro: you can go inside without paying and play gamesCon: wait time for food is very long
Friendly staff, machine were going doing but the staff came 2 assist quickly.
Very fun but they did not bring pizza until we were done playing
Good place for kids but games are outdated and small variety to choose from. Good pizzas and salads!!!
Love this place. A little small but its nice for the kids, and clean. Pizza was great.
Clean, well-designed, fun for the kids, comfortable for adults. The food is actually pretty good. A good choice for an outing with the kids.
All the kids had fun and staff was very helpful. All the games worked and wasnt too busy either, which was perfect.
Games were nice and workng properly. Pizza was good. Staff was excellent. Prices are a little steep. Spent $85 for lunch for 4.
My granddaughter loved it... Nice place to little kids n bday parties
Man Im really disappointed in Chuck e cheese right now. Go thru door and wait several minutes before anyone comes to stamp our hands.(with employee standing behind register just looking at us) we order with very unfriendly service and walk thru to find a table. It was a disaster area. Out of 60 + tables there were only hands full occupied but not one table was cleaned off. NOT ONE. trash all over floor and tables. There wasnt even birthday party going on.several employees were present.including managers and they didnt seem to care.half the machines were out of tickets.Camera booth was out of paper. And as I look around every employee I seen was looking at there cell phones. From now on Ill be going to Gastonia location.this Spartanburg crew should be ashamed of themselves. Never again
Always crowded and youhave to have a million tickets to get a semi good prize
Cost is unbelive for a salad 8.00 then you got to buy card for game pizza so thin you see the air in it and taste not good they need to work on it
Pizza was misaligned like they peaced it together tasted like it was microwaved for 3 hours bread sticks tasted like a sponge with garlic spice. Manager obviously doesn’t care employees care even less
Great budget friendly place
Took my little here (5) and she had an alright time. Its been about ten years since Ive been to a Chuckie cheese and the basic set up has stayed the same but the games seem like they need an update.
Great place grandkids always have a great time
Yo I have fun when I go idk about my kid but I have q blast lol
Update Service was way better great :) People are nice. Games are good for the kids. It was a lot cleaner today, but could be a little better where the straws come out its dirty so I wash them with the water and use baby wipes to clean the shakers :) kids love it :)
When we went it was a Saturday so it was busy. There were multiple games, at least ten, that were not giving out the tickets. Blinking red lights because they need to be refilled and no one was refilling them. The bathrooms were gross. Every seat soiled. Not the best experience.
The kids love this place and very reasonably prices!
Decent place for birthday parties and such, but the food is expensive. The games and environment are geared for children, and are all very kid friendly. Not a huge selection of games, but the prices really arent terrible. The animatronic band plays during birthday parties, and perhaps at regular intervals even when there are not parties. Bigger kids will likely get bored easily, but younger kids seem to have a good time.Food is the major downfall of Chuck E. Cheeses. The pizza is very mediocre, any franchise will have both better quality and better topping selection. Furthermore, the amount required to feed just a handful of kids is astronomical. Perhaps its just a consequence of the entertainment industry, but hosting a birthday party here costs an arm and a leg.Chuck E. Cheeses is a fun place for families with young children, but expect to spend quite a bit of money for anything more than just a few arcade games.
Really good family atmosphere Grand daughters had a lot of fun.
